I was looking for a place to repair the charging port for my mom's iphone 5s but most of the iphone repair shops only repaired broken screens. Good thing for Yelp!! I was able to reach out to Cheapest Iphone Repair via my Yelp app for a quote and Brian quickly replied. The cost for the charging port was $65 and he told me it would only take 15 minutes! This was wayyyyy cheaper than the $200 quote the apple store gave me! It took me less than 10 minutes to get here! The location was a bit difficult to find, but refer to my pictures if you require assistance!! It's in the NorthEast corner of Main and Redhill. They are a quaint little shop but I love how the AC was blasting. There was a TV and a small waiting area with complimentary chips and water, both chilled and room temperature. I can tell they really care about customer satisfaction. When I came in Will was helping another customer but he was very welcoming and told me to help myself to their complimentary chips and water. It was just a quick wait until he was ready to work on my mom's phone. He made sure I was okay with the price and time estimate before he proceeded. It was so impressive watching Will take apart the iphone 5s!! So many screws and parts, no clue how he remembers where it came from. I was trying to be quiet so he can focus but it was amazing that he was able to talk to me while fixing the charging port!! PRO STATUS!! What a good deal to revive the 5s!! There is also a 30 day warrantee on all parts and repairs. I will definitely be back for all of my family's iphone and ipad repair needs. Dishonest bait & switch + Shady tactics. Took my broken S23 Ultra to them on Sunday after negotiating a screen repair price of $340 which they said they had in stock (it was the cheapest by $20).  I walk in asking for the "OEM Screen" that other vendors were offering get told some story that they are "all the same from the same factory" that there is just a "premium and non-premium screen". Already skeptical I say ok - premium it is.  Come back 2 hours later the technician makes up some story about defective premium screen and tells me I got the cheap one but it's "not that bad". (it's garbage the edges are so narrow it compresses the image touch sensitivity was lower).  I'm already not happy but fine, pay the $219 and leave.  Within 24 hours the screen stops working.  I message the owner Sam (who loves to write argumentative paragraph responses) and he gives some spiel about how OEM screens are not really OEM screens and all the same factory blah blah blah (this is NOT THE TRUTH, Authorized dealers can purchase Samsung screens - they just happen to be not be an authorized dealer).   I bring it back to them today saying I want the "OEM" screen.  They said either that or I can have someone else to do it but have to pay a $25 restocking fee on the screen that I never wanted in the first place.   I voice my dissatisfaction, told the lady technician that if you're going to give me a "premium non OEM screen" then give me a discount.  She basically says I'll swap you back your BROKEN screen then and prepares to put my original broken screen back on my phone.   I thought about it - didn't want them pulling my phone apart AGAIN (it never goes back the same as OEM) and just walked out.  Got it fixed at another shop which actually had the OEM screen.  TLDR -Bait & Switch -Dishonest about "OEM" screens -Downright Rude -Cheap usually isn't the best.  And sometimes Cheap is more expensive than others. He informed me that the tech was running a little late so I stuck around. The tech was very knowledgeable and even though he told me 1-1.5 hrs he was done in 20 min.
