Long ass line to get in. If interested, plan ahead and go line up early. (11-27-2024)
    Tony T.

Chase Sapphire Lounges are typically located inside airports, and are meant to be an amenity for Sapphire Reserve cardmembers and their guests. This particular Chase Sapphire Lounge is actually a pop up located inside Aria, a megaresort casino in Las Vegas. Specifically, it is located next to the entrance of Din Tai Fung and near the Lobby Bar. I was told that this will be around for only about 2 months. If you are interested in checking this out, I suggest you plan ahead and go wait in line early, as the venue is small and capacity is limited and they don't take reservations. I overheard one of the guests that was there that they waited 2 hours the previous day and still didn't get in, so he came back and waited in line around 4pm and got in shortly after it opened at 5pm. Nuts!!! The curated local menu at this Chase Sapphire Lounge consisted of Pork Belly Bao and Japanese Fried Chicken (Karaage) that were passed around as hors d'oeuvres. After a while, the staff set out trays of food for guests to help themselves. The Spicy Tuna Kimbap was pretty good, the shiso leaf really elevated the taste. The Marinated Cucumber Salad was decent, but has peanuts (for those with peanut sensitivity or allergy). The Chicken Katsu Sando reminds me of those Vietnamese meatloafs. For most guests that managed to get in and hang out and enjoy the ambiance, the main draw of this lounge is the menu of signature cocktails and mocktails. I had a mocktail made with Guanoabana and Matcha, and it was delicious. If you are in Vegas and have time to kill and willing to wait in a long line for a chance to experience this Chase Sapphire Reserve cardmember benefit, be sure to stop by early. 4 out of 5, only because of the long lines.

Great place to stop by if you happen to have the Chase Sapphire Reserve credit card. You are able to bring up to 2 additional guests. Good place to go to relax and get some cocktails, drinks and snacks free simply by having the card. Reminds me of the airport lounges! The snacks were made by Momofuku and were higher quality items like the pork baos. Very friendly and helpful staff. Make sure you bring some cash to tip them! The line to get in were long and i waited for over a hour and it wss as if i was waiting to get into a Las Vegas nightclub!

The Chase Sapphire Lounge pop up is probably the one of the only pop-ups that I have ever cared to stand in line for. If you have been following the Chase Sapphire Reserve news then you know that they have been slowly opening their own branded lounges. I must say, it's about damned time. The Chase Sapphire Reserve card debuted in 2016 and has been offering their users the Priority Pass membership to get them into airport lounges. However, in the last few years, it has gotten exceptionally difficult to get into a Priority Pass lounge due to the sheer amount of users that have the membership now. Many lounges are restricting Priority Pass users or just rejecting them. Finally, in 2023, Chase has finally launched their own lounge with their first location in Boston Logan International Airport. They now have them in several locations and in November, decided to give Las Vegas a small taste/preview by opening up a pop-up inside Aria. The lounge is located next to Din Tai Fung and is open from 5PM to 10PM. You'll probably spot the long line before spotting the actual lounge. Every Chase Sapphire cardholder can bring up to two guests with them for this experience. During my first visit, my friend and I brought in three guests with us. We went on a Monday night and got there after 5PM and waited in line for about 40 minutes. During our second visit, my friend and I took my sister -- we got there at about 5PM and waited for about an hour and a half on a Friday night. There is essentially two areas to the lounge -- the "front" where the bar is & you can see in front of you and the "back" where you enter a club-like atmosphere, sit on velvet chairs, and then subjected to loud DJ music. I sincerely hope that the DJ will not be part of the actual airport lounge. The lounge provides light bites provided by Momofuku and two special dishes between 6PM-8PM. The light bites include cucumber salad, tuna kimbap, and katsu sandos. I honestly wasn't a huge fan of any of them. The katsu sando was OK but it would have been way better if it was warm. The two special dishes included pork belly baos and double fried chicken with either a ranch or gochujang dipping sauce. The pork bell baos were great. They were definitely the star of the show. However, some pieces of pork were all fat while some had a good balance. So if you ever had the thought "did I just eat fat?" -- the answer is yes. The double fried chicken was good but use the ranch. The chili/gochujang sauce was way too salty for it. Not only did the lounge provide food, they also provided drinks. They had about five different alcoholic ones and two mocktails. We tried all the alcoholic ones and our favorites were the City of Lights and the Sapphire Signature. The City of Lights closely resemble a mimosa so if you like mimosas, you'll like this one. Service was fantastic. The light bites were refilled constantly -- nothing was ever empty while I was there. The come around often with the baos and the chicken. They automatically give you bottled waters, which is extremely appreciated. Was it worth my time? I think so. It was essentially a "free" experience for myself and for my friends (if you don't think about the annual fee of the card). Do I think that the airport lounge will be exactly like this? No, I don't think so. Not sure if the club-like atmosphere will fly there. I do look forward to the actual lounge opening!

Came here with some friends to check out this preview of a lounge for the future one in the Las Vegas Airport next year. 2 of us had the Chase Sapphire Reserve card so we could bring in 2 additional people each (we brought in 3 total) The Chase Sapphire Lounges have been the talk among the travel for their comparable own branded lounges after offering the Chase Sapphire Reserve card since 2016. After their first US based lounge opened up at Boston International Airport, then LGA, JFK. They have slowly opened across the country. PHX and SAN had theirs opened already as well. Soon, it has been a dream to hope that it'll eventually open at Las Vegas Airport. This pop-up what their using to build the hype of what is going to be open at LAS Airport in later 2025. This pop-up lounge is open from 5p daily til 10:30p. Entry is limited to the amount of seating inside. We had came here on a Monday early evening on 12/09, maybe around 515p. Waited maybe 40 minutes or so before our turn to go in. Took a little longer as we had a "party" of 5 people so we needed to wait for a booth/table and was not offered to stand at the bar. This little preview of a lounge is located just next to Din Tai Fung, near the hotel lobby. This lounge is expected to stay until Jan 2025. We had quite the fun time at this little lounge. Service was VERY quick and attentive. There are people bringing around the DOUBLE FRIED CHICKEN and PORK BELLY BUNS whereas the TUNA KIMBAP, CHICKEN KATSU SANDO, and CUCUMBER SALAD were available opposite of the bar as a "buffet" style. All the items were frequently replenished (even BEFORE it runs out), which is nice. Our favorites were the light bites provided by Momofuku from 6pm - 8pm, was probably the PORK BELLY BUNS which we were told by a friend. The DOUBLE FRIED CHICKEN wasn't bad either, except it was a bit salty in some aspects. TUNA KIMBAP was good if i didn't have pickled ginger (not a fan of ginger overall). CHICKEN KATSU SANDO and CUCUMBER SALAD were ok. We had tried most of the cocktails provided by the mixologists at Apotheke. CITY OF LIGHTS and SAPPHIRE SIGNATURE were probably our favorites. HIGHLY recommend to stir the drinks after arrival. I had ordered the WILD CARD and it was VERY strong without mixing. Had came here a 2nd time on 12/27. Waited much longer this time as it was on a Friday evening. About 1.5 hours or so. Same as above. Service as still very attentive and fast. Music was a bit loud this time compared to last. Kind of difficult to chat amongst ourselves but still managable. Can't wait to see the actual lounge to appear at the airport later this year. Looking very forward to it ! While it is not the most mind-blowing pop-up experience, it was also a "free" experience. So can't complain. Will the lounge be like this? probably not. This had more of a night club-y, night bar/lounge kind of feel which i don't think it would fit the airport lounge vibe. Nonetheless, definitely looking forward to seeing how our very own lounge will compare to the other ones in the world ! I believe the end of this pop-up experience will be ending on 01/12/25 but there are reports it'll be on 01/05/25.

Tip: Line up around 4pm before they open at 5 if you want to be part of the first group or you'll be waiting at least an hour for a party to leave This Pop-up (which I'm told will be closing down in a couple of weeks) is great but expect limited capacity. We were told by en employee the previous night to line up around 4 because lines get backed up and it was an excellent tip. We got in line at 4:15 and we were third to last group to get in as part of the initial wave. Once you're in, the service is excellent. Atmosphere is nice, we would've preferred the "library" room as it's a bit quieter, the DJ room is a bit too dark and loud for our preference. Food is limited (cucumber salad, katsu sandwhich, and spicy tuna rolls) but all were delicious. There were also passable dishes that came by an hour after opening including fried chicken and pork belly buns. All from Momofuku Drinks are excellent, including a few cocktails that were on the menu. We tried almost all of the drinks, personal favorites were the signature and easy way. Signature we can get without the alcohol which is nice for those who don't drink alcohol. Wish this wasn't a pop up since we stay at the Aria almost exclusively.

A wonderful preview of what's to come at Harry Reid Airport for Chase Sapphire Reserve cardholders, and an expectation setter of what will undoubtedly be a top-notch airport lounge. The lounge, located in the Aria Resort and Casino, is located further back next to Din Tai Fung. There is a line outside the lounge that looks deceivingly short, but depending on the day and time wait times can exceed an hour. Each cardholder is allowed to bring 2 guests in, which is a wonderful thing for non-Reserve cardholders to enjoy a small taste of one of the card's perks. Once inside, you are greeted by a serene, quiet front seating area with posh lounge seating in front of a fully stocked bar. If there's no seating there, which was the case when I went with my friends, you are taken to the bustling back lounge with DJ club music soundtracking over luxurious seating booths or tables. Attention to service details is not lacking one bit- you are immediately greeted by a server with an hors d'oeuvres tray of either the pork belly bao or double fried chicken. Going back out to the front lounge area, and there's a self-serve small buffet selection of tuna kimbap, chicken katsu sando or cucumber salad. There's a varied selection of varied cocktails and non-alcoholic cocktails to complement the experience-no limits to how many you can order! The food selection, although limited, is excellent. The thick sliced pork belly bao, with its hoisin sauce and shredded cucumber, is light and filling. The chicken katsu sando is equally thick and filling, with the tonkatsu sauce giving a nice flavor boost to it. The double fried chicken by itself is juicy and flavorful, but with the sweet chili sauce gives a nice kick to your taste buds. Both the tuna kimbap and cucumber salad are on the lighter side, but make for refreshing palate cleansers between all the bites and drinks. The drinks themselves are another flavor trip. Depending on what you get, it can be something sweet and refreshing, to spicy and daring. I got 3 drinks in total for the night. Tips are not required, but I would highly encourage it for what is offered! Attention to service is noticeable throughout the night, with a server always coming regularly to clear glasses and plates. There's no time limit for a stay here as well, so it's definitely worth making the most of your time here. Overall, a wonderful experience and taste of what is to come at the airport!

THE BIG: Located inside the Aria next to the Din Tai Fung. Small but cozy interior with a bar and partitioned tables next to the DJ booth. THE BLACK AND WHITE: When the wife and I got here on a Saturday, we happened to catch Anderson.paak DJing here from 5-7pm! Fortunately we actually got to see him because we were waiting in line for an hour even though we got there early at 4:45pm. Bites inside were from Momofuku and consisted of pork belly baos and karaage circling around. Then the grab-as-you-go was cucumber salad, chicken sando, and tuna kimbap. The drinks consisted of non-alcoholic cocktails and alcholic cocktails and all for free! THE FINAL BAMBOO: Overall a fun time here at the Sapphire Lounge. I'd recommend coming here, just be mindful that if you're not in line at opening, it may take an hour or two.

this is a soft opening for the Chase lounges at the Las Vegas International Airport. The airport lounge will be open in January. they are giving Momondo food sampling. Open from 5-10 pm. The service is good, but they go from around the circle to serve you.

The lounge is open limited time from December to January, and we are lucky enough to go this beautiful lounge. We went during thanksgiving weekend so it was super busy, we had to wait an hour from 6:30pm to 7:30pm. However, it was definitely worth the wait, the lounge is small but well designed. They served small bites food from Momofuku and drinks from Apotheke. They are bitch yummy and delicious. They also have DJ playing thru out the night so it felt like a small bar/club, it is definitely a place to go pregame before the night out. If you are on the strip and have Chase Sapphire Reserve card, come and check it out.

Roll the dice (red drink) and city of lights (orange drink). Snacks from momofuku

This was my first time at a sapphire reserve lounge and it was a great experience! People started waiting at 4pm (1 hour before it opened) and that's when I started lining up as well. Waited for an hour and got in right when it opened at 5pm. The ambiance is vibey with lots of navy velvet couches and dim lighting. There was even a DJ! The drinks we got were great. I really liked the "city of lights" drink. We got a total of 2 rounds of drinks. There were 3 different appetizers that were self serve (food by momofuku). It was pretty good but the Sando wasn't warm (not cold either). The best dishes they had were the tray passed pork boa buns and fried chicken BUT they do not start passing those out until 6PM. Overall, it was a great experience. I would come again if there wasn't a wait but I don't think I would wait 1 hour for this again.

Tuna kimbap and chicken Katsu Sando . Yum

All I remember was going through the casino areas of Paris Hotel, and then going down one floor to the Horseshoe area to reach this bar just minutes before closing on a Friday close to midnight. I quickly grabbed a seat at the bar area and perused the menu, which has a ton of drinks, beers, wines, mocktails and even snacks. Even when close to closing time, patrons filled up all the bar seating which isn't a lot; most seating was couches and tables near the knickknacks. I got myself the Bee's Knees, which is cranberry and pineapple juice, apple puree, cinnamon fire syrup and some ginger beer according to their menu just outside the front entrance. I can only describe the taste as a sweetened fruit juice with a ton of fizz from the ginger beer, and the pineapple and apple came out on top for overpowering the drink overall. Some mint leaves and a slice of grapefruit were added in, and the mint leaves made this drink feel more like a special cocktail. This and other mocktails is $13 before tax, so pretty high price especially when considering their other alcoholic drinks are not that much higher than that... I actually still loved my drink, though! It was a nice wrap-up for my last day in Vegas and I'm curious now to look a lot more carefully at the stuff on the walls if I ever come here again!
