Parts were ordered on a Friday and the next Tuesday it was ready for installation. The job was flawless and it looked like it never happened. I backed up into a pole while pulling out of a parking lot and damaged the rear end of my car. the truck, rear bumper, and a driver side tail light needed to be replaced/repaired. I took my time and read bunch of reviews and called and compared prices with different body shops in my neighborhood. after looking at some before and after pictures of chase I gave them a try. Honestly i couldn't tell if my car has ever been in an accident before or not once my car was ready to be picked up. I was in shock how much of a clean job they did to my car i had to double check my license plates to see if its actually my car. honest and reliable from the second i walked in to the shop. I had rear ended another vehicle with my car. I had a clear wrap on the front bumper but it still had scratches on it and the front sensor was also dislocated. I took my car to Chase because of the previous outstanding work they did on fixing my moms car. Dropped it off and a couple of hours later Adam calls me to let me know that after removing the wrap he doesn't feel the need to work on the bumper. He was completely honest and didn't charge me a dime for putting my sensor back. He could've not told me a thing, worked on the bumper, and charged me but he was honest from the very beginning.
