    "Jalepenos"
    Eric N.

I hate leaving negative reviews. I try to give everyone the benefit of trying to make it right. 2/8/25 4:25pm. The service was awful. Really bad attitude from what I assume is the trainer, not only with my wife but other patrons as well, at one point yelling at one of them. The cashier was very sweet, but new, and definitely struggling. Both orders were entered incorrectly, both were supposed to be chicken and one was put in as regular Philly. They left off my jalepenos, which when pointed out she gave me 2.5 slices of Jalepenos for my sandwich (pictured). The lemonade was so watered down it was more like water with a hint of lemon vs their trademark sugar cane lemonade. The sandwiches were very dry, they overcook their chicken until it has no texture or flavor left. The bread was great, but that was the only redeeming quality. We asked for extra ketchup for the fries and she said no. We asked for extra napkins and she gave us a total of 3 small napkins. They stay are also measuring the weight of the fries they give customers, but also threw away "cold" fries. This doesn't make sense to me, but they are obviously looking to cut costs anyway they can, and increasing the value for the customer does not play into that formula. $30 for a small and medium combo doesn't seem like they should be hurting at all. Overall very disappointing, because we've loved this place in the past.

Placed an online order and it said my order would be ready at 6:04 I waited till 6:10 to go get it. When I got to the counter the order wasn't even started on yet and they was not busy at all. I waited an extra 10 min for it to be made. Well apparently it was sitting at the register the whole time and the guy forgot what my order name was and only remembered when he had to ask again because the other worker asked what I was waiting on. I opened the box and the sandwich was a huge disappointment l.It looked dry and you could tell it had been sitting there for a while. I overlooked how it appeared and I went to take a bite and it wasn't even warm for it to have been started on when I came to get it. The only thing that saved the fact that it was terrible was the loaded fries and watermelon lemonade. Wouldn't order the cheesesteak from here just the fries and drink!

One can order just as you step in the door or get a table. I sat myself but maybe you are suppose to wait to be seated when it is busy. The menu goes in a lot directions from soup to appetizers to a whole or half chicken... I was there for crispy wings! There are several flavors and I asked the server for help. She wasn't a spicy fan so she steered me towards the garlic and honey/honey and soy wings. I ordered the small, 6 wings. The pickled radish was my side- you can choose a can of soda or cole slaw . Out came a small dish of the pickled radish followed a little later by 8 wings. The server explained that they typically have jumbo wings but that's not what they had today so they added another one to make up for it. That's a 5 star review right there! The wings were hot out of the dryer, perfectly seasoned with a sticky sauce that wasn't coated and drippy but rather just the right amount for a great meal and not 50 napkins and new shirt. What a gem! They are doing it right!

The sauces are a real highlight, especially the gochujang-based one, which was absolutely phenomenal. They're generous with the sauce, too, which adds even more flavor to an already well-executed dish. That said, it's hard to ignore the price point. This is easily the most expensive Korean fried chicken spot I've been to. While the quality justifies the cost to an extent, it's still a noticeable jump from other similar places. And while the chicken is very good, it's not necessarily the best in Atlanta--though it's definitely in the top tier. Another thing that stood out was the lack of lower-cost or smaller portion options. There were only half and whole birds available, with no quarter bird or sandwich options, which makes it difficult for someone looking for a more affordable or lighter meal. It feels like they're missing an opportunity to appeal to a broader lunch crowd. In short: it's pricey, but you're getting high-quality, expertly prepared Korean fried chicken. Just be prepared to spend a bit more--and maybe come hungry.

The staff was very helpful in trying to find us something safe to eat because we have multiple medical dietary restrictions. Everything was HOT and delicious! We tried 3 burgers, 1 chicken sandwich, fries and tots all were good. Now this is greasy diner food so don't go in with unrealistic expectations. But this is a family place and a great option for the GF community. We will definitely be back! Just so you know...the chicken tenders, fried pickles and onion rings can be GF but are NOT dairy free. The fries and buns are GF and DF. MY only note we went on a Saturday and the bathroom floors were sticky and the booths needed a better wipe down. I know it's hard to get everything done but a little cleaner would have kicked it up to a 5 Star for me.

Not so much if you bring delivery into the picture though. Last night, I placed a delivery order for my wife and I, ordering two 10 wing daily specials which comes with the wings, fries, and a drink for $10.99, not counting about $6.50 for delivery charge and driver tip. We also added onion rings. My wife wanted all flats for the $1.30 up-charge and I made my curly fries a large for the same up-charge amount. The food was delivered in a reasonable time, but I was pretty disappointed in the food itself. First and foremost, the drinks were fountain drinks delivered in styrofoam cups with plastic lids, just like you'd get in the restaurant. I thought they'd be bottled drinks, but I can see how that wouldn't be cost effective for them so just didn't drink mine. Tossed it in the sink because I don't trust food delivery services like Uber Eats or the others. The lids weren't taped closed so I don't take chances. They did come in a drink carrier and I appreciated that. The wings were a tad small, but I don't expect them to be like Taco Mac at $10.99 either. My wife liked hers, but she's not picky about wings like I am. Mine were overcooked and had lots of hard tissue. I only got two flats, which was a little disappointing but that's okay. They were extra wet as I asked, but I ordered teriyaki/lemon pepper and I didn't taste lemon pepper at all. The worst thing though were the curly fries. There were hardly any actual curls and 90% of the fries were broken pieces less than an inch long, as if it was the end of a bag. They were cold upon delivery so I popped them into the air fryer and that helped but not much. Onion rings were overcooked as well. Our total was just over $44, which is insane for wings from a small shop like this but this was due to upcharges, the $6 overcooked onion rings, and delivery charge. I hate food delivery charges, but my car was trapped in the driveway by my daughter's and my wife insisted it would be fine. If you decide to order from them, eat there. Don't do delivery unless you live around the block or you're okay with lukewarm/cold food. Honestly, fried foods need to be eaten fresh, especially fried potatoes of any kind. We're about 10-12 minutes away near BridgeMill (PASB), so not around the block by any means.
