I wasn't sure which Philly to get, so I asked the guy at the counter what's the best, and he proceeded to make me something from the "build your own" menu (with my permission) and it was fantastic. Turns out he's the manager, and isn't shy about making recommendations, which I really appreciated. I love when people like this break the mold and do something to wow a customer.
