Very poor communication with the owner showed up for a appointment that he scheduled and was not there he said he was closed that day for a holiday. So why did you schedule it then then when trying to correct the problem he did not honor the price I was quoted. Also was told as individual it wasn't worth the time that he has bigger accounts. Some mobile locksmiths are rip-offs. When I needed one,I got a glowing recommendation for this locksmith from the parts guy at my Honda dealer. When I contacted him he gave me excellent service at an excellent price, even traveling out of his usual service area. I lost my only set of keys on superbowl sunday. You know what it's like to get a locksmith out on that day? Anyway, I used another locksmith who provided me with my new set of keys but told me when I found my old ones they wouldn't work (on my car) because the codes were changed. When I did eventually find them, I called him to sync the keys--he quoted me $170 to come out to my house to do it and $85 if I went to them. I called Scott--he did it on his way home from another job and it was $30. read more

Scott is the man. Called him up to schedule a call for the next day. Said to give him a call there next morning because he was going to be where I was at. Had a key break in half. He was able to remove the key from the Fob, cut and replace said key. Over and done with in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend. Beats going to any dealer and getting over charged. read more

I was at a local hardware store that made keys for me which did not work.
