I didn't try the happy hour but something to consider if you want a beer with your BBQ. They also offer Latin inspired bowls with rice/ veggies and choice of meat. Customer service has been great both times I went. In my opinion it's currently the best BBQ in the area. The wings were also very good, the fries were crisp, and the whole meal delivered exactly what comfort food is supposed to deliver. The shrimp? It felt a little like the forgotten middle child. Perfectly fine, but overshadowed by everything else on the plate. My only real criticism is that the food may have been a touch heavy on the salt. Then again, I'd rather reach for my drink than wonder if the kitchen forgot to season the food altogether. Hook's Catch isn't trying to be fine dining, and that's exactly why it works.
