His replies were always very fast (within 20 minutes) and he made the booking process so quick and easy. Their prices are very reasonable as well! On the day of the party, they arrived early to set up. We booked them for balloon twisting and airbrush tattoos and all our guests, both children and adults, loved them! Their work was very beautiful and all the kids kept lining back up for more. It was adorable seeing all the tattoos and balloons everywhere! They were so great with the kids and all our guests had so much fun. Dave made my son a Winnie the Pooh balloon and he absolutely loved it. The sweet woman working with Dave (unfortunately I forget her name, my brain was all over the place at the time) made my son a little turtle balloon bracelet and he was obsessed with it! We picked out our random accessories from the props table and filmed seven seconds of video in front of a screen. I booked Flipbooks for my wedding last Saturday (7.5.14), and from the very start, they were incredible. I worked primarily with co-owner, Erica Martin. She is the sweetest lady in the world, completely professional, and so gracious and kind. Most of our correspondence was done over email, since I reside in California. Erica was very prompt with calling and emailing the entire time. She was always available and sooooo friendly every time we spoke. Eveyone raved about the Flipbook booth at the wedding. You should look bright and at least she should have worn something more colorful being that it was in Hawaii. When I met with Jody she first showed me around her property, right on the beach! If I hadn't had another venue I'd have had the ceremony at her house. It is a beautiful house with the yard right on the sand. I can't believe her price, it's very affordable! After the tour we sat down and went over the ceremony. Jody was very receptive to our putting our own twist to it. All in all I spent an hour chatting with her and after that time I know we chose the right Officiant.

They claimed "Spring" pricing ended on April 1st, yet there was no mention of seasonal rates or expiration dates anywhere on their site. I have inquired with the majority of local vendors for these services, and this is the only business on Oahu that uses "seasonal changes" to justify a 50% overnight increase. ​Additional Red Flags: ​The "Evidence Scrub": Immediately after I called them out via text (where they admitted to the change), they scrubbed all pricing from their website so there was no "proof" of the original website rate. ​The Delivery Fee: They insisted on a delivery fee for a party in Honolulu area. Given they are based in Honolulu and the equipment for these services is minimal, a $40 fee for a 5-minute drive feels like blatant "nickel and diming." ​Lack of Integrity: Even if their rates were reasonable, I would not do business with them because of these shady practices. ​It is poor business practice to change your rates the moment a customer shows interest in the advertised price. I just feel bad for these people as they clearly will not be around long. I was literally sitting in our honeymoon suite on the phone with them for half an hour arguing when it dawned on me how crazy it was that I'm giving these people my money and business and they act like we owed them!
