There's good burgers here at Daly's Flame-Broiled Burgers! And we really love their delicious authentic Chicago dogs!!! We heard good things from friends about Daly's, and we tracked it down a couple months ago in a little storefront half a block west of Seminole Blvd in Seminole FL, not far from Madeira Beach. Daly's is cute and clean. The owner is friendly and efficient. There's plenty of parking right out front. This time (Jan 2026) our target was their Chicago Dogs, which I am always on the lookout for. They correctly use all-beef dogs, which is key. And Wow! All the real ingredients: Real Chicago sport peppers, like lightly-spicy less-vinegary pepperoncinis, and real-Chicago neon-green relish. Actual poppyseed buns!!! That's really rare :-). Dill pickle spear, chopped onions, and sliced tomatoes. Plain yellow mustard and the traditional sprinkling of celery seed salt. These Chi-dogs deliver on freshness and authentic flavor. This is love :-) We also got some simpler dogs. And we got fresh piping hot soft-centered crispy fries. Yum! We got a thick truly scrumptious chocolate shake. They happened to be out of teabags, and the owner shared tea he had made for himself! Hey, he had me at Chicago dog, and this was above and beyond. Daly's Flame-Broiled Burgers has earned a place in our regular rotation. We Love Daly's!

Decided to try this place because of the good reviews. Little hole in the wall with Elvis style vibe. Ordered the burger, hot dog, fries and onion rings. Everything tasted good except for the burger. Center was cold and pinkish red. It wasn't cooked to the proper temperature. Besides that everything else was tasty. The employees were very nice and friendly. Just make sure to ask for a fully cooked burger.

I think I would classify this burger spot as a Hidden Gem. I certainly didn't know this unassuming strip mall was home to the best burger in town! We stopped by because it was recommended to us by more than one friend. We got burgers and hotdogs, both were excellent. The burgers have a real flame broiled aroma and flavor that make it a winner. A single is plenty for me, but I did notice some of the big guys ordered a double. They fix it " your way", so cheese , lettuce, pickles , condiments in any combination is not a problem. The hot dogs are excellent, too. Get it Chicago style for the full treatment! The restaurant is 50's decor, with a nod to Chicago. It is friendly , clean and bright with plenty of seating. They do a big carry out business, so there can be a line at the counter where you order.

Freshly tasted and good burgers, fries, onion rings and beer-battered fish. It's our first time at Daly's, discovered while searching for a non-franchised burger place. Classic 50's-60's decor with Elvis singing in the background diner. Worn-furnitures seatings but kept tidy. Living within 2 miles drive from Daly's, Mother in-law liked the food, shared her likes with neighbors, they will come back for a good flame-broiled burger together for sure.

Wow. 1000% better than any fast food burger! My husband and I came in for lunch. I ordered a cheeseburger with everything on it and a side of fries. The burger was much bigger than expected circumference-wise, and it was fantastic; the flavor of the burger, the toppings, everything! The fries were made from real potatoes and I couldn't stop eating them. I would definitely pick this place over any fast food place for burgers :)

5 guys is right up the street - this place is better! A local favorite that crushes the guys. Homemade fries and real milk shakes . This place is so good. The dalys sauce is a must on the burger

Stopped in for a quick lunch at this local eatery. The flame broiled Daly's Burger was what we both ordered. The burgers come dressed with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, and Daly's Sauce (unless you request otherwise). Daly's sauce includes mayo, ketchup, and two types of relish. We shared the crispy handout fries. The burgers were made to order, and the fries were crispy. Delicious. You order at a walk-up counter and the food is delivered to your table. The menu also includes fish & chips, fish sandwich, hot dogs, chicken sandwich, and BLT. Onion Rings are available too. The new owner has made no changes to the menu! She is very friendly and ensured our visit was pleasant.

They had a fresh catch of grouper that day, so we decided to try the grouper nuggets. They're market price, but absolutely worth it. Even our friend preferred them over his fried fish. The batter was light, crispy, and delicious. Our kids ordered the bacon cheese fries and loved them. Just a heads-up: they use a nacho cheese sauce rather than shredded cheese, which some people may prefer to know ahead of time. Our friend from Massachusetts ordered the lobster sub (also market price) and said it was worth every penny. My husband and I split the grouper nuggets and the Philly cheesesteak. The bread is brought in from up north, and our server's recommendation did not disappoint. The sandwich was rich, flavorful, and one of the highlights of the meal. We also tried the onion rings. They use a beer batter, which wasn't our favorite, but that's more of a personal preference than a criticism. Overall, we'd definitely return if we're in the area again. The only downside was parking--$29.99 for two hours is pretty brutal. Thankfully, the food and atmosphere helped make up for it.

All they could tell me about with some bar to go visit around the corner. Clearly they have their priorities. Had the fried clams and some shrimp. They were good. It's pretty hard to screw up fried stuff.... I think I should've ordered one of the sandwiches, they looked much better. Service was great. Kept my drink refilled and we were very attentive.

We found this nice little hole in the wall on Belcher and decided to give it a try. It truly gives an all around Irish pub vibe!! The decorations and the attention to detail on the menu, omg! Felt like I was in a movie hahaha. FOOD: Calamari 7/10 -- I love a good calamari appetizer. Whenever it is an option, I will most certainly be ordering. I liked the batter of this calamari, I just wish the portion was a bit more giving, but that's okay. You have to be mindful that this is a pub, not a fine dining experience. Don't expect a michelin star prepped calamari. It was good nonetheless. Fish Spread 8/10 -- Delicious. Some may argue that it is a bit bland but I personally really liked it. A good portion was given too! Finley's Fish & Chips 10/10 -- Insane. The fish batter was sooo amazing. I didn't get tired of it, which is a great sign, because I normally get sick of fried food quickly. It is one of their more popular dishes and I totally see why. Bangers & Mash 9/10 -- My boyfriend ordered this. He said the gravy was delicious and that he cannot believe the portion size he received! It was soo much food for such a great price. He also noted that he really loved the sausages.

I have no photos but it is decorated like a traditional Irish pub inside, with a vast mural around one wall, a big Guinness mirror behind the bar, and some green lighting and kegs and such on the walls. It's a very popular place, with all the Irish foods you'd expect, some Mon-Tue food specials, lots of big-screen tvs showing all kinds of sports, and live music on Saturdays. (Mar 2026) The servings are quite large. We had Finley's signature fish and chips, nicely cooked, very light and tender but not much flavor. A little seasoning in the beer batter would have helped. It was good, but not I-gotta-have-it spectacular. We tried the cutely-named "Pot of Gold" soup of the day (Mar 2026), which turned out to be cream of mushroom soup with a lot of cheddar cheese melted over the top. It tasted ok, but it was Too thick and rich for our "soup" expectations. Our guests loved their huge Italian-like subs with piping-hot crusty chewy onion rings . For some reason it came with horsey sauce which we loved with the rings! It's a cute, fun pub, and they serve cold beer and enormous servings of food. The food was ok, but it wasn't all that special. If we come back, it'll be for the sports tvs.

You order at the counter when you walk in and you can sit down anywhere. They have indoor and outdoor seating. The interior is fairly clean and very organized and the condiments are always stocked. They have a self serve water and soda station. The lobster is on the pricier side. It used to not be $30 however it is very worth it. I love to get the warm lobster roll and it comes with a lobster butter. I like to get their coconut shrimp since it's hand battered on site and also their onion rings are also hand battered made to order. They have a really good smoky dipping mayo sauce that comes with the onion rings or fries. It is a very good sauce. I would say it's the saltier version of cane sauce and a small gear version as well. It's absolutely phenomenal. You will never find a better coconut shrimp or a better onion rings than here this place really does it very well better than any place I've ever had homemade. The lobster roll is very very fresh. I would definitely get it again. It is always always fresh. You'll never get a bad lobster roll here not like at the other places. I think this is the only place in Florida that does it the best I used to fly to Boston just to get a lobster roll and ever since I've been here I don't have to do that anymore lol. Their clam chowder soup is extra thick and that is the best type of clam chowder soup ever I loved just dip my onion rings in there and the coconut shrimp in there and the lobster roll in there. It was a huge fillet, which makes up for having some smaller sides. I'll let you in on a little secret, I only eat fish when it's locally caught and fresh and this was worth it 100%. The house salad with Pima colada dressing has me imagining how to make this dressing at home. Sweet and creamy and easily coating every leaf. The bread at the start of the meal for a disproportionate amount of attention from my family. It was served hot, with garlic and maybe other seasonings across the top, and generous sides of butter. Our initial server, Kyle, kept the bread flowing for us until the meal came and it was fantastic. We gave the potato skins a try, and they were delicious! My family ironically isn't huge conch / shelled fish eaters so the rest of the appetizers didn't suit us much and this was a lil Midwest taste while on vacation. We returned to try the jalapeño crusted grouper and were again very satisfied. Totally different than the coconut mahi, it's savory and well flavored but leaves you far from begging for water. The fish is thick and flaky and the sauce was similar to a bang bang sauce to pair it all together. The favorite sides were loaded baked potato and garlic smashed potatoes! Broke N Bored - Name Checks Out…read more We visited Broke N Bored with a group of 6 adults and 3 kids, and after nearly 2 hours waiting for our food, I can confirm the "Bored" part of the name is extremely accurate. I spent most of the meal wondering if the "Broke" part referred to the stove. When we arrived, there was only one other family in the restaurant, so naturally we expected a reasonable wait. Instead, we had enough time to watch the tides change, discuss our retirement plans, and nearly raise the children to adulthood before the entrees arrived. To start things off, we were encouraged to sit outside in the blazing Florida sun. With three little kids, that wasn't happening. The staff did move us inside, but seemed less than thrilled about it. Considering how long we ended up waiting, sitting outside would've turned us into SpongeBob from his out of water movie. Appetizers: * The PB&J Brussels sprouts were fantastic. Unique, flavorful, and easily the best thing we ordered. * The seared tuna was very good. * The calamari tasted good, but apparently calamari prices must be through the roof because there were more fried banana peppers than actual squid. Service: The waitresses were friendly, but drink refills and table check-ins could have been much better. During a two-hour dining experience, hydration becomes a survival issue. Entrees: * The mahi was excellent. * The "pineapple slaw" had about as much pineapple flavor as a bag of plain cabbage. Just call it slaw and save everyone's expectations. * The crab cakes were mediocre and thinner than Slender Man. * The Caesar chicken wrap was okay, but I had to conduct an archaeological dig through the lettuce to locate the chicken. * Fries were fine. * The chicken caprese was decent if you got a bite with everything together, but the chicken itself was chewy and lacking flavor. * Mashed potatoes were dry. * Pulled pork was okay, but nothing memorable. * The Black & Blue burger was decent. By the time our entrees arrived, nobody had the patience left for dessert, so we skipped it. One final note: a restaurant this size having only two high chairs is a bold strategy for a family-friendly beach area. Overall, there were a few genuinely good menu items, especially the Brussel sprouts and mahi, and the staff was pleasant. But waiting almost two hours for food in a restaurant that wasn't busy overshadows nearly everything else. The food was mostly decent. The experience? Long enough to make the restaurant's name feel less like branding and more like a warning.
