My custom wheels, which were in perfect condition prior to service, were severely damaged during the installation process. Instead of taking responsibility, the staff attempted to blame the damage on me. As a customer, accountability and professionalism matter. Unfortunately, neither was demonstrated. The owner was dismissive and rude when I raised my concerns. Additionally, I observed minors handling customer transactions, which raised questions about proper business practices. This experience has cost me several hundred dollars in additional repairs. I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone seeking reliable and professional automotive service.

We were happy enough that we went straight back with our 2013 Lexus RX for a polish and ceramic coating. The change was incredible. It brought the black paint back to a deep mirror finish, eliminated a lot of the scratches, and honestly made it look years newer, all for a very reasonable price. I don't have the time or room on a review to describe all the problems he caused a on simple head unit and backup camera install job, but I will try. 1) He did not wire the backup camera to the head unit properly, after pushing the camera button on my head unit I only got a blue screen, and he tried to tell me at first that was because it was for a front camera I didn't have (who has front cameras anyway?). I pointed out it says "R. CAMERA" on the screen. After calling Crutchfield and they explained to him the proper way to wire it, he fixed that issue (after having to bring my car back in). 2) After driving for a few days, we noticed wires with black tape hanging down below the bumper plain as day and was very alarmed. When I called him to tell him about it, he gave me a lecture on the type of tape it was because I called it duct tape at first. He said it was dyno soundproofing tape although why you would use soundproofing tape to try to secure excess wire to the bottom of my undercarriage (did not even bother to tuck it inside the bumper) I have no idea. Neither does Crutchfield support. Furthermore when I examined the wire from the head unit to camera, he used blue painters' tape to join two wires instead of properly crimping the connection like a professional would do or in the very least using electrical tape. 3) My SiriusXM intermittently cuts in and out, very frustrating and makes it unusable. This is definitely because he buried the antenna for the SiruisXM tuner inside the dash, which you are not suppose to do which I also confirmed with Crutchfield support (they were in disbelief). When I expressed concern at the 1st pickup that I had never seen an antenna buried like that, he dismissively told me it was fine. I relented at first because I thought he was a professional 4) He broke the wrong tabs off the trim plate around the head unit so it didn't fit properly and then when I raised that issue he used another trim plate he had laying around that does not fit and comes loose constantly. Chip likes to talk over his customers when they raise concerns about problems and dismiss them. If you persist he will tell you to "bring it back in" even though you both disagree about how it should be fixed or installed in the first place. I will not bring my car to him 3, 4, or 5 times for what should of been a simple install job when it's clear he does extremely shoddy work and then denies any of it was his fault. He comes off nice at first but just wait until the problems come. I have never written a negative yelp review, this is my first - that should tell you something. I came to him because of his positive reviews on yelp, which only go back 6 months making it look like a new business. It is not, he says he's been there 11 years. I asked him why his yelp page was new, he mentioned something about an old worker trying to steal his business so he had to start it over. That doesn't make much sense either, more likely is that he wanted to get rid of old bad reviews. My frustration level is off charts and now I have to spend more money and time to bring it to someone who can actually fix all the problems Chip caused. Use him at your own peril.

After a friend recommended the shop, I made an appointment and drove two hours to tint my car…read morewindows. Scheduling was painless and I was offered plenty of time slots to choose from. Upon arrival, I was greeted by an incredibly friendly and personable staff. The waiting room was intimate yet comfortable and even afforded drinks for their clients. We discussed my options and prices while they demonstrated the effects of the various forms of tint. Having made my decision, they gave me an expected time frame and so I left the car with them to go have lunch with my buddy. When I returned, the car was done and boy did they knock it out of the park! The tint fit was perfect, even on the difficult to reach rear glass with defroster. They warned me that the rear might produce some bubbles but that those would dissipate after the glue fully cured. This never happened! My windows remained as delivered, perfect and without bubbles or air pockets of any kind! When they saw that I had a service animal, they did advise that their install warranty would not cover dog scratches and then offered me a bottle of cleaner to use when she slobbered on a window. After getting inside the car, I noted that they had placed stickers over the window switches, a good deterrent in the event that I forgot about not dropping any windows for the first 24-48 hours. I also saw that there wasn't a spot of application spray anywhere in the interior, not even my very deep dash. It has been 5 months now since the install. I am very glad I went with the IR Ceramic. Its a bit more pricey but well worth the money considering the intense southern sunlight we deal with. Everything looks as perfect as the day it was installed. I could not have been more pleased with the results and service. If you are on the fence, take a drive out there and have a chat with one of their employees. They will be honest with you and do their best to provide you a solution that suits your needs.
