I haven't been here in quite awhile but decided I felt like some wings . I chose the combo meal that you can have 2 different wings, sides and drinks. I chose the garlic Parmesan and the king Hawaiian a new flavor I have not seen. As I waited I got my drink my noticed tables not cleaned and the drink machine needed to be cleaned. I did see an employee and pointed it out and he wiped the machine clean from customers who just make a mess. They have a whole system of names listed for those who are waiting to see how long and phone orders who are picking up. The wait was not that bad for how busy they are. I took my order home and as I ate a wing it was spicy and was puzzled . When I looked closer it was not Hawaiian sweet. I called the store and they said it was the spicy hot honey oh no. I do not eat anything like that. The employee said to come back and they will make a new one . It was already 930 pm and I was watching a movie wanting to eat wings and relax I was not going to go back and get another order. She stated I can come later they are open until midnight but this was not happening I have been working all day and not leaving. I asked for a manager who said the same thing to come back which I was not wanting to do. As we discussed customer service I said I would just need to come back on a future date with my receipt . Apparently , the employee heard me wrong and put it on my order but the Manager , Melle agreed he would just put my name in the system and I can return with my receipt another time. Hopefully,it will turn out okay when I return wanting wings again . I believe other customers probably took advantage and this is why they kept telling me to come back the same night. The garlic Parmesan wings were really good perfectly seasoned and crispy, the others well, they got tossed since I cannot eat the spicy hot . They are located in a plaza corner of Wiles and Lyons road so there is plenty parking. They are open 7days a week from 10:30- 12: 00 AM. I am not sure why the sign says Mon to Sun but gather it could be they are following other countries who actually have Monday as the first day of the week and not Sunday. read more

This place gets two stars bc it was clean. With that said, we were greater by employees that didn't want to be there and it was clear. They were more interested in the fact that we broke up their conversation than helping us. No one was wearing hair nets although everyone was walking in and out of that kitchen. We ordered the mild fried chicken sandwich combo that came with fries and a drink and opted for the blue cheese sauce. We also ordered a 6 piece, well Done, all drums wings with garlic parm sauce and I opted for the home-made ranch. It took the food quite some time to come out but that's ok bc they had quite a few to-go orders they were processing. The fries were soggy, the sandwich was alright, and the wings had hardly any meat on them. Everything was either greasy or soggy. The fries were wilted. Most places will give you your drink while you wait...nope, here you get everything together. We also let them know we were eating there but everything came packed to go. Maybe that's the standard, I don't know. So, why two stars? The home made ranch and the cleanliness saved them from a zero-1 Star rating. Bottle it and call it a day bc it was amazing. I'm a huge fan of wings. I like wings when they're fried and I also like wings when they are grilled. Wingstop is probably one of the most consistent wing places in the area. I do think they can be a little bit pricey, but they deliver the consistency, which I appreciate a lot. They have so many flavors and they have Something for everyone and everyone's taste palette. I'm a big fan of their sweet and spicy sauces because you get a hint of that heat and you also get that follow through of the sweetness. I would say my go to at this place would be the lemon pepper wings. It definitely taste great when you accompany it with Some Fries and finish it down with some delicious vegetables. It's right off of two main roads and they are fairly quick. If you want to save some time, you can call in the order I believe or you can just do the app and maybe tap into some of the specials. read more

Wing stop is always like you're taking big risk. You never know what you're going to get. First let me start by saying the staff seems nice, and the location was clean. But my FOOD was nothing I ever want to eat again. I ordered the 15 piece meal for 2 (well done.) I was given 14 wings instead of the 15 and my Louisiana rub flavor barely showed up for class. They did not announce themselves, the teacher called on them and had to mark them as absent. Like no flavor what so ever and definitely not well done like I asked. I ordered a 20 piece boneless with mango habenero/garlic parm with a large fries special. Then got the boys a 10 piece and the Louisiana voodoo fries I arrived a little early so I had no issue waiting. I was greeted as I walked in. Staff was busy attending to some other patrons. But they were quick and efficient. When I was my turn. He apologized for the wait. And I told him I was there to pick up an online order The order was fresh and still piping hot. Nothing much changes at this location and brand ... Kids want wings and they had a special with wings, boneless, and tenders. We ordered online and flavors the kids wanted. The food is typical frozen food being flash fried to order. The bone in wings appeared reasonable in size, boneless were small, and tenders -- well they were forgotten and then they substituted for boneless when client caught their mistake. No regard to difference or mistake by their employee ...We would have preferred tenders. Kids did like the Voodoo Fries which might have been an additional charge. Service is fine but little slow. They do not meet time offered and should ask for more time as normal procedure. They do not appear super busy but did see 2 people (one appeared food delivery co) pop in. Sauces are fine and a couple appear unique. They do appear to use far to little sauce or fail to toss long enough to entirely coat all pieces. The blue cheese and ranch dips are good but nothing stands out like the Ranch at Roadhouse locally. Not sure if they are actually made in house or just bottled previously. I am somewhat surprised that this location appears to stay in business and has stood the test of time. It just seems to get by ... versus owning the area and becoming chicken wing king ! I am sorry to say that I wouldn't recommend this place ever! It may be fine for the high school kids as the school isn't far but definitely not for their lunch break. The food here takes forever! The counter staff would rather lean and gossip to one another about things such as customers "fine a**" then to acknowledge the few customers they do have walking in the door. Usually when I have a weird vibe about a place I just turn around and leave but I wanted WINGS!! Now with that said I ordered six hot wings and a soda. I paid at the counter and was advised it would be right out and they would let me know. Perfect right? Fourty minutes later and an empty restaurant my wings came. Some may ask WHY didn't I leave? Answer... because I wanted to see exactly how long it was going to take and to see if they would acknowledge the time. Nope they didn't and I seen no manager on the floor to even advise. My suggestion to this place is either get new management or close it down. It's eating up their payroll and obviously the residents in the area learned not to come in since it was so slow. The wing stop in Coconut Creek is the absolute worst. I placed an order for Classic advertised in a picture on their website as drums and received mix and match. The manager absolutely refused to correct the order and then had the audacity to say wing stop doesn't issue refunds. I left the food there on the counter and will never go back. Wing Stop has permanently lost my business and I am disputing the charge. There were 6 people working there, two girls chatting at the register, two other people talking behind the counter, and the only people who looked like they were doing anything were the two guys at the cook station. Having been a manager at a restaurant for 9 years, I find it crazy that there were that many people on staff on a (not busy) Friday night, and yet the customer still has to wait an hour for food?! I went home to eat them with my family and noticed the mild wings were pretty much plain with almost no sauce on them. They might as well have been plain and they had no flavor. I called to speak with the manager Gregory about the issue and explained I was expecting a mild sauce on them with buffalo flavor and instead there's little sauce on them. Gregory kept trying to talk over us and kept going on about sauce. The garlic Parmesan wasn't too garlicky, which is perfect for me but, if you don't like that cheese forget it, order something else. The Hawaiian is their take on the usual sweet / honey one offered in other wing places. I really liked this one. Just had some wings from here and not bad. The garlic parm were pretty good had a nice thick coat of parmesan cheese. Fried up pretty nice. One still had a feather which was pretty gross. I forgot that i had seen a fb post about these guys being rather feathery. Anyhow the mango habanero wings were pretty damn good! No feather which is good lol. They had a nice crunch and sweet to heat ratio. I like that! They consider stella a domestic beer so they only charge $3.5 for 1 which i think is great! The blue cheese is nothing to write home about. For $3.5 you get a bloody weaks worth and its not terrible so not a bad deal. For $9 you get 10 wings and 2 sauces..
