It was truly one of the best catering experiences I have had from the professionalism of the onsite staff to the exceptional quality of every dish served. I was unfortunately too busy managing the event (and enjoying the food) to take photos, but the menu absolutely deserves recognition. Highlights included the perfectly seasoned Farmer's Market Scramble, Chicken Apple Sausage, Lemon Ricotta Pancakes with Blueberry Sauce, and Herb Roasted Potatoes for breakfast. Lunch featured incredibly tender Short Ribs, perfectly glazed and moist Grilled Chicken, grilled polenta, and the best honey butter cornbread I have ever had.
