My friend said the plant was beautiful but there weren't any other flowers included. I reached out to the company twice with no reply. I wouldn't recommend upgrading beyond the basic flower/plant you see when ordering from this florist. It's a lot of additional money for nothing in return. Very disappointing. read more

I was trying to order flowers today for my mom and the lady who picked up at about 2:45PM was nothing short of unprofessional and RUDE. I'm 26 and have a hard time paying bills as it is and an $80 bouquet of roses is a big deal for me. This lady threw prices at me as if they were a $2 decision and hurried me to make a decision quick. After literally 2 seconds of thinking about investing that much money she rushed me and rudely said "Sir were busy." where I decided I'll not waste her time and call her back. I called back and sure enough her rude tone answered the phone. I was set to invest for my mom because she's amazing and worth every bit of anything I have. I told her I'll go for the bouquet. Her response, "What do you want?". Not even a "Great!" or "Which bouquet for you sir?". SO RUDE! I told her the cheapest option with delivery ($80). She then proceeded straight to my credit card info where she would respond with an intrusive "WHAT?" every time she couldn't hear me. I hated it. Lastly, I politely ask if theres a chance it would make it on time to my moms work in the next hour and a half. Her response, "If you hurry and get this order done it will." WHO SAYS THAT!??!??! I told her to cancel the order and I hung up. I couldn't believe that this is the customer service I received from a shop rated so highly. Regardless of how busy you are, customer service should always be executed at its highest level. Thats what sets you apart. HOW YOU TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS. Please someone talk to this lady and fix her or get rid of her. I hope to god she wasn't a manager or owner because that would just be embarrassing. All in all, didn't get my mom flowers because all deliveries in the area were booked and they were my last hope. Ultimately my fault but it would've been nice if my last resort showed basic professionalism or just kindness for the holiday. Thanks read more
