The setup of Pollo Campero is similar to any other fast food chain restaurant, no frills with the ambiance. However, it did appear that you can get your chicken served family style on a platter when dining in. There was a bit of a language barrier when ordering my food and a slight mix up when receiving my food since the employee told me my order wasn't ready even though he then turned around and called my name, again, as I stood in front of him. I asked for the fried white meat combo but instead the employee rung me up for dark meat, after asking me my name three times I just decided to let it slide because I was on a time crunch. And also said that in addition to the 1-star, you aren't getting a dime from me from the food you made. The cashier was smart and said that I could have a bottled water. However, if their normal policy is denying water, this is why they don't get 4 but 3-stars. Food was pretty good.
