The manicurist did not go in order of file all nails consistently, and he was too gentle with removing cuticles and did not do a though job of removing all the old cuticles. The manicurist was not straight with the painting and he missed the sides. I actually had to borrow the nail polish and do it myself. Then, the owner came over and did not do much better at all. Really the same quality which was poor. She could not remove all the old paying so I actually had to remove it myself. WHAT AM I PAYING FOOR WHEN I AM DOING THE WORK. The second manicurist said "we don't do that here " referring to taking off the polish. WHAT?!?!? I never heard of such a thing. Poor workmanship from two employees and the same poor attitude to the customer. They clearly wanted it to be done quickly so they could make $ from the next customer. Everyone is in your wallet these days without caring for the quality of work. Believe me, I am not a fussy person but I do like my nail polish put on with some accuracy. Please DO NOT GO HERE. They never offered anything to drink, even though it says they offer complementary beverages. They also will not allow you to tip on your credit card so if you don't have cash prepared to use the ATM or hopefully the technician you're with has some sort of Cash App. Pedicure came ok nothing I would brag about. People around me started before me and we're still being worked on when they had the same service as I after me. It's OK. The spots around my big toe are still dry and there was no cuticle oil or anything along those lines. When I went to pay, the guy told me it was $85 when I told him that was impossible because my service was $35 for the pedicure plus $15 for gel that did not equal $85. My lady first grabbed the wrong color and if I hadn't noticed and corrected her she would have used it, she was also bit stingy on the nail polish; I had asked prior to choosing a glitter nail polish I liked was opaque and was told yes, but it wasn't. I had to ask for extra coats for both my mani and pedi. (I used the same color). Sadly even after the extra coats some small parts of my nails are still showing through. Luckily it's not noticeable unless you're looking closer, no one is going to do that, but for the price...‍ While some employees weren't particularly busy during the visit, they were mostly on their phones. It would have been nice if that time was used to clean up the unused areas which could elevate the overall atmosphere. At check out the lady was about to charge me 40 dollars over the amount it should have been. When I corrected her and the other employee who was standing there they just went "oh" and changed it to a smaller number. Once I arrived, however, the experience exceeded my expectations. The live piano player created a relaxing and unique atmosphere that I wasn't expecting and truly appreciated. Rose, the owner, took the time to listen to my concerns and preferences. She thoughtfully communicated them to the nail technician who worked with me, which helped me feel heard and understood. My nail technician was gentle, attentive, and considerate throughout the appointment. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would return. If the booking platform provided more detailed service descriptions and technician information, it would make an already great experience even better.

I was told to pic a color, but, I have to be honest here, there was really no choice to make for me. They had very dull color choices and not very many which totally surprised me. I kept saying that nothing was interesting to me. Anyhow, finally decided (all the while being not happy with color). Might I add that this was the most expensive pedicure that I ever paid for and I have traveled all over the world. It was so basic, they don't even trim up the cuticles around the nail, they do nothing to the areas around the nails. NEVER had that happen before. They look horrible to me. She had to keep polishing one of the nails, or should I say half of my nail, over and over to try and get it right. (never did) Just a VERY TERRIBLE experience. Lesson learned. My nail tech- Thy, was very informative, kind and did such an incredible job. Probably the best mani pedi ive had. I came in with a photo if milky white nails and received exactly that. I was offered drinks, the leisure to play a tv show or movie and great informational tips on nails. I wish i could fly to Virginia beach just to get my nails done here everytime!
