Screen on my iPhone 11 decided to die inexplicably. Took it to an "authorized iPhone repair location" - a Geek Squad (don't know what I was thinking), and the worst assumptions you can make came true - geek squad read directions off a manual and decided to tell me since it's out of warranty, it can't be fixed but I can replace the phone for $500. Took it to this place and got the screen replaced for half the price. Unfortunately, for some reason my screen just wouldn't register as a genuine Apple screen so they offered to swap it for a 3rd party one and refunded me the price difference. Appreciative that my phone could be saved and that they did their due diligence to try and fix everything to what I wanted. I will be recommending them to my friends in the future. read more

Been in twice now. Once for a battery replacement for my phone and the second time for a battery & camera replacement for my wife's phone. I want to preface by saying that I attempted to go through the Apple store for a battery replacement first. Pro tip: don't. Apple is all about retail sales. If you've got a hardware issue, you're about as high on their priority list as someone coming into the ER with a hangnail. Both times I came in to CIP, I was able to get the phones fixed during my lunch breaks. The prices were incredibly reasonable and they had a 30 day warranty on the work. Hard to beat that. Daniel and Jose did an awesome job. They know exactly what people want- affordable repair costs, no upselling and short as possible wait times. You will only get the discount if you give a review before they repair. So be aware of all the 5-Star reviews. I was tricked too, and I'm sure hundreds of others listed below were as well. My iPhone 11 Pro had a cracked screen, and I wanted to turn it in for the new iPhone 14 Pro and get the best deal from my carrier. I asked a co-worker for a referral to assist with replacing my screen. They recommended "Cheapest iPhone Repair. I usually do not leave reviews because I feel as though it is a waste of time. However, once I had this encounter, I felt compelled that other people should know about my experience before you spend your money and be bombarded with lies, threats, and shady people trying to work one over on you. I had an appointment, I walked in around closing hours, and one of the service guys greeted me. He started to answer my questions regarding the screen and his recommendations for purchasing one. I understood that before he did the work, he had me sign an agreement which I read thoroughly before signing. I agree to purchase an aftermarket screen with a lower pixelation for just over $80, which includes the labor. After the work was completed, my old screen, which just had a surface glass break (worth over $100 fixed) they, silently took and placed in a bin with other screens. I was satisfied with the repair. Then I asked for my old screen back because it was mine. They refused and said they would repair that screen and sell it for $100. I never agreed to surrender my property after I purchased an aftermarket screen worth $16. After all, I paid for the original screen, and I owned it. The agreement they had me sign had no such language stating I had to give them my old damaged screen. Both service reps were confused, so they called the owner, who was unprofessional, rude, shady, and, quite frankly, a douchebag. I asked the rep to put him on speakerphone so I could hear his ridiculous reasoning as to why they were trying to steal my screen. I asked the rep to put him on speakerphone. He began to tell me that the screen was his property rudely, and I agreed to give it up when I agreed to the repair, which was a bald-faced lie. I told him he should change the language in his agreement that he has unlikely customers (victims) sign before he makes threatening remarks about what I can and can not do with MY property. I was determined to leave with my old screen, so there was no way he could convince me that he was right! He finally told the rep to release my screen from being held hostage and return it to me, the rightful owner. Even after I got my screen back, he was yelling over the speakerphone spewing nonsense. I will never go back to this place again! If you decide to spend money there, take every mini screw from your broken tablet, phone, or computer back with you because this place will try and swindle you into thinking that they will recycle it but instead steal money from you right under your nose. BTW. I fixed my old screen and sold it online for $120 bucks, so I made $38 from them repairing my old iPhone. read more

Anyway, he fix my phones for the cheapest price in Orange County. Nobody could beat it. If you were looking for a place to fix your phone, especially for people who flip phones and sell phones for a Living. This is the place to go to very fast turn around as well.
