She worked within my budget and thoughtfully suggested ways to repurpose ceremony arrangements for the reception, which helped us save money. One challenge I experienced was at the start of our time working together. When I requested a few edits to the contract, it was initially difficult to get in touch with her or her team. As someone who is very Type A, the contract details were extremely important to me, and I felt hesitant signing before those revisions were made. Unfortunately, it took nearly two months to receive a response, and I had to follow up multiple times via email and text before hearing back. Additionally, her quote was presented as one full price rather than itemized. Other florists I spoke with provided itemized breakdowns, which I personally appreciated in case I needed to remove or adjust specific pieces.
