Waffles with too much sauce and whipped cream

Went back to give it another try. Service was relatively quick considering there were 5 cars in the drive through. I got loaded fries this time. The box was FULL of hot fresh fries. I also got the chicken. Unfortunately the chicken pieces were very fatty. Bobos always gives plenty of food, so the value was there. The quality however had gone down in my opinion. It was still decent though and enough for a couple meals.

Hit the Bobo's drive thru and ordered the Bean and Cheese Burrito. Simple enough request. Somehow ended up with a BRC instead, which was a bit of a letdown since rice in a bean and cheese burrito is just not my thing. No hard feelings though, these things happen. The potential is clearly there and I'm willing to give it another shot and make sure I get exactly what I ordered next time.

Amazing food. Little bit of everything. They have orange bang my daughters fave. She loves coming here for dinner. The southwestern sandwich is very good, would recommend.

If you are looking for an old school burger place that sells more than burgers, this is your spot! Sandwiches, burgers, fries, burritos, salads, and more - it's all here. Ive never dined in here but it is an option, I just prefer the drive through and my food is still hot when I get home. My favorite things to eat here is zucchini but I also enjoy the onion rings, fries, burgers and the chicken salad but honestly, as many times as I have eaten here, I have never had a bad experience, and the price is always right. It reminds me of a diner my family frequented when I was growing up so it's a bit nostalgic as well. Always good customer service.

    Breakfast Burrito

So I went here to finally try their breakfast burrito. I know they are known for their pastarami sandwiches but I wanted to try their breakfast. So this place is nice and clean and well lit. Very spacious too! The cashier who helped me was very nice and accommodating and was patient with me when I was ordering and trying to figure out if I wanted any changes on my burrito. They also have a drive thru too which is pretty good for those who are on the go. I also want to say I like the decor inside the feel of having picnic style tables with checkered patterns on it really makes for a great feel when it comes to having an establishment like this and with what they serve. Anywho, you have a variety of options to choose from, breakfast, lunch dinner burgers, cheese fries hotdog salads tostadas you name it! Very diverse and it remind some of like Topz, lucky boys or Everest it has that feel of a menu which u appreciate. So I went for the breakfast burrito, I got a little bit of everything which was a good deal with how much I paid for under 13 dollars. I got sausage, ham, bacon. It also came with salsa inside if you want it. Now this is where I made the mistake. So I finally get the burrito and best part is they have a complimentary counter for your creamer, radish, chili, salsa and hot sauces freshly made and self serve too! So I got those and I went for the burrito, the size and portion is perfect! The flavor was ok and you know what do you expect right from a breakfast burrito most of the time it's about the salsa and sauce you use which brings me to my point the salsa is better outside of the burrito not in. The salsa didn't add much flavor and in my opinion dumbed it down for me. Moreover, the ham was ok I didn't much care for the chopped up ham in the burrito. It was slightly over powering paired with the salsa in the burrito and all I could taste was salsa and ham. The red and green hot sauce were the best and made the burrito better for me. I think overall I give the burrito 6/10 and the place 4/5 stars. Next time I come here I definitely will try their pastrami sandwich!

My go-to after 20 years and counting.... I still order the same thing it only gets better.

No sign for no pets allowed.

Very disappointing experience. We've been coming to this store for a long time and always bring our dog, and there have never been any signs saying pets are not allowed. During our recent visit, a staff member approached us in a rude and confrontational way about having our dog inside. If pets aren't allowed, the store should clearly post signs at the entrance and communicate the policy respectfully. We hope management addresses this so other loyal customers don't have the same experience.

Told me to leave with my service dog. ‍
    Aaron S.

I have a service dog and was kicked out because they don't allow dogs inside, was already apprehensive about this place but now it's understandable why that was the case, I was not Aston he was a service dog I was just approached telling me he can't be there, she also would not give me her name, so now it's off to the Department of Justice (DOJ). This is because the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) prohibits businesses from discriminating against individuals with disabilities, including those who use service dogs. I hope you are ready for a fine and to better educate your employees the worst thing about it she wouldn't even let me wait for my order that I could take it outside and eat she made me leave right then

    Great sandwich!

I really don't understand why people act so petty when it comes to asking for condiments at a restaurant. I have been going to this location for years and never had a problem asking for extras. I asked for yellow peppers, just the yellow peppers with out the jalapeños that they try to mix in and it seems like I touched a nerve. I was in the drive thru and this means they have to go to the condiment bar and get them and place them in a bag. Well imagine my surprise when I received three (3) small yellow peppers and the girl said there you go all yellow peppers! Am I taking something away from staff for asking this? Am I taking food away from their mouths or money from their pockets? I don't get it? I think I need to find a new location to eat out?

I ordered off Uber Eats and the food is very PRICEY!…read more However... Beef ribs: 10/10 SO damn good. Definitely the star of the entire order. Chili beans: 10/10 Also really good. No complaints! Baked beans: Honestly, it's pretty hard to mess up baked beans. Very standard, traditional baked beans, good. Potato wedges: 8/10 Also kind of hard to mess up potato wedges unless they're undercooked or overcooked. They were seasoned too. So pretty standard tasting Mac & cheese: 3/10 I'm from the South, so there's just a certain baseline I reference when it comes to mac & cheese, and unfortunately this wasn't it for me. I would never order the mac again. Cornbread: 10/10 Southern girl approved!!! Collard greens: 4/10 Not a slither of seasoning but I got them together myself. Fish: The fish is actually why I ordered in the first place because I was craving some fried catfish. On Uber Eats, it just said "fish of the day," and I assumed it was catfish. It was, in fact, NOT catfish. I'm not sure what type of fish it was, but it tasted more prepackaged like something you would get out of the frozen section at the grocery store vs. freshly prepared, so I was a little bummed about that. It didn't taste bad, but I probably wouldn't order it again. I was also extremely disappointed by the portion sizes of the sides. They are VERY small, especially considering the prices. I would definitely keep that in mind before ordering extra or individual sides. I still gave them 5 stars because those ribs were so damn good that they made up for everything else. I'd absolutely order the ribs again!

I have been wanting to try the bbq here for some time now and I finally got the opportunity to do…read moreso. Big Pops is accommodating to dine in and take out but I will say it can get quite warm in there as you are eating which for me it was they do however have two tower fans for the guests when it gets hot but it was just me in there and so it was off but still I run hot and I was starting to warm up while eating. With that being said I think the service for what is worth wasn't too bad. This place is nice and decorated and very quiet other than the radio playing in the back ground for the cooks. There are a few tables inside that can seat about maybe 10-12 max and they do have a drink fridge for you to choose what drinks to get. The person helping me out was very quiet didn't ask me if it was my first time or anything like that maybe just the hello and such but he was polite but just not welcoming I suppose. Since it was my first time I didn't know what to get and I think it's my fault for sure for not asking more and engaging on what I should get because I only asked like one question about the Tri tip plate and stuff but I ended up getting that and I will say it's quite a bit of food but at the same time it can get pricey I paid about & $29 for the plate with tip ended up being $34 in total. It's about what you would expect from a barbecue place. So with the plate or any plate as show on the menu, you do get a small side of fries, a piece of corn bread and a small side. The small sides are about $2.99 for and as shown in my picture they are that small like a tiny ramekin like double or triple the size of what you get from a sample from Costco. So the fries are fries nothing special about them but they were fried well and it had a nice crisp outside when you bite into it and the inside was cooked right. The corn bread was spectacular in my opinion! It was moist and flavorful with every bite! I used it to dip into my Tri tip plate because of the sauce and it was great! The Mac and cheese I will say was ok. Barely any flavor and it honestly reminded me of getting Mac and cheese from the grocery store hot deli like Ralph's and Vons because the consistency and texture of it really felt like it was made the same way and flavor wise as well because there as no flavor now with that being said I will say maybe my tastebuds were already saturated and nuked by the sauce from the Tri tip (which I'll get to a moment) and I couldn't appreciate the Mac and cheese as well or tell if it was salted or peppered or something. But to me it was pretty bland Mac and cheese like I wouldn't pay for it as my side. Now I will say that's the only side I got I didn't buy the others which I regret because maybe those sides were the ones you should be eating like the baked beans or collard greens which is the more essential sides of any barbecue eatery. So definitely the Mac and cheese was a miss for me and next time I'll get the other sides instead. Now the main course which is the Tri tip. I loved the Tri tip it was nice and tender and you get about 10 ounces and in the photo I have it's a lot! But I will say this, there are people who love wet barbecue and dry barbecue I'm a person who loves the dry barbecue as in only into dry rub and stuff I dont mind saucy meat but an over abundance of sauce just ruins it for me and this was the case for my Tri tip. In my photo you can definitely see that it is heavily drenched in their barbecue sauce which by the way is very flavorful no doubt about it! But it was so sweet and so saucy also it wasnt spicy as I had the option to choose from regular or spicy but there was no indication of spiciness at all. Like maybe I'm just used to spicy food but whatever is meant to make that spicy didn't really shine out and that was a big disappointment. I'm not really into sweet foods which most barbecue sauces are sweet or very vinegary based. This is very sweet and very acidic like my mouth was nuked. But the Tri tip itself was amazing! But my plate had too much sauce and it was too sweet and vinegary like I could swim in the sauce is how saucy it was. No matter how I felt about my saucy Tri tips that's how you're supposed to eat it as is because that's how they made it and it would be a disservice to do so differently. With that being said over all the food was great except for the bland Mac and cheese and heavily sweetened barbecue sauce all over my Tri tip other than that it was great.. Again if you're not into eating super saucy barbecue or you're a dry rub type of barbecue eater like me then I would warn you again that it gets saucy here hahaha at least for my plate. I'm still gonna come back because I'd like to try their other stuff and also it's a local business and helping support them and any other local business is great! So for me it's 4 stars out of 5! Thank you again! :)

Old-School Burgers, Big Nostalgia & Great Service! We were…read morein the area car shopping at a dealership right across the street from Queens Burgers. We're not from the area, but we grew up in the San Fernando Valley, so we definitely know about the hype surrounding Queens Burgers. My husband had actually been here back in his younger days, but this was my first time. It was July, over 100 degrees, and incredibly humid, so we were honestly debating whether to just eat in the truck because we had to get back to LA. My husband went inside first and came back saying, "We can eat inside." So we decided to give it a try. Walking in felt like stepping back in time. This place has that true old-school burger stand feel. The classic benches and tables, the bars on the windows, and that nostalgic atmosphere you just don't find at modern burger places anymore. Now, full disclosure: it was HOT inside. There's no air conditioning and not much ventilation, and with the temperature outside being over 100 degrees, we were sweating like crazy. We ate pretty quickly and headed out. If you're visiting on a scorching summer day, just be prepared for the heat! But the FOOD? SO GOOD. I ordered a chili cheeseburger, something I hadn't had in years, and it brought back so many childhood memories. I honestly didn't think I was going to finish the whole thing... but I did! It was that good. My husband and my son each got a combo as well. My son had the regular cheeseburger, and he really enjoyed it too. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you want from an old-school burger spot. And even though the place was packed, with people constantly coming in for to-go orders and every table being occupied, the service was excellent. The staff was attentive, friendly, and quick. We had barely walked in before someone greeted us and took our order, and our food came out surprisingly fast. Would I come back? Absolutely. Especially for that chili cheeseburger and the nostalgia factor. Just maybe not on a 100+ degree day. If you love classic, old-school burger stands and want a taste of that nostalgic San Fernando Valley-era burger experience, Queens Burgers is worth the stop!

Upon arriving home, I was very disappointed with the quality of the food I received. When I called the restaurant to report the issue, the cook who answered the phone was extremely disrespectful. I redialed and another gentlemen answered the phone and apologized for the error I was given someone else's order which was plain burgers as seen in picture . As this has previously been my favorite place for takeout, I am very upset by both the quality of the order and the poor customer service I received from the cook.
