I love Cha time and love that they are opening many locations in Southern California. We saw that they were having buy one get one 50 off from July 1-31. It's only the brown sugar or mango so we got two small brown sugar light ice and we really enjoyed them! The service was good and fast. The ambience is nice, it's inside the Fashion Square by the food court. There's plenty of tables and also plenty of parking! Will definitely be back for this special. read more

I really want to love this place, I really do. The staff here is super friendly, but the teas always seem to be watered down. Milk teas are very light in color and barely have any tea flavor. From ordering to receiving it only takes minutes as they are quick. Tried them a couple times before and went back for their Charm the World promo to get their drink and plush - which is adorable. Sadly, the teas were a miss again. My kids love the slushies and smoothies so I'll have to try those next time and not a tea. read more

Located in the Westfield Fashion Park Mall's food court, this was not hard to find. There is plenty of seating nearby. You order yourself using a kiosk. Wait time for drinks was about 5 minutes. We got the Jasmine milk tea and Asaam milk tea at $6.10 each. There was no note that this included boba so that was a surprise. Cup size was pretty small for this price, plus the unwanted boba. Both milk teas weren't that great, didn't taste like tea or creamy like other milk teas. I would not recommend. read more

The entire experience is non personal. Which is sad. You place your order on a machine. The selection isn't huge. The flavors are very sweet (even if you order it 50% sweet) and the flavors are very artificial. It's just okay. Wouldn't recommend going back. Quality could definitely improve. read more

We went to the second floor where several food outlets are, and decided to try Chatime. There were two young Ladies taking care of Customers. They offered to help us order, since were not too familiar with all the kiosks around. We ordered. Cha time could be great , but no one manages it. It's always young kids working , they're never out front, usually in the back and always on their phone. The containers are so gross and dirty and they're not busy so why isn't anyone cleansing them. The drinks are actually pretty good and the selection is great, but like most places the kids that work their just don't care to make it look clean and appealing. read more

The cashier recommended the Panda Supreme milk tea, and I ordered it with 50% sugar since I didn't want it too sweet but still expected some flavor. Unfortunately, it tasted like plain water no hint of sugar, milk, or anything else. I brought it up to the staff, and they kindly offered to replace it, so I opted for the strawberry sweet tea at 100% sugar. It was better, but still just mid at best. The drink was overly sweet, and the lychee they automatically include was overwhelming. They add a lot of it without even mentioning it beforehand, which was a bit frustrating. As a big boba enthusiast, I had high hopes, but this place just didn't meet my expectations. That said, the staff was very nice and addressed my concerns professionally. While the second drink was an improvement, it still wasn't great but I decided not to complain again and just went with it. Overall, kudos to the staff for their friendliness, but the drinks definitely have room for improvement. read more

The good: I got a taro milk tea with 30% sweetness. I liked the taro flavor and how easy it was to order from the self-order kiosk. The prices were under $6 which was great and uncommon these days. There were multiple size options and the ability for you to customize the sweetness of your drink. They're located upstairs in the mall food court and there's plenty of seating. The bad: I didn't see any caffeine-free options other than the taro and smoothies. Caffeine-free drinks weren't labeled separately. The drink was pretty sweet considering I got 30% sweetness. I never had this company's products before and was interested in trying. This location is next to Chipotle inside the Westfield Fashion Square Food Court. I have very high expectations for my Boba drinks and unfortunately it did not live up to it. I had ordered their Premium Boba Milk Tea (Tapioca pearls in their signature milk tea). It had NO FLAVOR what so ever and they were out of sugar so I could not even try to make it taste better. Also, it was almost $7 for this which is way much! For milk, they only had non-dairy and high fat options; wish they had skim. It was fairly busy with several people ordering various other thing, which I should have done. I will only be back if someone else is paying. read more

Disappointed》 lack of service by the employee who refused to refund me the drink because he was not properly trained or careless in either way he was incompetent! The order did not register in the system, instead of making a new one to print the receipt and refund he began to call IT and kept me waiting for 10 minutes when it could have taken 3 (the lack of consideration for client of basic analytical skills is atrocious). Also, when I asked for the name of the supervisor he refused to provide and told me he's the manager but a manager would have figured out how to complete a basic refund without aggravating the customer. I still don't know how they plan to refund the order if it disappeared from their system but charged my card for the drink I didn't get. First of all, the customer service is absolutely awful!! Literally there was no one there from the beginning. I ordered one of their passionfruit teas and I asked for it to be half sweetened and when I tried it, it was super sweet. It was as if I asked for 100% sweetened I went back and asked if they could remake it for me And the guy said no they could not remake it. I have never heard of a place that will not remake a drink. Came here on a Sunday at 5pm today 12/10/23. Ordered a Simple strawberry tea w boba. As I finished paying they just finished up making someone's order so mine should be next. Why did it take 20 MINUTES? I just got the drink in my hand and it's now 5:22pm. There was one girl on the cash register, two "making" drinks, and what it looked like a shift leader/manager male that I saw for a few minutes. This is absolutely poor service. Even the front girl on register noticed I was there so long and seemed to bring it up w one of the other one girls. They even had made another customer's order (FOUR drinks mind you) before mine-- and she had ordered long after me. Even this costumer pointed it out to me as she was collecting her drinks that I was way before her. This was my first time here and honestly maybe it will be my last. I was excited for this place to open, but this experience put a sour taste in my mouth. They did not even apologize for the wait or for the mistake of not even making my order in the first place. Maybe you should do some customer service training w/the employees. If someone's standing there a long time, maybe ask them if they're waiting for something? I shouldn't have had to wait 20min standing there, and then ask you myself. CONTEXT CLUES. They looked young like they're in high school, but honestly that's not an excuse for poor service. On top of that, my drink was ordered wrong. 30% sugar and this is absolutely 100% sugar in it. Thanks for nothing. Seriously. read more

To make matters worse, the mochi was unbelievably small, especially considering it cost nearly $14. The portion was nowhere close to what the price would lead you to expect. Overall, the service throughout my visit was extremely poor, and the experience left a very negative impression. Between the slow service, poor communication, excessive wait time, and overpriced food, I won't be returning. There are far better boba shops that value their customers' time.

This is the only dish that's served in a big ceramic bowl, and not a to-go container. It also comes with a proper Ramen soup spoon. This is a meal on it's own. Filled with broth, noodles, chunks of tender, but fatty beef, daikon radishes and bok choy. The dish is good for the price, but the broth was a bit underwhelming for my taste. Fortunately, they have plenty of condiments to add more spice and heat. Over all, Bafang Dumpling was better than expected.

Soft, squishy, exactly how she likes it. She looked at me and said, "Dad, how come you haven't brought me here before?" I told her that sometimes, for great things, you have to wait in life. We also grabbed the nectar of the gods (Diet Coke) and an apple juice. The things I tried I'm thinking 3 stars, my daughter liked the things she bought so averaging it out maybe a solid 3.5 stars rounded up to a generous 4 stars. Service was okay. Natas has a wide variety of pastries. I think the other items on the menu are more well received. I'll need to go back next time I am in town to try out some of other menu items.
