Friendly service but they were very slow today. They apologized for the slowness when they delivered the food to our table. The SENSI KUSH was tasty but it felt extremely thin for a $11.39 sandwich. It felt more like a $6-7 sandwich than almost $12. I hardly ever finish meals when I eat out and this one I easily finished. Huge disappointment for the price point. Tasty? Yes Fast service? No Friendly? Yes Worth the money? No I'd have to see way more filling in a sandwich from someone else to warrant returning to pay that much for an 8" sammy. Total ripoff!!! I am new to the area and was excited to try a new sandwich chain. I ordered an 8" "Pacific Blue" tuna melt sandwich and to say I was disappointed is an understatement. I paid $12 for bread. Literally less than 1/4" high of tuna, toppings not even visible from the outside of the sandwich. We went to Cheba Hut on Harmony for some sandwiches last night. I ordered a turkey sandwich medium and she repeated 8 in and I said yes. We got our sandwiches but unfortunately I did not check and after we got home I realized that I had a 4-in sandwich but wasn't even in the ballpark of what I'd ordered. So I went back and I told him that I had a medium turkey sandwich ordered and that I would like for them to remake it They remade it but only as a 4-in. I confirmed with her in two ways, medium and 8-in and she still put 4-in. She was very unhelpful and this was not a good experience. We usually like Cheba Hut but tonight was not great. read more

I am in love with this place. There are so many sandwich options and they all look so good. The sandwich was sooo good, the turkey breast, beef and bacon was a perfect combo. Also, loved the sauce and chipotle mayo that gave the sandwich an extra kick.I got the nug size (4in) and that was perfect for someone like me whereas a 6in sandwich is usually a little too much for me. Okay I'm sold. Needed something fast and hopefully tasty on our way to the airport. The toasted bread on the sign caught my eye so we pulled in and had a lot to choose from the menu. I decided on the La Canna because it looked like an Italian type of sandwich and I was very happy that I did so. The sandwich came open-faced, so it was up to you to decide how you're going to fold it and eat it but I guess that was half the fun. I was meeting friends for dinner and they picked this place. I heard good things, so I figured why not. After quickly looking at their menu online I was a bit bummed....I didn't see any gluten free options....BUT, I must have missed where they said on their website that any sub can be made into a salad!!! Then while I was ordering, the guy goes "now we can take off or add anything if you have other dietary restrictions, or just preferences." I was so happy to hear that! I ordered the Apollo 13 salad. The Greek marinated chicken and olives came on the side of the salad and I just dumped them on (I should have taken a picture it looked great), the chicken was delicious. So tender! My friends' sons split a pizza sub (not sure the real menu name of the sub) but it looked fantastic and the boys seemed to enjoy it! Unfortunately I don't remember what my friends had! This is a faster food type place, but surprisingly not your typical fast food as I was expecting. More fresh ingredients for sure. I mean they weren't growing a garden outside, but I didn't get your typical fast food lettuce, tomatoes, or onions either (if that makes sense). This particular location had a great patio outdoors and a huge Jenga game outside. The service was great, people were friendly, restaurant was clean (and so were the restrooms). Very happy people work here - this review is an accumulation of about 4 trips before i decided to yelp them. Store is very clean and staff joke with you when ordering. I love that. Food is pretty good and and variety is awesome. The bar can be a problem.... Sometimes slow as they hired at times virgin bartenders...that's ok, everyone needs to learn...but can be slow. Decent outdoor seating and ok beer selection. Definitely recommend. read more

I was super frustrated with my order the last time i was in. I ordered the french dip sandwich asked for no onions and extra mushrooms. I got meat and cheese thats it. Our order was to go so i didn't know until i was home. Super frustrating. It's expensive to eat out now a days and i wont pay almost 40$ for 3 sandwiches again. Its the newest Cheba Hut location in Northern Colorado. The subs are of the same quality. The interior is amazing. Plenty of seating for everyone. The staff were very friendly. I have gone to this Cheba Hut several times. And Several times my order has been messed up. When I call to let them know they got my orders wrong, there is zero... ZERO care in the world. No offers to get it resolved. One time while on the phone the employee said "Well, sorry! don't know what to tell you" I was tired of getting the wrong sandwich when i order online, so I started to go into the store, They are slow with making sandwiches compared to other Chebas. One woman got mad because I didn't leave a tip after i ordered in store and she had a bad attitude about it. My last time ordering from this location was inside and they said my name and I double checked with them and asked "is it the bomb blunt on garlic?" they didn't know and they opened the wrapping and realized it was the WRONG sandwich and had to expedite the making of my real order. I started going to the Cheba off of College in Fort Collins and immediately there's a massive difference. 1. Everyone was there to work 2. ordering was flawless 3. the place was clean (harmony is nasty) 4. the College Location made the sandwich correctly 5. the atmosphere was not intense at the college location, the college location was warm welcoming and it had the classic "Cheba Feel". Don't go to the Harmony location for Cheba Hut. They will get your order wrong, the workers are not welcoming, the employees at the harmony location have a zero care for the customers or product they only care for themselves. Especially when a female employee gets upset because I couldn't give her a tip. I will never recommend this location to anyone and I will purposely go out of my way to go to another location if I am craving Is it me or does every employee at this location seem mad or upset about something? This is their 3rd location to open in Fort Collins, located in the Villagio shopping center (look for the cool buildings between Super Target and Walgreens on Harmony). And it's as good, if not better than the other C-Huts by virtue of accessibility. The stoner vibe is still intact and the staff is just as friendly - nice to see south Fort Collins get a restaurant with some personality. They have a good selection of sandwiches, a nice bar w/ DRANKS - really, it's just a pleasant dining experience. There were some cute little old ladies in front of me (no idea if they were doing the medical marijuanas or not) and I didn't even get perturbed when they were asking what blunt meant or digging 7 dollars worth of change out of their purses.
