Needed a pick me up meal. I missed breakfast and decided on a hot philly cheesesteak. I wasn't interested in going to the mall but it's the only Charley's I'm aware of. I noticed the 7.99 combo, philly steak, fries, lemonade..I ordered and total was $10. Okay are taxes $2..that's a tad extreme for mall food. Any hoo the food was hot fresh and prepared in front of me. I'm happy and full. It was a small sub but I only could eat half. I was really craving a good cheesesteak, but I was at the food court in the mall, so I should have not expected anything close to what I was craving. I mean, it was a good sandwich. It wasn't a Philly cheesesteak though. If that's in your brand name, it better be a damn good Philly cheesesteak. I had a bite of my friend's Turkey melt and it was good. One of my favorite sandwich places. I always enjoy eating at Charley's. Their prices are high for sandwiches especially if you upgrade your order and add fries and a drink, but oh so worth it! Ask for a punch card for. Sweet surprise after so many visits. Also, try their fresh fruit lemonades. They're delicious! A secret that they don't tell you is that you get free refills on any of the drinks. Two cups of the peach lemonade from Charley's always brightens my day. read more

This is a fast food restaurant in Quail Springs mall. I have seen it many times but had never eaten there. My husband saw a picture of the cheese jalapeno French fries on the menu and wanted to try them so we ordered there. I had the Turkey sandwich. It was good not great. It was kinda hard to eat. I didn't like the way the bun was cut. All the meat and other toppings kept smooshing out. I do have to say that it was huge for a small size sandwich. My husband ordered the pepperoni sandwich. He actually took it back because it was a roast beef sandwich and he didn't' see any pepperoni. They told him it WAS pepperoni and that he needed to look under the beef. He said it tasted mostly like the beef and he was disappointed. He said it was good but not what he had expected. He got a medium sized sandwich and could barely eat it. He loved the fries. The cheese is that canned nacho cheese which he loves. I prefer real cheese myself. I had regular fries. They were OK. They are thick cut and I prefer thinner ones so that is probably just a preference on my part. I would go there again but not order the fries. The sandwich would have been plenty. read more

Me and my family ordered from this place tonight. Multiple things were left out of our order. For example, I ordered wings and fries, I only received the wings. They look nothing like the photos and the sauce was NOT mixed in like they said it would be. It was effortlessly squirted on top in a very unappealing way. They made my fathers sandwich and did not include banana peppers and mushrooms as he had ordered. Me and my family were very displeased with this order. the food was very different than what we ordered, looked nothing like the photos, things were left out of our food, and food was missing. I came to this location about 10 minutes before closing time and I was standing in front of the people cooking the food. Because there is no sign to indicate a line, I saw people standing in front of the cash register and getting served so I just walked up to the cash register and stood there. She was helping people. The moment I got there and the young woman turned off the light and walked away. She didn't even say that they were closed. When she came back around, I asked her are you close and I said to her "did you not see me standing there". She just ignored me and walked away. This is a very disgusting way to treat a customer. The are not customer savvy . All of them saw me standing there for a long period of time and didn't even ask me if they could help me. I will never try to eat at this place again. read more

Mall food is expensive, sure, but Charley's Steakery was more expensive than I anticipated. Getting a regular sandwich combo ended up being ~$11 after tax. It's a good thing everything tasted good. All the food is made to order, and the toppings taste fresh. I still think my go-to place in the mall is Chick-fil-A but, if you're feeling something cheese-gooey and mayo-y, try this out. Or just eat at home and save yourself some money. That $11 ticket still hurts... If you're with a friend, consider splitting a large sandwich combo and share the fries and the drink (if you're close like that). read more

The best place to eat in Quail Springs mall as of 2009. Their Philly Cheese Steak and fries is pretty good considering where it is, they lack the proper bread, cheese and steak in this part of the country to make a really good one. If you buy 5 and remember your card you get 1 free. :) read more
