They quickly replaced a rear window for me. They worked with Insc but I also opted to upgrade and get brand window. Great & quick work.

Safe Auto Glass was able to find a replacement rear window for my 1995 Toyota Corolla Station Wagon. Two other Pasadena shops said their suppliers stopped carrying glass parts for my old auto. It was well worth the longer drive to the Hollywood location. Quick service at a very reasonable price. Thank you for a job well done. Unfortunately the molding had to be gotten from Toyota Parts, unfortunately they didn't have it. So I have to search for a molding to close the gap around the glass. Or a black silicone glue to fill in the gap. read more

I had the drivers side window broken out of my car. They were able to get me in but it was immediately, so if you are in a hurry you are out of luck for most locations. I had to wait 2 weeks. Was told it would take about 2 hours, ended up being slightly more than that but they did a good job with the window. Wish the clean up of the broken glass was better, still have bits rolling around in the car and the door caddy. Not to mention the broken glass inside the door, which they told me they couldn't get out and it will eventually pulverize on it's own. read more

They did a satisfactory job of replacing my windshield. But they forgot to take my FastTrack carpool lane transponder off my old windshield. When I called they said whoops, can you come get it. I live 25 mins away, so I asked them to mail it to me. It never arrived. I called a few weeks later, they made some weird excuse, "we had the wrong zip code so I'm going to UPS to pick it up. i'll mail it to you tomorrow." I have yet to receive it and it's been another couple weeks. Super annoying to have to now deal with this. They should give me a discount or something, imo. read more

This company was able to book me and my broken windshield for the next day after I called. The job took 3 or so hours and it was done great! It's been about 2 or 3 weeks since I went here to change the windshield and so far the new glass is doing great -- no leaks, no other problems. All the sensors work as they should (haven't tested rain sensor though, hasn't been raining, but I'm sure it's fine). All my questions (even stupid ones, I don't know nothing about windshield change) have been answered and the crew were very friendly and helpful. Now PRICE, that was the best part for me. Kia quoted me with some insane price, and these guys gave me a great price with original Kia glass. I don't know what is Kia thinking, with all the queues they have for service and insane prices. The price here was just a little bit more than the quotes I got from some glass repair places with questionable reviews. This place even offered me help to deal with my insurance (though turned out that my comprehensive deductible is too high, I will be lowering that).
