Whenever I visit this location, I often notice that one of the tellers appears visibly dissatisfied with her role. She consistently displays a lack of warmth and tends to come across as dismissive, rude and arrogant. Most recently, I observed her raising her voice at a customer who seemed unfamiliar with standard banking procedures. I found this concerning, as it did not reflect the level of professionalism and courtesy typically expected in customer service interactions. chase allowed someone to cash 12 checks a total of 43 times (including 1 check SIX TIMES!!) through mobile deposit. After I caught it, chase said they are keeping my money because it was more than 30 days since the initial cashing of the check. $10,559.38 is how much they stole from me. I immediately reported the fraud and pressed charges on the individual once I discovered the fraud, yet chase is still keeping my money. Now I have to hire an attorney to try to get my money back. Worst experience ever!!! They offered us a sapphire reserve credit card and told us they will waived our military fees. It was a lie. We ended paying $700 for not reason. Not accountability. They made us called 8 different people the entire day and ended just saying: oh I am so sorry we didn't know this information: like we are selling shit we don't even know what's for. Just trying to take care of your banking needs and Chase never ever ceases to disappoints. I was lucky enough to find one here in Vacaville so I could do some banking and they were as friendly as the one I bank at in my own town. Chase bank is probably the best large bank I've ever banked with. I have never had one charge to bank with them ever!! The customer service has always been far and above superior than even the little local Credit Union I used to bank with. I was met and greeted with a teller who was friendly and quick to handle my transactions. Also asked me if there was anything else I needed told me to have a nice weekend, all with a smile. The Chase Bank on Harbison is terrible. Poor customer service. The employees would rather talk amongst themselves than take care of a customer waiting to be served. There is an employee by the name of Rod Ortega. He is the rudest employee they have. I was treated very unprofessional by him today. He left me waiting for 45 minutes. I had to finally interrupt him while he was having a personal conversation with a co-worker. When he did find the time to assist me, he was put out, no eye contact, no communication or clarification related to my questions to him. When we were finished with the transaction, he did not even say goodbye or thank you. Based upon his rudeness I am closing my accounts and moving my money to a different financial institution. Not only my accounts, but my families accounts as well. During this pandemic, Rod Ortega should be grateful he even has a job. I used an app I hadn't used in a while to purchase something online and didn't realize an old Visa from Chase bank was linked to that app. The Visa was closed early last year. I saw that number on the receipt and was worried that it would get kicked back by Chase, but instead Chase put it through without even sending me an email, text or phone call. I did want the purchase to go through, so that wasn't the problem. This card was closed because I had reported it as lost, so knowing that Chase simply pushes through any charge made, at any time, even on a closed account, was very upsetting. read more

Very nice tellers. They always have a snack or candy basket out, and waiting lines aren't that long. The staff are willing to help out students and teach them about banking terms. The customer service I received from my teller was garbage .. She was rude , and uneducated with what her job role was .. I was asking her details about account and she was clueless .. then I asked for money back and a cashier check and she wanted to charge me .. and I had to tell a couple of times that I shouldn't be charged for a cashier check I have the account type that doesn't .. then she give me money back that I requested I had to count it myself cuz she was unprofessional and should have got my attention and ask me to look at the machine so I can witness the amount .. nope .. so I proceed to count my own money taking up time and holding up the line .. This location looks trashy both inside and outside. We needed to use the atm and on 2 different days the atm was broken outside on the left. When we went inside it looked like the place was dirty and nobody acknowledged us as we walked in. 5 stars for Jeannie Bubpala! Thank goodness for her. After a horrible experience at the Alamo branch and over the phone with a employee at this branch, Jeannie came through for me. Long story short, a simple request turned into a night mare. I even called customer service before entering the bank to ensure I had the appropriate paperwork. Un-american bank! I went into Chase to deposit $200 into my sons account. He was away at school and broke. I had his account number and thought I could just deposit $200 into his account. I used cash so it would be credited to his account immediately. The teller asked if I was on his account, I was not. She then informed me that I COULD NOT DEPOSIT CASH into my sons account, in any amount. Stunned, I asked why. She said they were doing their part to prevent money laundering and terriorist funding. I explained that my son needed money to eat, showed her my ID, we have the same last name and mailing address, but she still refused. She stated I could deposit a check or use a debit or credit card. I told her that I just withdrew the $200 cash from my account to put into his. Its my understanding that a hold is placed on checks and he needed the money ASAP, thats why I brought cash. My account was low, and if I wrote a check, it would not be covered, unless I drove back across town and re-deposited the $200. Knowing my check was not good, she stated that my sons account would indeed be credited $200 immediately. They always credit the first $200. How stupid is that? They won't take my AMERICAN CASH, but will take my check with no funds to back it up. They could see my sons account was empty, that it did not have repeated cash deposits, that I was in fact his Mother, yet, they would not let me deposit actual money into his account, in ANY AMOUNT! So I wrote a bogus check, deposited it into my sons account, drove across town to deposit my $200 back into my account, so my check would not bounce, and went home. STUNNED AND MAD AS HELL! This country was built on our banking system. People depositing their hard earned gold, coins, or cash, for safe keeping. Now a bank has decided cash cannot be deposited unless you own the account. What about the kid that wants to deposit their allowance into their parents account for safe keeping? I did that for years when I was a kid. Now it might be money laundering, or terriorism? This bank is wrong on so many levels, I just can't believe it. I will never bank with Chase, and when he is done with school, neither will he. read more
