    Refreshers with coconut and boba

The entire experience is non personal. Which is sad. You place your order on a machine. The selection isn't huge. The flavors are very sweet (even if you order it 50% sweet) and the flavors are very artificial. It's just okay. Wouldn't recommend going back. Quality could definitely improve.

1 minute read: We were looking for something to snack on, while on an errand to the Sherman Oaks WESTFIELD FASHION. We went to the second floor where several food outlets are, and decided to try Chatime. There were two young Ladies taking care of Customers. They offered to help us order, since were not too familiar with all the kiosks around. We ordered. I got a Mango Smoothie and I can't recall what Jocelyn got but it was very very good and it took the girls behind the counter,no time to fix our choices. We go there often (Westfield). Next time I'll try something else.

Cha time could be great , but no one manages it. It's always young kids working , they're never out front, usually in the back and always on their phone. The containers are so gross and dirty and they're not busy so why isn't anyone cleansing them. The drinks are actually pretty good and the selection is great, but like most places the kids that work their just don't care to make it look clean and appealing.

Great place to pick up some refreshments! Well lit spot and delicious bobas! Great service thank you all!

    Second drink. Tasted okay.

The cashier recommended the Panda Supreme milk tea, and I ordered it with 50% sugar since I didn't want it too sweet but still expected some flavor. Unfortunately, it tasted like plain water no hint of sugar, milk, or anything else. I brought it up to the staff, and they kindly offered to replace it, so I opted for the strawberry sweet tea at 100% sugar. It was better, but still just mid at best. The drink was overly sweet, and the lychee they automatically include was overwhelming. They add a lot of it without even mentioning it beforehand, which was a bit frustrating. As a big boba enthusiast, I had high hopes, but this place just didn't meet my expectations. That said, the staff was very nice and addressed my concerns professionally. While the second drink was an improvement, it still wasn't great but I decided not to complain again and just went with it. Overall, kudos to the staff for their friendliness, but the drinks definitely have room for improvement.

Good service, drinks were prepared quickly, and both were extremely delicious! We had the Apple Green Tea with 30% sugar and Taro Smoothie with 50% sugar. The 30% sweetness was more than enough. There's plenty of food court seating surrounding Chatime.

The good: I got a taro milk tea with 30% sweetness. I liked the taro flavor and how easy it was to order from the self-order kiosk. The prices were under $6 which was great and uncommon these days. There were multiple size options and the ability for you to customize the sweetness of your drink. They're located upstairs in the mall food court and there's plenty of seating. The bad: I didn't see any caffeine-free options other than the taro and smoothies. Caffeine-free drinks weren't labeled separately. The drink was pretty sweet considering I got 30% sweetness. The interesting: They had rugby jerseys and were promoting LA's rugby team.

I never had this company's products before and was interested in trying. This location is next to Chipotle inside the Westfield Fashion Square Food Court. I have very high expectations for my Boba drinks and unfortunately it did not live up to it. I had ordered their Premium Boba Milk Tea (Tapioca pearls in their signature milk tea). It had NO FLAVOR what so ever and they were out of sugar so I could not even try to make it taste better. Also, it was almost $7 for this which is way much! For milk, they only had non-dairy and high fat options; wish they had skim. It was fairly busy with several people ordering various other thing, which I should have done. I will only be back if someone else is paying.

Disappointed》 lack of service by the employee who refused to refund me the drink because he was not properly trained or careless in either way he was incompetent! The order did not register in the system, instead of making a new one to print the receipt and refund he began to call IT and kept me waiting for 10 minutes when it could have taken 3 (the lack of consideration for client of basic analytical skills is atrocious). Also, when I asked for the name of the supervisor he refused to provide and told me he's the manager but a manager would have figured out how to complete a basic refund without aggravating the customer. I still don't know how they plan to refund the order if it disappeared from their system but charged my card for the drink I didn't get. When I asked him to give me something in writing he scribbled a note in past tense but future date -defuq? XA1901 "REFUNDED 6/13" bad spell work

Was excited to a boba spot to open up here! This mall definitely needed it. The girl at the counter was nice. I ordered the brown sugar boba - unfortunately you can't make it less sweet. The boba was a bit too chewy for my liking and the drink was a litttle too sweet for my liking but overall not too bad. I'd try another drink

Absolutely gross!!!! This was not good at all. They didn't have boba so I asked him to refund me he said he couldn't. I wasted 1 dollars

Really really gross. They don't have boba so I asked him to refund me and he said he couldn't. I wasted 10 dollars and it was disgusting

I ordered 2 banana lattes, one with oat milk and the other with almond milk. After waiting for my drinks, the staff called my name and said 2 banana lattes were ready! I went up to the counter, and then proceeded to ask which one was which. Which was almond , and which one was oat? None of the 3 employees working knew. There was no marks on the cup, no receipt under need the cup to indicate it nor did they even know which was which. One employee a few awkward seconds later after making me feel like I was the problem for asking which was which proceeded to then say " I think it's that's one, because the milk is separated a certain way " and I then asked her " you think ?" And I let her know in the future you guys should really pay attention to what your making, label the cups or leave receipts under the drinks if it's going to be a problem asking which drink is what? The employee then replied "well I didn't even make it, sooo ...." And I replied that's great to know but that's really not the point here, someone with a real food allergy could be allergic to nuts and you guys not caring nor knowing which drink is what drink is the real problem here. Of course you don't care, you down own the spot. You're not liable if someone dies from a food allergy now are you, ownership is. The whole interaction was just unpleasant and we became the problem for simply asking which latte had which milk. The staff continued to smile and roll their eyes, and we asked for a refund immediately after. Such a nice looking place but such unpleasant unprofessional staff unfortunately. Employee with purple hair was mainly the one with the issue and the attitude who seems to think everything was a joke.

Actually, all of their employees. Place was packed. Wanted to see and know the sizes of the cups for me to decide which one to go with and the price difference. I went with a medium size hot decaf (one shot) Vanilla Latte with Macadamia Milk. Also got a Blueberry Muffin and a plain butter Croissant. I thought that they would also have some breakfast items like egg, bacon, sausage, cheese etc..they didn't. They only had plain bagel and Cream Cheese. My Latte tasted very good, on the flip side the Croissant wasn't as warm and fresh as I wanted for it to be. I asked the ladies behind the counter to warm it up again. The muffin was very fresh and delicious. Lauren handed me the Latte and my goodies. I don't want to dock a star for the Croissant, but it could have been a lot more fresh. Place was clean, with one gender neutral restroom, inside and outside seating, and the price was right for the 3 items that I got. $14.00 in total plus my tip of $2.00. Street parking only, woman owned, beautiful art work on their walls by famous artists, merchandise for sale, and nice music from the 80's playing overhead. Last but not least, under the businesses amenities page it says, no dogs allowed. It was dogs galore inside and outside. No offense to people who have dogs, but outside is ok, not inside..

For two large iced coffees, I paid around $12.50, which is hard to beat for the quality. One of my favorite things about this spot is the atmosphere. The ambiance is warm, welcoming, and makes it a great place to relax or catch up with friends. The staff is always attentive, friendly, and genuinely makes you feel valued as a customer. My go-to drinks are the Caramel Royale and the Vanilla Rose Latte over ice. Both are flavorful, well-balanced, and never overly sweet. I also appreciate that they offer a variety of milk options, including 2%, which isn't always easy to find at other coffee shops.. Overall, this place delivers on quality, affordability, and customer service. If you're looking for great coffee without the premium price tag, I highly recommend stopping by. I'll definitely keep coming back! Thank you guys!

The main thing that stands out here is their 1987 coffee roaster which is the center piece of the cafe. They roast various single origin beans on a daily basis, so you know you can purchase some fresh coffee beans here. If you need your beans grounded, they do grind it for you depending on your brewing method. They have beans of light roast, medium roast and dark roast and sell by various weights for a very reasonable price. They also sell various tea leaves, baked goods (croissant, muffin, scones, bagel, Danish, coffee cake, Dessert Therapy cookies, and merchs. They also have a seasonable menu that changes. When I went, it was the Sakura season menu. Staff were all friendly and were very willing to answer any questions regarding the menu. Please note, the base coffee blend for each day varies and rotates on a daily basis For my visit, I tried ... 1. Buttered Coffee (4.5/5) The base coffee for the day was the Peru single origin, which was well-balanced; slightly sweet with a hint of tartness and nuttiness. They then add a chunk of butter into the coffee, which helps cut some of the acidity, but also is supposed to enhance the caffeine effect and give you additional energy from the fat. It does leave a layer of fat/oiliness so if you are not a fan of that, then this may not be for you. The butter did give it a subtle buttery flavor, which I personally liked. 2. Matcha with Sakura Cold Foam (4/5) The matcha was blended smoothly and was not grassy at all. The Sakura cold foam didn't really taste like Sakura (been to Japan, so know what real Sakura flavor should taste like), but instead, just tasted floral. 3. Columbia Supremo Whole Beans Full body and aromatic. Good for those who like to drink black coffee 4. Guatemala Huehuetenango Whole Beans: Crisp, acidic and a hint of nuttiness Glad I found this local roaster where I'll definitely be coming back to get some more fresh beans.
