I had a great experience at Angry Chickz Restaurant. The food was delicious, the customer service was excellent, and the restaurant was very clean and welcoming. I only had one small issue with my order today. I ordered two #1 chicken slider meals, but instead I received two chicken tenders served on bread. Went to Angry Chickz and left disappointed. Ordered my meal and when I got it, there was NO coleslaw and NO Angry Sauce - which is literally the whole point of going there. I asked the manager Julian to fix it and he refused to replace it. Zero effort to make it right. For what they charge, you expect them to at least get the order right and have a manager who cares. We order "Hot" level for my kids at Dave's Hot Chicken, which they handle without any issue. We ordered hot here and What we received was far spicier--likely Extra Hot or Angry--and the food was essentially inedible for them. I tasted it myself and found it unbearably spicy as well. It appears the spice levels were mixed up. The fries were soggy, not crunchy or hot. The staff is not the friendliest and there was nobody in line but myself and now I can see why. The staff was friendly but I asked for no pickles and they still gave me pickles. We ordered the tender meal, 1 slider on the side, and 2 fries. We ordered everything mild but felt like it was wayyyyyy too hot. The tenders came with toast and the toast was not good at all, it tasted like cardboard. The tenders were dry and even with the sauce, it did not save it. The same thing can be said for the fries and the slider. We will unfortunately not be coming back. read more

I've never been here before but my first impression of this place was great :) I arrived around 9:30pm and since i've never been, i mentioned it to the nice girl at the register and she offered a menu and answered all my questions and even offered a sample of the spices. I appreciate her patience and nice customer service. and the food was very good as well. The taste of the food was good I guess, the problem I had, that I'm surprised no one else has mentioned, is the texture of the dry seasoning piled on top of the food. We got the bowls with Mac and cheese and fries under the chicken and there was so much dry powdered seasoning on top that the texture was unpleasant for me. Maybe this doesn't bother most people. I also thought it needed some pickles on top or coleslaw or something. Some contrast to the heat. As a side note several sodas were either low on syrup or totally empty. Not good drinks when I was there. Employees were notified and were tasting them and determining whether anything was wrong. Hopefully they figured it out. Employees were nice. Overall it was fine. I give it a 10/10 ! The service was amazing had a worker ask us if we were okay and if we wanted refills and brought it to us !! The seating was great as well some even had some privacy and they had outdoor as well! We ordered the Angry Mac Bowl ! Got there at 10:02 and one of the employees told me none of the employees have been able to get inside so it'd be a few minutes to a few hours until opening, so I sat in my car in the parking lot and when I noticed they finally opened I went inside and got in line. There were a decent amount of people waiting inside at the tables. An employee approached and told me and the other two people near me that they would have to serve the people at the tables first because they were here first. I told her I'd been waiting since 10:02 and she said "that's okay if anything we are going to help everyone but we are going to help the people at the tables first" Justice is the employee. Firstly was sent the inaccurate address , upon arrival of correct location I and several others were turned away and informed they met capacity for their "hiring event" although i received many text and email updates about my scheduled interview but not informed it was a hiring event, when it started or that it was over due to capacity.
