Whenever I visit a Charley's I only come for the cheese fries. The staff here were very chill and they understood the assignment. Fresh hot cheese fries for the win!

Philly cheese steak and Thai Chili wings.

Philly cheese steak was delicious but the classic bone-in wings,Thai Chili, was even better. Restaurant quality wings.

Bacon CHEESE & BACON FRIES

Not bad, the fries were a little depressing but the sandwiches had a better portion of sauce than at a mall food court. I was excited to see the standalone restaurant to a classic Mall food court favorite. We ordered two medium sandwiches and a bacon cheese fry. The sandwiches looked very nice with a good portion of meat. The bacon cheese fries were a little underwhelming compared to the fries I have had at various mall locations. There was no music in the restaurant at all. I didn't mind the quiet but it was just silent, save for the hum of machines and the staff coordinating the schedule for next week. The napkin holders were empty and could've been topped off. We saw one team member do a quick walk around the dining room and push in a few chairs but he failed to notice the napkin holders were empty. Not every table had napkin holders either, which was peculiar but maybe I'm just splitting hairs. Overall, the food was quite expensive! It was good, but pricey for what you were getting. A team member brought our tray of food out to us which was nice. The restaurant runs their AC cold so bring a jacket if you get cold quickly!

Not very good and order was wrong. It wasn't like the place was busy. Completely over priced to get the order wrong....

I ordered the cheesesteak with onions. I also ordered some cheese sticks. My wife ordered a pizza. The following is one guy's opinion: 1. My cheesesteak with onions was terrible. They used a weird type of bread with sesame seeds on it. It was kind of hard too. Also, it was way too much bread for a cheesesteak in my opinion. It was a really bad choice to wrap cheesesteak with. The chopped onions on the cheesesteak looked gray. The whole thing just looked unappetizing. As I feared, the bread doesn't compliment the cheesesteak. I only ate about a quarter of it and took the rest to go. To their credit, the restaurant does have a sign that says if the food is a flop, to return it. I didn't. I don't like telling restaurants that their food sucks. I just don't come back. I took it home hoping to find a homeless person to give it to, but didn't see anyone so I threw it away. 2. My wife is a cheese stick fanatic. She's always looking for the perfect cheese stick. However, the cheese sticks here also were disappointing. The breading on it was too thick and didn't taste good. I think it was a bit overdone on the outside, but not done on the inside. The cheese inside was not melted or close to being soft or slightly melted. It was the consistency of a piece of cheese that was left out at room temperature, soft, but not melty as a cheese stick should be. It was merely a warm piece of cheese wedge covered in a breading that also didn't have much flavor. I think it's because they were overly done. They were on the darker bitter side that you get from frying something too hot and fast yet the cheese was not soft. Were they frozen and that's why they cooked that way? I don't know, seems that way. 3. My wife liked her pizza. I had a slice because the cheesesteak was a fail for me. The pizza was ok. Nothing special. They do their pizza "well done". For some it may be too well done. My wife likes her pizza well done so she liked it. The place was also expensive for what it is and I felt kinda cheated for spending almost $70.00 (not including tip) for two drinks, a crappy sub, a small pizza, and some cheese sticks. I went, I saw, I conquered, but won't be back. Sorry violet stone. Go check out your competition and change some things.

5 STARS! Tiki Tim's…read morePub & Grill is a fantastic find. I see in another review a Yelper complains that it's not a tiki bar, but if you understand proper English, they're not claiming to be a tiki bar. The name says Pub & Grill. The bar's OWNER is Tiki Tim. That's his nickname, not a description of the bar. Yes there are some tiki type decorations, and yes, the place is actually a dive bar, But they have an absolutely fantastic kitchen so Tiki Tim's is well worth visiting. I ordered the Loaded Crab Cake Bloody Mary ($26.99). This exceptional Bloody Mary comes with a Bloody Mary Chaser! The chaser had 6 green olives. The Bloody Mary itself had: 4 pcs Celery 2 slices of Bacon 3 Mini tomatoes 4 lg shrimp 1 Crab cake burger It's a meal as well as a drink. Nice kick, too. The menu has several different Bloody Mary options. I also ordered the Blue Crab Fries ($14.51). A huge dollop of blue crab dip on seasoned fries. Enough dip for all the fries. Wing Man Gary (USAF pilot, retired) had the Tiki Burger ($14.51). Gary reports the burger was good but not exceptional. The menu has some fantastic offerings, I'll be back to try more!

The roll was super fresh and had a nice sponginess to it. I got the cheesesteak with the onion, pepper, and Cooper's Sharp cheese and it was out-damn-standing. My wife wanted to try the crab cake but the bartender (the fabulous Carolyn, aka London) sold her on the fresh-caught snapper sandwich. She got it blackened and said it was the best snapper sandwich she's had in a long time. The bar and grill is far from pretentious and is a couple steps up from dive bar status. Prices are fair and service was top-notch. Overall this place backs up its Yelp rating. I'll be back for those crab cakes soon!

When I got my pizza, there was NO Fresh Mozzarella on it despite me giving clear instructions over the phone to the guys taking my order that I wanted to ADD FRESH MOZZARELLA to my MARGARITA PIZZA. He read it back to me to confirm. Either they do not carry 'Fresh Mozzarella' or they simply do not care enough to complete an order with ONE customization. (Mind you, a Traditional Margarita Pizza has Fresh Mozzarella as one of its main ingredients which is false advertising in itself when Slice of the Burg ONLY sells revolting Cheese Pizzas with a smidge of tomato and a pinch of basil and NOT 'Margarita' Pizzas. Terrible TERRIBLE service. Is it really that hard for a restaurant to get a SIMPLE order right? All that is on my pizza is basic shredded mozzarella, a PINCH of shredded basil, and some thinly sliced tomatoes I can hardly see or taste. This is nothing but a HORRIBLE cheese pizza with some garnish. DISGUSTING! No flavor at all!! AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF, My tiramisu is frozen. FROZEN!! Slice of The Burg sold us FROZEN Tiramisu and DID NOT get my SIMPLE order right. I have the receipt right here that Fresh Mozzarella WAS (apparently) ADDED to my pizza. Do better Slice of The Burg!!

The sandwich was delivered to me. Nice. It was a monster of a sandwich spilling everywhere. My mouth was watering! This sandwich is my second personal favorite and I have eaten it weekly for the past five months! I had to go to the cashier and ask for a knife and fork. The response I got was, "Oh, is it too big for you?!" LOL! My response; "no, but it is spilling out all over the place." Well, with her attitude, (snicker snicker), I decided that it was a challenge. I got half way through and I was stuffed. Holy cow this thing IS huge! Did I finish it? Damn straight I did! The down side was it was like eating water. There was barely any flavor. The bread was cold to the touch... and I would have thought that with all of that meat that it would be scrumptious. No. I grew up in Boston. I KNOW what a good Philly cheese steak is. That week, I had two more sandwiches at different locations. YUP... that's what it's supposed to taste like. I have no idea what was missing in the first mentioned one. I wish I knew because I would have kindly mentioned it to them. By the way. There is a place called Schooners that has served THE BEST Philly sandwich. It may be half the size but for two bux less you'll have the best sandwich that I have found thus far. So full of flavor it made me yearn for Boston again, even if only for the amazing food!
