Beautiful space! Service was friendly & quick. Tried their crema catalana xuxos & strawberry ganache xuxos, which were so yummy! Loved the texture & went well with the honey orange cortado. Took home some alfajores as well, which flavor-wise was good but I think I prefer the shortbread to be thicker. Overall, great spot for coffee & delicious pastries.

Hey yall. After my SHOPPING SPREE @ CHANEL IN THE ARIA, I visited this cafe spot which was open and pretty. I did my content here and as I was, a man from PRADA/AMIRI, bought me a latte. He also invited me to dinner but also to spoil me if I had fun with him. I turned him down but he still respected my wishes and invited me out. Nice environment tho. I was able to turn my hot latte into an iced latte when I asked. I'd go back there with my laptop just to work in this environment. Love the Aria mall.

This is probably the most beautiful cafe in Vegas, and I'm really glad I visited when it was completely empty! I got to enjoy the nice interior and a completely full pastry shelf. The cafe was a bit hard to find because I'm not familiar with the buildings on the strip, but once you step inside the mall, it sticks out. I ordered a few things, and I loved their cream-filled pastries. I don't think I would get the croissant again because it was a bit underwhelming, but you can never go wrong with a cortado and freshly squeezed orange juice. I would definitely come back again!

This little cafe/bar/eatery is in an interstitial space between floors 1 and 2 of the Shoppes at Crystals. It's like The Being John Malkovich or Spanish Cafes. Esta Juan Malkovich? They have some pastries and sandwiches in the daytime hours but the stuff on the menu isn't available until 5p or so. Jose's Ultimate Gin and Tonic and the Espresso Martini were winners for sure. The pour over coffee was also a nice pick me up. And service from the bartender was amazing! Stop in for a bite and drink!

Gorgeous cafe in the center of the aria shops! But she is not all looks people! The crema catalana pastry completely blew my mind! And that was after carrying it around in a box for several hours. Perfect consistency and flavor in a delicate fluffy pastry!

Had a beautiful upscale brunch-on-the-go here recently. Gorgeous decor and friendly service. Quite possibly the best breakfast croissant sandwich I've ever had! Amazing. Everything we tried was delicious (see pics). Highly recommend to those who are in the Shops at Crystals and in the mood for a high-end but efficient lunch break

If you want to be taken away from your daily grind yet only have an hour or so, this is the place to go. Modern Spanish vibe, gorgeous tiles and impeccable service. I assume the pastries are made at the beginning of the day because it wasn't as fresh near closing time. Still tasted great and some were 50% off. So just hot food I guess in the afternoon. Would still return.

The ambiance here was great for morning coffee! Got two cortados and they come with a little cookie. The pastries were high quality if a little pricey but that's Vegas! I plan on coming back to try the happy hour next trip.

canelé

The canelé was delicious, crispy on the outside with a custard and soft filling. The staff are very kind. The interior is great for working or chatting.

Ok so we had a hard time finding this place because the mall was still not quite open. We only saw the restaurant upstairs and couldn't figure out how to get down. Luckily one of the mall employees showed us that there was a way to get down right near the restaurant. The space is beautiful and such a cool vibe! Staff are really friendly and the food was great. Def recommend if you are staying nearby

This is a beautiful place to have breakfast, light lunch, or just a snack. It's located at the Shops at Crystals next to Aria. We were only there during the daytime. I believe the menu changes at night. We ordered some xuxos, a canele, and a breakfast croissant. I was pleased to see that the breakfast croissant was a good size especially for $16. The xuxos were great. They were soft and had a good amount of filling. The canele had some custard in the center and the outside is a caramelized crust. Prices were fair since it's associated with Jose Andres. Service was very friendly and attentive.

Cute decor

Bar Centro inside the Crystal Shops is such a hidden gem! The place itself is super cute, modern, and spotless -- plus it wasn't crowded at all when we came around 9, which made it feel extra relaxed and enjoyable. I ordered the croissant with strawberry crepe and wow... hands down one of the best I've ever had! Perfectly flaky and fresh with just the right sweetness. The Americano was also excellent -- smooth and bold, exactly how I like it. The only tiny downside is that they don't sell their beans (wish I could take some home!), but honestly, that's just me wanting more of what they're already doing so well. Highly recommend if you're looking for a calm spot with great coffee and pastries in the middle of the Vegas buzz.

Strawberry Xuxo
Elaine Y.

Bar Centro was my first stop in Vegas and it was tasty! Located in the Crystals mall by Aria, it exudes the necessary fanciness needed to fit in with its green and gold accents everywhere. Looking over the menu, several items caught my eye including the orange blossom cortado, the strawberry xuxo, and the ever rare canelé. The experience cost $25 with tip. Everything I had was really good! The canelé was deeply caramelized but its core was creamy and eggy as expected. The xuxo was croissant-like in shape, but yeasty on the bite. The sugar coating provided some nice texture and the strawberry filling had really nice strawberry flavor and just a bit of tartness to help balance out the bite. I really enjoyed the xuxo! The orange blossom on the cortado was also excellent. It was bright and fun and paired well with the pastries. Once Bar Centro opened, there was almost a continuous flow of people popping in so it's certainly a destination people want to come to, considering the mall itself was barely open at 9am.

All I remember was going through the casino areas of Paris Hotel, and then going down one floor to the Horseshoe area to reach this bar just minutes before closing on a Friday close to midnight. I quickly grabbed a seat at the bar area and perused the menu, which has a ton of drinks, beers, wines, mocktails and even snacks. Even when close to closing time, patrons filled up all the bar seating which isn't a lot; most seating was couches and tables near the knickknacks. I got myself the Bee's Knees, which is cranberry and pineapple juice, apple puree, cinnamon fire syrup and some ginger beer according to their menu just outside the front entrance. I can only describe the taste as a sweetened fruit juice with a ton of fizz from the ginger beer, and the pineapple and apple came out on top for overpowering the drink overall. Some mint leaves and a slice of grapefruit were added in, and the mint leaves made this drink feel more like a special cocktail. This and other mocktails is $13 before tax, so pretty high price especially when considering their other alcoholic drinks are not that much higher than that... I actually still loved my drink, though! It was a nice wrap-up for my last day in Vegas and I'm curious now to look a lot more carefully at the stuff on the walls if I ever come here again!
