I'm a Chatty Cathy addict. Their açaí bowls are amazing and sooooo good. Highly recommend, though pricey (but still pretty standard in terms of pricing, thoughhh). The only downside before getting that delicious bowl is probably the long wait. Thankfully, I have patient friends. If I'm getting my Chatty Cathy's, y'all have to wait. Their açaí bowls are worth every penny and every minute in line. The fresh, vibrant fruits and the perfectly blended açaí are just divine. It's like a little bowl of heaven. I'm convinced they also sprinkle a bit of magic in there because I always leave feeling like I can conquer the world (or at least the rest of my day). A little tip: try adding some granola and honey on top. Trust me, it takes the bowl to a whole new level of deliciousness. And if you're feeling extra fancy, throw in some coconut flakes. The shop is located near the Cornell campus and if you blink you'll miss it. I was dying for a smoothie and after reviewing the menu before I went inside, I decided to get one of their bowls made into a smoothie. I do it elsewhere all the time. The girls behind the counter were very sweet but they told me they couldn't do it, something about acai...well, yogurt is one choice as a base so I asked if they could use yogurt and add milk. Nope. So I chose a smoothie from the menu and had them add something extra. It was very good but it was liquid with ice, so not a smoothie at all. Oddest thing ever. The fresh juice I ordered was excellent. If I can make a suggestion to every business owner hiring young people, that suggestion would be to teach them that it's OK to think outside the box. I travel the entire country and no matter where I go, every shop I've asked to turn a bowl into a smoothie can do it, and they do it without hesitation. Cute place right in town! This place has bowls, juice, and coffee! I ordered the Bad and Boujee bowl with açaí and it was outstanding! My husband ordered the Money Moves bowl with oatmeal. He said it was pretty filling and good. His only complaint was that the oatmeal tasted like sugar was added to it. so he said it was a little sweeter than he wanted. Otherwise, he enjoyed it. There is no indoor seating at this time (probably because of COVID), but it's worth going to for breakfast or a mid-day snack! Prices are fair and service is quick. Came in for an açaí bowl and a latte - I would not recommend getting a plain latte with almond milk as I did because it was like drinking pure sugar. I don't understand why lattes are made this way, it's just milk and coffee, no sugar. Açaí bowl was fresh and good, and unlike the coffee, the granola wasn't too sweet. Was grateful for this. Came here 2 days in a row. Breakfast at Tiffany's bowl was decent and the young woman who helped me was very sweet. The second time I literally ended up having to hold the door open for 2 fedex dudes and a woman who works here. I am fine with holding doors open for people but they did not even acknowledge let alone greet me. The only conclusion I can come to is that they are racist. I regret coming in and buying something despite being complete ignored. I tried the detoxified, which was as good as you can imagine carrots and celery are when blended together. The young woman (different from who ignored me) who served me also was not friendly either. 5 stars for the lady who helped me the first time I went - and the reason I returned. 0 for the two women the following day. Cute little spot in collegetown. We're talking tiny, but more cozy than cramped and it actually works for the type of place it is. I got a detoxify juice which was fresh pressed and quality whole ingredients and it had a nice zip from the fresh ginger! (not some bullshit where they give you 75% Welch's juice blended with 5 spinach leaves and a banana and try to call it a fresh juice) I also got a Bad and Boujee smoothie bowl with peanut butter instead of chocolate. I wish they used natural peanut butter, but I liked the bowl overall. I am particular about an Açai base in smoothie bowls because, it's like 80% of what an Açai bowl is. You can tell when a business really doesn't give a shit about their product when their Açai base is tasteless and is just freezer-burnt fruit tossed into a vitamix with water. The portion was not that generous for a pretty high price, but there's no competition in Ithaca! After a very refreshing visit at the next doors establishment of Ithaca Wine & Spirits, I decided to try out this new and cute addition to our wonderful Eddy street. Once I got in I was greeted with a smile by Milany and from that point on I knew I was at a familiar place. Since I am very particular with my coffee drinking, I have very specific demands on the tiniest drop of milk on my cortado and here they did it absolutely right and on top of that didn'y make me feel like an alien for having such specific demands for the most important beverage of the day. When you walk in you are instantly happy, with the bright stripe colored wallpaper, orange comfy bench seats & sparkling chandelier above you.
