    Milk Toast $3.80

Our go to spot for my 85 degree coffee craving & pastries. This location is always changing the front entrance around but bc it is small it's not hard to navigate. I've noticed that the popular items such as Brioche loaf, Pineapple buns often has 2 shelves, so if those are your favorites, this location has plenty. Service is always pleasant & friendly, so this location is where I like to get my buns & 85 degree coffee. Pastries & Drinks: Brioche Bread-slight sugary crust on top w/a pillow soft bread. This loaf can last me a few days so this is budget friendly & a consistent purchase. Coffee Cruffin-a coffee cream infused inside this croissant muffin. My daughter enjoyed it with a nice coffee flavor, but I would just stick to my usual Brioche Bread. Mini Sponge Cakes (in a pack of 6) - for an airy & light lemon spofrom 85 degree this satisfies my mother in law, so you cant go wrong with this. I'm a loyal patron bc of the competitive price, quality of coffee drinks & service.

Kind employees, very much appreciated their help choosing a cake. They provided candles, a small chocolate "happy birthday" decoration, and a serving knife. Will definitely get cakes again here!

I've been here a few times and they always had everything in stock! There are a tons of pastries and desserts that are tasty! I've also ordered 2 cakes from here: the mango crème brûlée & the red velvet! Both were good! I also like that they give candles, a HBD chocolate sign, and a plastic knife/serving utensils. There are a few tables inside to enjoy your drink/pastries. I haven't ordered any drinks from here but I do like the pastries! Free parking lot. Just beware that there are some homeless people around.

First time I got the chocolate toast. I LOVE IT! It's thick and bot too sweet. SO GOOD!!!! I love the thickness and the texture. The coffee is strong! I got the coffee with no sugar and just boba. My only complaint is that they didn't give me much boba :( For a large size.. :(((( The cashiers are super nice and patient as I was figuring out the app and I got my birthday reward of getting 50% off a drink! :)

Have been a fan of 85C for many many years, and this location is always the most convenient for me. Always appreciate their milk tea with foam, and love their pastries. Not as good as Porto's in Socal, but a very solid Asian bakery. You can get like 7 pastries for about $18 ish. Pros: - post-covid everything is already individually wrapped, which I think helps with infection control (even if it does use a lot of plastic). - Lots of variety, and it changes frequently and they'll bring out "FRESH BREAD!" intermittently as they shout that haha - has a separate drink order kiosk now to help with congestion - wide variety of sweet and savory pastries - pretty reliable egg tarts - very efficient cashiers, I think most of the time if there's a long wait in line it's because a customer is not being efficient, not the staff. - Has a few tables to sit if you want to eat in - close to a lot of other establishments, so easy to go here before or after a meal etc. Cons: - not many! other than if you go too late in the day there can be less selection, so go earlier in the day if you can!

Very quick service and we used coupons and the cashier was very helpful in walking us through the process. Outstanding bakery items.

From savory to sweet. My delicious cravings are filled. Here's a brief review of my top selection from 85 Degrees Bakery Cafe (minus the drinks--I'll review them some other day). Mango Custard Bun. Slightly sweet with hints of tanginess from the tropical fruit. This bun tastes like a goodness pillow. Boroh Danish. Do you know what's going on in here? It's all the crispiness savory yummy. Croissant Crunch. More like Bye Bear Claws. Jumbo Guava Cheese Strudel. Porto's famous guava pastry wannabe? Love that parking is open in the plaza and free for patrons. There's almost never a wait line here. So, it's excellent. It's overall not-so-loud. Good for a first date.

I love their assortment of breads, pastries and cakes. I decided to try their mocha coffee today and honestly, it wasn't that great. It just tasted like watered down coffee, no mocha taste, no sugar either. My husband got one of the sea salt coffees and that tasted way better. I love the more savory breads/pastries but they have this brioche loaf that is soooo yummy. Their garlic cheese bread is also really good and my daughters love the chocolate cake roll. The staff is always really friendly and helpful as well. The bakery is in a shopping plaza with tons of parking so that's a plus!

Busy busy busy store. But lots of baked goodies! Music playing, crowded store. I got some drinks to go along with my pastries! I love this place. They added new items on the menu too, I'll be sure to give it a try, HOT SANDWICHES! This store is a gem! I hope it doesn't change. I'm forever a regular here. Thank you 85 degrees bakery family! 5-stars

Stopped here during a road trip and it really hit the spot! Pretty much all the options were available and looked fresh. It's fun looking at all the cakes behind the glass too! The blueberry cheesecake was delicious and I would get again. Service was quick & there was seating options inside to eat there if desired.

I originally came in for Dubai inspired chocolate pistachio cheesecake but was instead greeted so warmly by head pastry chef Nile! She is full of life and so passionate about her baked goods. I almost wanted to buy one of everything after hearing about each item. Desserts: *Blueberry Ube Cheesecake *Pistachio Ricotta Cake *Dubai Pistachio Chocolate Cake with Biscoff Cookie Butter *Red Velvet Cheesecake Cup Nile just baked the Dubai cake and mentioned she would have a slice for herself that night. It was sweet and decadent for sure. Definitely perfect for sharing! I loved the blueberry ube cheesecake and so did Mom! I was looking for my leftovers and they disappeared from the fridge. Creamy and slightly fruity with that thick buttery crust-- amazing! Pistachio Ricotta cake was light and moist. Perfect when you want something delicately sweetened for tea time. Red Velvet cheesecake cup was just ok for me due to the cheesecake frosting. I think I would've preferred a whole slice of cake instead. This bakery kiosk is a part of Turkish-Mediterranean restaurant Moussaka. Interior has the cutest cafe tables and chairs. Love the grey with baby pink + mint green color scheme. Step inside and go directly to the dessert display to place an order. They're also on DoorDash. Can't wait to see what Chef Nile comes up with next!

Even better than how it looked, was how it tasted! The person we were celebrating is Gluten Free and the cake was gluten free and vegan. I didn't have huge expectations of the taste based on past experiences, but i would have had no idea. The cake was perfectly moist and dense snickerdoodle flavored. The icing had that perfect texture and was cinnamon sweet. It was amazing! I live in Seattle and it was for a baby shower in Oakland. I was nervous because I've never ordered a custom cake before, I was doing it at a bakery I don't know in a city I was visiting and needs it dropped off. Alexandra eased any worries I had and made the experience memorably wonderful. The shower wasn't going to help traditional - not a drop of pink or blue so I wanted to give some direction on what I was hoping for. I sent some images as a reference and Alexandra offered input to make sure we were aligned. She then created something that went with what I was thinking, but it was even more beautiful. I know I am gushing, but I can't help it. If you are looking for a special cake that tastes as good as it looks, use Salted Holiday!

I like to look for new spins on lattes to see what barista's are whipping up to make things unique. I came in thinking I was going to get a basic latte, but the Borgia Mocha caught my eye! I asked the cashier if it was a good choice and she recommended it. I was a little unsure how the two would blend and how much orange they would use in it, but it came out amazing! Honestly probably one of the top 10 unique mocha's I have tried and it was delicious! I loved the burst of refreshing orange that complimented the chocolate. The flavors danced on my tastebuds like two separate flavors that blended together as one. Each holding their own note that added value to the drink making it unique. Was meeting up with a friend from Berkeley and he found this spot in between the both of us. Pros and cons! + The coffee - holy shit. Got a cortado. And drank it without sugar it was so good. A touch of bitter (it's coffee - duh!) but so smooth, almost nutty but buttery at the same time. + Got a chicken salad sandwich. It came stacked HIGH with hints of sweetness and curry. Freshest produce. Honestly, I was hungry but could only eat half of it, it was so big. + Friend got a warmed cinnamon bun. Incredible. Yeasty, chewy almost crisp on the outside but pillowy soft on the inside. + Wide open space inside -- high ceilings, one big central area. Not tucked away spaces -- which might or might not match your preference. + Perfect amount of coffeehouse buzz. Music playing lowish in the background and lots of conversations. Just enough to quell my ADHD tendencies. * Honestly can't think of any negatives. Prices are a bit high but happy to pay it for such a quality experience. I think my cortado was decently priced -- maybe $6 or so? Sandwich was $18 or so but done really well and came with a bowl of soup (chips, fruit, and something else was an option instead of soup, but tomato bisque with a sandwich? Divine.) - An hour away from where I live but if you live anywhere East Bay, my curse is your blessing ;-)
