As soon as we walked into the restaurant we were greeted by the hostess who was very friendly. She kindly took us to our table. Soon after our waitress came and explained the menu and took our drink and food orders. She was very kind, and attentive. For drinks we ordered prosecco, and a tequila sunrise. Both of the drinks were delicious and refreshing. The tequila sunrise was very balanced and had a good flavor. For food I ordered the seafood gumbo. The gumbo was okay. Could have used more flavor and seafood. My friends ordered the salad and lobster bisque which they enjoyed. The ambiance was nice as all Blue Sundays are decorated eloquently and classy. The drink was topped with a foam and we asked if we could leave out the foam. It would not have changed anything about how the drink was made aside from it simply not being topped with this foam. The answer was a hard no, the owners do not allow it. The manager came and talked to me. She was pleasant and I appreciated her taking the time to hear my feedback. However, it was very clear that I was wasting my breath because the owners are very particular and strict about not changing anything. It was not a good experience.
