I really want to say I loved this place, but I can't. It's not far from my work, so the convenience alone made it worth trying. When I got there and saw the sign that said if I download their app I get $5 off, I was sold. Who doesn't like a bargain? So, I downloaded their app and I had them scan it at the register. I got nothing off. Then they sent me a message that I had a $3 off coupon in my account. Not long after that I received a message saying that it expired because I didn't use it fast enough. I have not been back since. The sandwich wasn't bad (it wasn't great. I lived in Philly when I was in college so I know what authentic Philly Cheese Steaks are), but it was okay. I have tried their standard cheese steak and honestly, for the money, they are one of the best in town as anything better will be 3x the price. I have been coming to this restaurant since it first opened. A day before the restaurant officially opened they gave out coupon card to try one of their combos for free. I have only came here for their wings. Surprisingly this location sell wings versus the other Charleys thats in the mall. I haven't decided to try their Philly CheeseSteak which is what they mostly sell but instead consistently buy their wings which is very delicious. I come here on Tuesday for the wing special. My favorite flavor is the Smokin Habanero sauce which is spicy but also have great flavor. Their wings are tossed in wing sauced and cook perfectly. On Tuesday I get wings, fries, toast and a drink for around $7 bucks. They also have different Lemonade mixed drinks that are so good. They make the drinks at the register. You can get strawberry lemonade, peach lemonade or blueberry lemonade. I have tried each one of these and all them are very good but my favorite two is strawberry lemonade and blueberry lemonade. Make sure you get a punch card, each time when you buy a combo have them to stamp it and on your 8th visit your food is free. I always go to Charleys during lunch hour and it be pretty busy. They keep the same two workers at the register each time I go. They usually have only two registers open and it moves pretty slow. The workers at the register should pick up some speed. Their customer service is okay but could definitely be a lot better. When this store first open they use to say "Welcome to Charleys" but I notice they don't do that anymore and they had a lot more staff then. So they are starting to slack off on some areas. I notice from the other reviews, I had the same issue with ordering a drink and the girls at the register have forgotten to give me my drink and I had to remind her that I order a drink. I usually place my order to go and I wait to the side until they call my number from the receipt. They do have a fast system with preparing food and picking up order. The restaurant inside is usually kept clean. I dined in their once and the tables was clean and it was someone their constantly cleaning. The restaurant inside is usually noisy. I'm a fan of Charleys typically my main location I visit is inside the mall. This is my first time visiting this location. Its located in a up and coming store front area surrounded around other cool food chains. The inside is nicely decorated and modern seating with metal type chairs brightly colored in a fire red, gray, or black. Signage in this location is nice, big, and vivid making ordering easier with all the items displayed. The staff indeed was very quick during a lunch rush hour but indeed it was rushed. The food was good but the ordering process felt rushed. Let me explain since I know we all would think fast food being fast shouldn't be a problem. When ordering the cashier took my order super fast rushing to the next person not realizing she hadn't provided me with my drink. Once my order became available I asked for my drink and after waiting an additional few minutes I was given it. For orders being taken out condiments were not provided even after asking for some I was given a bare minimum of two. The food itself was delicious I will give them that. Hot and yummy. Pricing is pretty pricey for a lunch at least to me lol was borderline $12.00 for a small philly cheesesteak with loaded fries and a drink. Definitely not a everyday lunch spot. read more

Okay okay okay. I know this is isn't the real thing as my friends would say but Charley's Philly Steaks are beyond delicious. For such low cost fast food you can't go wrong with their Philly Steaks from time to time. My favorite part about Charley's is the fact that they have a huge array of options for toppings. Likewise to when I purchase subs and such I typically want my lettuce, banana peppers, jalapeños and green peppers. Here at Charley's you have a significant amount of condiments as well as toppings to top off and already tasting Philly cheesesteak. This location like any other Charley's is quick to put in and process orders. I love the system they have when you go up to the register and before you even finish paying the cashier is speaking into the microphone our exact order. One thing I realized that was different at this location which kinda threw me off was the fact that they are now selling chicken wings. Don't get me wrong if it sells, why not? You know, I eat outside every day, I eat in Charley's several times, usually it's a location in a mall in food court. This guy's I've been there twice, both times the chicken was pretty dry sandwitch, feel like they counting you how many pieces of tomato they put, and when I'm asking for something spicy they charged me 1.29 for small cup sauce. Seriously?! It's like they will charge for ketchup, that's why, they are not getting to the same sizes as chick fil-a, or subways. Cheap all the time. Every time I go in there he is always performing at a high level even when the lines are long he makes sure he makes every sandwich with love. I have no complaints about the store and I especially enjoy when Ernest puts on a show for the customers like Benihana. When Charleys first opened in this area. We stumbled upon it. Though the cheesesteaks and wings were both spot on. The food is not the issue here at this location. It's the service. I will not be back to this location. The last time my partner and I went to this location. As we walked into the restaurant only one customer ahead of us. 3 dark skin girls working the registers. As soon as they were finished with the customer in front of us. One decided she was going on break, one decided it became urgent she stock cups and the third decided she would just stare at us as she went to get herself something to drink. I am white my partner is Puerto Rican. This kind of behavior continued for over 10 minutes. The only reason it then stopped was other customers came in. And they had to wait on us. We didn't order anything crazy. Some wings 2 drinks and fries. As usual after ordering we took a seat waiting for our order. 4 other groups of customers ordered after us. All 4 received their food, and was gone before we received our food. It was so obvious they were making it a racial thing. We contacted corporate twice and yet no response either time. I've gone here twice and my order was taken by the same girl and BOTH times she has made a mistake in entering my order into the computer.
