Cargo always comes on time. Logistics on top. Separately, you can pay for delivery to a specific address, order hard packaging. The cost of transportation is more than adequate. By the time I have no questions, everything came quickly - in three days. The pick-up of the cargo I appointed for Friday, on Saturday I received a SMS that he left, on Monday morning there was already a call that he was in my city. I asked for delivery on Tuesday and got it on Tuesday. Definitely recommend to use the services of this company. read more

This is the poorest excuse for "Couriers" or "Logistics" I have ever seen. Their ineptitude and incompetence has already wasted 2 days of my time. I had a delivery scheduled for Saturday, which they were no shows for. I rescheduled for Tuesday, and GUESS WHO DIDN'T SHOW UP AGAIN?? I called them again this morning, and asked to speak to their director, and was told she was "unavailable." Allegedly they are going to "research" what's going on with my shipment and get back to me by noon--I guess we'll see if that ever happens. It's not like they've given me a reason to believe that they are actually capable of doing what they say they're going to do. read more

So far, no complaints on this vendor. They are consistently on target with great service. From the time I call for a pick up to the time they deliver. On several occasions, outgoing packages were picked up and delivered well before the guaranteed time. The ONLY issue I have.....sometimes the courier is a smoker and he reeks of smoke. read more

worse company, and rudest workers and employees, from the dude that picks up the phone to the manager Rob Howard, never delivered my packages, they gave me a time window from 6-9 PM they call me at 4:30 saying we are closed we not gunna ship it, and after telling them I confirmed this morning they state "will better hope it shows up" WOW ! i hope they go bankrupt quick. read more

They were the company hired to deliver my bedroom set. They held the items for over a week in the truck before they were able to make time to deliver them. We were told on mutlipe days that it would be delivered during 3-7 pm and then they would never show up. When we called in, they would say that we did not answer the phone but could not provide a time that they actually reached out to us, and no voicemails showed up on the phone. They were rude any time that we had to deal with them. I would not recommend this company to anyone and if they are the company that is delivering something I ordered, then I will cancel the order just to avoid having to deal with them. They have the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced! The company I work for ordered a desk to be delivered and assembled by Chase Couriers. My appointment was set up for Wednesday between 1-5pm. I received a phone call from the courier at 4:45pm telling me he would not be able to make it until 5:15pm. (which was fine). He then calls me back at 5:00pm telling me he will not be able to make it until 6:30 to 6:45 (we close at 5:00pm. So he said he would reschedule for the next day at whatever time works best for me. We agreed on 8:00am... He then calls me back 10 minutes later telling me that he can not schedule a specific time... Said that he needs a window. So he told me between 9:00am-1:00pm. He said it would most likely be between 9-9:30am when he arrives. It is now 12:00pm and no sign of the courier. At that point I called to file a complaint and find out when my desk would be delivered... After explaining my story they put me on hold for about 15 minutes. When they return to the phone all they could tell me is that my appointment was for 10:00am- 2:00pm!!! Which is not what I was told.... They did not give the slightest care that I have been screwed around multiple times at this point. I then asked them... So what happens when they don't show up at 2:00pm??? The response was.... "we will deal with it if it gets to that point." read more

Everything about the way this company operates is unprofessional. First, they call and leave inaccurate information about delivery times, when you call back there is no one available for information. Second, they hold your package until they get a full truck heading to your location. In our case it was going to be weeks. Next, when discussing this policy with customer service they are rude, have poor attitudes and give you no timeline as to when you can expect your package. Finally, after realizing we can't get the package for weeks, we picked it up ourselves and upon arriving were met with - you guessed it - attitude. Online stores like Hayneedle utilize a shipping company that subcontracts Chase - beware. You may not get your package for weeks, if at all. read more

Customer be warned, find another company to handle your business. I have waited all day for my shipment to be delivered and have not heard a word from anybody. How they can attach logistics to the company name is beyond me. I waited a week for a shipment to be scheduled for delivery and then when scheduled nobody shows. read more
