The caramelized onions and hatch chile gave the burger texture. The kids scarfed down their OG Skywalkers - so I know it was good. We shared an order of fries and it was a wrap! We ordered the flautas, the mad pig burger and half and half fries with one half being coated in tons of cheese and chorizo. The flautas may have been the best my wife and I have tried in El Paso. The burger was really good if you like smash burgers. I thought it would be dry but it wasn't. The fries were thick cut home fries cooked to perfection. Everything was served right off the grill.
