She has the sweetest disposition and I am amazed how well Ashley & Sheri have taken the time to not only, setting our puppy up for success, but also giving us a tremendous amount of information to help set my husband and I to succeed also with a new puppy. I highly recommend Dominoes Schnoodles in Moreno Valley if you're looking to add a new puppy to your family.

We scheduled an appointment to see some available puppies she had online that weekend. At the appointment, she brought out three different schnoodles we were interested in. The one we ended up choosing was Snowflake. She was a 13 week schnoodle. At first when Ashlee brought Snowflake out, she was very shy and timid. But that's to be expected from meeting new people for the very first time. Slowly Snowflake opened up and she was so sweet. We ended up buying her that weekend, but we were not prepared at home for Snowflake. Ashlee offered to keep Snowflake for a week so we could buy all the necessary things for her! So kind of Ashlee to offer. We came back the following weekend and picked up Snowflake. Ashlee was very knowledgeable and informative of all our questions. She also mentioned that their team is available to us for the lifetime of the dog! They also provided a very detailed handbook for us to review, and it was so helpful. When we brought Snowflake home, she was shy and scared but that's because it was an unfamiliar place. Snowflake was already litter box trained and did so well at that at home too. She eventually started to open up. Snowflake is now 16 weeks and is the sweetest little girl. She learns so quick! Ashlee also mentioned her dogs are very aware of the word "no." Snowflake picked up a lot of things very fast and is very into words of affirmation. We also just had her 16 weeks vet check up and Snowflake is a healthy puppy. We couldn't have asked for more. Ashlee and her team are always available. Whenever I had a question, she would respond within minutes. I felt very secure knowing we had a puppy from someone who has been in the breeding business for a long time. I would definitely recommend Domino Schnoodles to anyone looking for a hypoallergenic dog!

I was personally attacked via email by Pamala Hall, a staff member. Long story short, our family recently had a baby who we just found out was allergic to our cat that we rescued from the streets. Pamala Hall continued to harass me even after I stopped responding to her vicious emails. This behavior is cruel and not acceptable anywhere! On another side of the spectrum, a woman kindly welcomed an opportunity to our cat but explained how re homing works & how it can affect her. This is how a professional operates, which is the complete opposite of Pamala or assuming the other staff members at NTS Adopt A Pet Program. Beware! PS. Our cat is in great hands and perfectly happy & healthy in what we've worked out.

I could tell Pamala Hall was genuine in caring , fostering her animals. She has a full time job and works helping the animal on the side. My husband and I were thrilled to be able to adopt a purebred GSD from her. Unlike some reputable large organization GSD rescue arrogantly could careless who they are hurting, Pamala worked with me to bring normalization to the GSD. She is not pretentious, power hunger and truly care for the well being of the animal. Her organization deserves to have much financial assistance.

Headline: Life-Threatening Negligence and Fraudulent Charting - Do Not Trust This Clinic…read moreI am writing this as a medical professional who had to perform my own clinical audit to save my dog from this office's incompetence. My dog, Twinkie, was failed by Dr. Mean and her staff on multiple levels: 1. Fraudulent Documentation & Lack of Physical Exam: The records claim Dr. Mean performed a heart exam on Twinkie. This is a blatant lie; she never even touched my dog. Furthermore, a covering vet performed a suture removal but failed to document any of the clinical concerns we raised. Vitals that were taken by a tech on an intake form were never entered into the formal medical record. 2. Misdiagnosis & Dangerous Over-Medication: Despite Twinkie showing clear signs of anaphylaxis right in front of the staff, they "shrugged it off" and insisted she was having syncope (fainting) due to heart failure. Without proper diagnostics, they jumped straight to a heavy cocktail of Enalapril and Vetmedin and Furosemide. 3. Intentional Withholding of Records: I believe this office intentionally stalled sending my records to the cardiologist. Once they realized a specialist would be reviewing their "work," they likely realized they had jumped the gun. Because they failed to provide the records, I had to act as my own investigator. 4. The Proof is in the Recovery: After connecting the dots myself, I realized the Enalapril was dropping her blood pressure below baseline and the Furosemide was dangerously dehydrating her. I made the clinical decision to stop the medications. Within 24 hours of being off their "treatment," Twinkie was back to her old self--active and barking. A subsequent exam by a different, competent veterinarian confirmed she is healthy, her heart is fine, and she never needed the medication. Final Word: If I hadn't used my own medical background to challenge their narrative, their "treatment" for a non-existent heart condition would have killed my dog. Their clinical notes are vague, their charting is dishonest, and their diagnostic skills are non-existent. Go elsewhere.
