Thanks to their fast responses on Yelp, these guys were able to give me what I needed for an affordable price and by the next day, I had an appointment with the guy. I really appreciated it because I drove out to a different spot and was quoted an unbelievable price so Mobile Specialist Auto Glass really came in clutch. I got my front windshield replaced with the guy coming to my home, no need for me to drive out to a shop. I didn't get his name unfortunately, but he was very kind and told me that it looked like my crack was from a pebble. I really admire his work ethic out in the sun and the fact that this place offered a lifetime warranty as well. The speed of the service was also amazing and he was done in under 2 hours!!! To make an appointment, you send them your phone number and the address where the car would be located at. Also, for accurate quotes, make sure you have your vin number handy!!! The fastest way to find your 17-digit VIN is by looking through the driver's side windshield at the dashboard corner or on the driver's side door jamb. It can also be located on your registration, title, or insurance documents!!!

The repair was finished in no time, and he was very honest about what it would look like and if it would disappear (spoiler alert: was a bad hit so it won't be invisible unfortunately) It was fine to me. As soon as I began to ask a question, he held his finger up at me and told me to wait while he continued texting on his phone. I stood there patiently for about five minutes while he remained focused on his phone and never acknowledged me again. There was no apology, no explanation, and no attempt to assist me. It gave the clear impression that helping me was not a priority. After waiting and realizing I was not going to receive any service or basic courtesy, I left. Years later and this business is still one of the best Auto shops I have been too. I came back here after someone hit my car and did not leave their information. I had been to several other places close to where I live, (Pasadena), but the prices were ridiculous. I remembered Chase and figured it would be worth getting in contact with them. I called them and told them what happened. They asked if I could take pictures and send it to them, so I did. Within hours I received a quote. They did let me know that once they see my vehicle the price might fluctuate. I am realistic and know sometimes pictures don't reveal what has happened underneath the vehicle. Flash forward to taking my car in. I cannot express how impressed I was with their customer service. They had my car done in 5 days! The price was still SO MUCH better than the quotes I had received from other places. I am VERY happy with their work. I recommend this place to any one looking for an honest place of work, and a place where they make it happen and really work with you to make sure you are satisfied and happy with their work. read more

I was involved in an accident, So I looked up a few auto repair shops in my neighborhood and I came across Chase. It was close to my house so I decided to take my car in for an appraisal. The guy who help me, Adam was really knowledgeable and explained everything to me clearly. He told me how long it would take and what needed to be replaced and what could be used. I sensed his honesty and really appreciated the fact he did not try to scam me like most other shops. I left my car there for repairs because the price he gave me was reasonable. After I picked up my car I was truly impressed with the work they had done. I recommend them to everybody. Their work is great, their prices are great, and the customer service was outstanding. If you want the best for a good price this is your shop, you wont be disappointed! read more

At Hyperion Collision Center the man who helped me told me that my front fender and bumper had to be replaced, then called someone on the phone to get the prices for the new parts and labor. His estimate was more than the book value of my 15-year-old car. At Rick's Auto Body, Kevin examined the damage carefully and said both parts could be repaired--the fender would be removed to straighten out a dent and replaced, the bright yellow scrape marks could be buffed out, and the bumper would be repainted. Kevin explained in detail what would need to be done and warned me that the results might not be perfect but the car would look OK. The estimate he worked out for parts and labor was about 25% of the estimate from the other shop. I picked up my car from Rick's right on schedule, and the fender and bumper look perfect. I hope I won't need a body shop again, but if I ever do I'll go straight to Rick's Auto Body!

The scheduling coordinator (Catherine) reached out to me soon as I designated them as my desired shop from the insurance company's database. The initial assessment (Robert/Vartan) were professional accompanied by explanation of the process and estimated repair time. All throughout the repair process, I received multiple updates both from the scheduling coordinator and the automated system. In the end, the car was done ahead of schedule. The paint matching was spot on from what I can tell. Everyone in the office was professional, friendly, and most of all, they took care of all the paper work and back-and-forth with at-fault party's insurance company so I didn't have to do anything other than picking up the car. Even though it was a minor cosmetic damage this time, I would still recommend this place to others.
