The collision center is known for their expertise with Tesla and Mercedes Benz vehicles throughout both Valleys. I felt the price was fair and wnet through my Tesla insurance, rather than chase down the bus' insurance company in Texas. Upon picking up my vehicle yesterday, I felt it was never in an accident, and possibly better, with shining new paint job and detailing. If there was an option for giving 6 stars, I would give 6. Today was my third time in the last couple of years getting work done on my Tesla at All City. The past two times were for body work due to fender benders, and today, the undercarriage-shield of my car was loose and flapping on the freeway. I called All City and they called me in and made time to help me out right away because they didn't want me driving in a dangerous condition. That meant a lot to me!! I was so relieved to hear that they had the part needed IN STOCK and they fixed it on the spot because I need to use my car for a ton of driving this weekend. As for the other two times I've brought my car in, I was super impressed with their professionalism and their communication. We all know how it feels to have your car in a shop and not know when it'll finally be done, but All City has always been so on top of accurate lead times, and communication. I particularly appreciate Kaitlyn and Jack. I'm sure everyone there is just as great! But these are two individuals who I've been most in contact with the three times working with them and I just really appreciate the way they do business, and their kindness. I took my car here thinking I would get an honest assessment of damage from an accident. What I received instead was a series of misleading estimates seemingly in an effort to get my car written off to their financial benefit. I have since had two other independent body shops tell me that my car is repairable for 9k instead of the OVER 18k that this shop said it would cost, conveniently close to the value of the car. They also falsely claimed they "spoke to my insurance company" saying they called them to say "the car is a write off". This is false. My insurance company confirmed several times they did not do this and that the car was never declared a write off. This call never happened. I am sharing this as a warning to people who choose to use this business. @Steve Update Jan 26th 2025 - Thanks for your note but I had my car towed to a different shop who have given me an estimate that is over 50% LESS than what your shop proposed for the repairs. I also had to email your shop to ask for my custom hubcaps back that were kept by your shop. No one from the shop even called me to say they kept them. It was only because I called myself to ask because I noticed they were missing. I have no desire to speak to you given I took my car elsewhere. I stand by my claim that your shop's estimate was over inflated and an intentional effort to get the car written off and I have the evidence of the estimate to prove it. I replaced the front bumper on my 2021 Tesla Model 3 about two years ago at this location and they did a phenomenal job. I was a happy customer. Well about three weeks ago I got rear ended in a parking lot and sure enough my rear bumper had to get replaced. Called All City Collision Burbank and spoke to Karo to get the process going. He was very nice and welcoming and he got started on the process right away. Throughout the repair, Karo and Kaitlyn kept me informed and as expected, I had absolutely no issues and no delays. Customer service was on point and car was in pristine condition when picked up. You could tell they are doing their absolute best and everyone is on the same page. Eric and the guys from All City Collision in Burbank took great care of my Red Tesla! They are Tesla certified and fix Teslas constantly! The multicoat red color is pretty tricky in general and the scratch was over the parking sensor and that brings more complexity but they fixed it super fast and without damaging the quality! Even if they were ordering a new parking sensor they are super close to the Burbank Tesla Service Center so that would save a lot of time as well! When I had work done on my car a year and a half ago I was impressed with the quality of work and customer service. I received consistent updates on the progress and felt that I was treated very well by the entire staff. Last week I had an issue with my body molding, the Tesla service center told me they couldn't fix it and to take it back to my body shop. I made an appointment to stop by to show them what was going on and expected to make an appointment once they were able to obtain the parts. Instead they took my car in immediately and had the molding, clips and sensors replaced within 30 minutes. To top the experience off, All City did this FREE OF CHARGE. They know their stuff. I also dealt with the other certified shop that Tesla contracts, and their work doesn't even match the quality All-City delivers. They know Teslas very well. Just bought a new 2024 Rav4 LE and already scratched the side of it on a yellow beam in my Studio City apartment. Although I never dealt with this shop directly the 2 times I needed bodywork on 2 of my Teslas I could see they were worked on at this shop using the location feature in my app and also confirmed with my Tesla service manager they were taken here. On separate occasions Tesla service scratched my door sill paint pretty bad while replacing a passenger seat and another time rubbed the bumper paint off in 2 spots. All City made them look better than new. I could not see any imperfections and was more than happy with their work. Anytime someone in LA with a Tesla asks for a body shop referral I refer you guys cause you do impeccable work. I just referred my dad to your shop who had something fall on the hood of his Ram truck, hope y'all can help him out.
