I am so aggravated by your service since pool troopers bought out the company I was originally using for 2 years. This is the second time in 2.5 months that my pool has turned completely green under their services (first time was around April 20). My pool started turning green late on Friday 6/30 (it was "serviced" Monday 6/26). I understand it was a holiday week, but after calling on Monday (my normal service day) to tell them my pool was green, I received an automated email saying my regular service day was changing to Tuesday except during holiday weeks (and July 4th was on a Tuesday). The tech shocked my pool on Wednesday and didn't properly close up the pool filter properly because now it's making noise like air is coming out of it, the jets are not fully pumping like normal, and my pool vacuum is more sluggish than before the tech was there. I called this morning (Friday 7/7) to see if a tech was returning and I was reassured that someone was scheduled. Just arrived at home at 5:30 (after normal service hours) and this is the state of my pool. Now it's been a full week that I haven't been able to use my pool and it's extra disappointing that it happened on a holiday week when I had company over and we planned on using the pool. I have called "Patrick" multiple times and left a message and have not received a reply. Really hoping you answer me, Patrick, because your company needs to rectify this situation. Update: your tech arrived this evening to clean the pool and address the mechanical issue. Still not thrilled that I couldn't use my pool all week, but at least he showed up when he was scheduled to and acknowledged that the person who took over his route was doing a poor job.
