When I called the owner for a clarification as to why he said "I have never had a 'bag of vomit' thrown at me before to clean." Cue the drama. Really? Apparently a bag of soiled clothes and a book bag sent to a "professional" cleaner was supposed to arrive in a condition where whatever had soiled it is "virtually undetectable." That's a direct quote. Now, I did apologize to him for the condition of the items and reminded him this was a 14 year old who bagged the items and handed them to me to be laundered. But, to review, not only does this owner enjoy a 1000% mark-up on his services, he also chooses what is an acceptable condition of soil is before accepting a job. Pathetic .

But surprising me in Wakefield actually have lapels. And their service and stuffs very good and nice. They check clothes very careful and send me a notice after they finish. I had dry cleaning and wash & fold done here. One of my suits shrunk from dry cleaning. I seriously didn't get fat - it's the shoulder to shoulder part and the armpit part that I can feel it. I had a knit shirt that was washed and it shrunk half inch on each shoulder. My friend also did a wash and fold - her white shirt ended up with red dots on one side and gained an extra pair of jeans. Another friend, he lost a dress shirt from dry cleaning. I will not go there AGAIN!

When I complained he was very rude told me that it is not wet or damp and this is how he will give the cloths back to the customer. My cloths were spoiled and I had to take all my cloths to different dry cleaning place to fix his mess. Adding to that he was very arrogant and told he owns a chain of dry cleaning places and he does not need my business. In this day and age of social media presence I think it is stupid way to handle a customer grievance. I think his strategy is to give poor service and keep changing his store name so he can trick the customer that the place is under new management. So BEWARE before you give your cloths in this place.
