This past weekend, we had a chance to experience something a little different -- a private event my cousin hosted there for his 30th birthday -- and it was fantastic. The event was a seated, sit-down dinner at the market, which isn't something they typically do, but they executed it really well. For dinner, my cousin opted for a seated "steak sampling" experience -- almost Brazilian steakhouse-style -- featuring tastings of five different cuts.
