After taking my order, one of the many guys behind the counter dipped into the back for 15 minutes, which seemed like an exceptionally long time for a sandwich. I took my sandwich to eat at home. The sandwich was pressed and toasted as a Cuban should be, and it was filled with about half a pound of ham, no roast pork. In addition, there was so much mustard on the sandwich that it upset my stomach. Had I wanted a ham and cheese panini, I would have ordered one. If the person who took my order told me they were out of pork, I would have happily changed my order.

What was especially disappointing is that this interaction occurred in front of the manager. I expressed that I felt uncomfortable, but the situation was not addressed. As a nearby resident, I should be able to enter a local business without feeling uneasy. Because of this experience and the lack of response from management, I do not feel comfortable returning. I hope ownership takes customer concerns more seriously in the future.
