I appreciate the vision behind this store. Not sold on its execution. You can see most of their ingredients and it's easy to trust that it's healthy. But it taste like homemade smoothies without much thought. It's like when I try to make a veggie smoothie, I just put in everything I think is healthy and pinch my nose when drinking because I just want the nutrients, not the flavor. I'm not saying the flavors are bad. I just think it's not something I'd go out of my way to taste and experience when I could probably make something like it by picking up a few random ingredients at a grocery store. Service was really polite though. The staff was encouraging, providing honest (or as honest as possible) feedback in terms of how she would tier the drinks. Interior itself was pretty bare. I used to LOVE Qwench, they had some of the best smoothies and I honestly haven't been there in a while. I passed by the Sherman oaks location today and had to grab a smoothie as soon as I saw it. To say I was disappointed was an understatement! I got the Big Air smoothie, which I used to order a lot and from the second it was ready I knew something was wrong, I had the strongest feeling they used WAY too much ice because the color was so faint, and there is Acai in there so it's usually a darker, vibrant color. I was definitely right because after drinking about 20% of the smoothie it wouldn't let more go through the straw because it was just frozen ice (the same thing that happens when you drink Icee or Slurpee). A lot of ice completely dilutes the flavor as well and something was off because the smoothie was bitter and had a weird after taste. I never experienced anything like this here, but honestly after spending $14 for this horrible smoothie (prices have definitely gone up here), I will never be back. Don't waste your time and money. read more

Super tasty items and very diet and nutrition friendly. Many things to choose from on the menu and anything can be adjusted to your liking. The inside of the store is usually empty, however it is not desolate or unkept. There is very loud music playing most times, but it's all current tunes if you wanna jam while you wait. This smoothie tasted like water I sent it back for the second time they added honey, and it was still tasteless. The third time they decided to remake the smoothie. I took it tasting and I'm tasting it now and it's disgusting for the price you pay which is 17 or $18 for each smoothie doesn't make sense that they taste disgusting and taste. Enter, super spacious bright in light and minimal wall art establishment. Well laid out with a giant menu as well as small menus on the main long table when you first enter. The ambiance is super inviting and they do have great music playing throughout your journey with this quenching variety of blended fruits, veggies and/or more. I stopped in for the Ignition (no Alexa don't play that)... And got to watch the magic unfold as they assembled orders in front of me with care. The Acai bowls are spot on and they even serve a few heartier food favs like burritos, veggie as well as breakfast bowls. I really dig the community bulletin board they have toward the back left side of this juice joint. It definitely makes it feel like an inviting place. The outdoor seating also, though I hope indoor seating will grace us at this place again. I came here for a little break and got my usual at smoothie spots. The PB&H was tasty, filling, and nutritious with 36 grams of whey protein, bananas, strawberries, almond milk, and peanut butter and honey! I think this would have been a great beverage before a nice, productive workout nearby. The staff was great and friendly; they also provided some recommendations, so I'll certainly order one of these next time or even share what I've been told with others. I was able to do a little studying here since they had several tables along with outlets, so not only did I get my work done here, I was able to do it while enjoying an incredible protein blend from the menu. read more

I prefer the apple juice in my drink more but everyone has their preference. As a bonus, I also order a side of ginger shot. Everyone needs a little immunity boost every once in a while. COVID: Due to Covid, the store is closed for dine-in, but is accepting online orders and take out. They follow proper protocols and wear masks/gloves. The Smoothie had no flavor and no color... the picture on the massive poster in the window was a bright blue and with blue spirulina as an ingredient, the smoothie should be blue in color. When he handed me the smoothie I thought it was the wrong one. It was almost a cream color with the slightest faint hint of blue that you prob wouldn't notice if you weren't looking for the blue color. Two sips and I turned around and went back into the store to let them know it had no flavor and they said they would remake it but i think they put the same smoothie back in a blender and just added more agave. I didn't bother going back again to say it was not good after the second try, For $15 after the tip this was a complete waste of money. Also almond milk smoothies are usually a creamier or slightly richer taste and consistency. This had the consistency of any icee or slurpee. At first sight, as you enter it looks just like any other Juicery out there. But I guess their uniqueness is that they add Greek yogurt to everything. Maybe it's just me, but the idea to add Greek yogurt is not a good one. I think I had a blueberry smoothie of theirs and I could only get through half of it, threw the other half of it away. Came in here after a workout to grab a smoothie for breakfast. Was greeted by a super friendly manager who explained how the entire menu works. I really appreciated his effort and passion for his work. I came in for a meal replacement smoothie but really liked one of the regular green smoothies so he helped me customize my smoothie to make it more of a meal replacement by adding whey protein and some superfood add-ons like flax seeds and maca. The staff was really nice and seemed really happy to be there which is a nice change from the usual unhappy workers at food service restaurants. I was also really surprised to see they have breakfast and lunch foods! I love me my breakfast burritos and this is a nice change from the greasy foods so I'll definitely stop in and try one of them soon. Also, they have açaí bowls and blends! 10/10 would recommend this place and happy to have it near a Starbucks where I can pick my grande red eye while I'm at it, all in one conveniently located parking lot! read more
