I came in to cash a check, they tell me they need to verify it after previous telling me after I'm verified once I don't need to do the process anymore. I try to be patient with the process then they tell me their managers says their closing so they can't cash it and to leave a copy of my check and my information and they will call me the following day to come back in. I call back at 11 next day because no one has called me and they tell me they have yet to verify my check due to lack of response, I offer help with verifying they have the correct phone number and offer to call them for them as I got them on the phone within 4 minutes. They proceed to tell me in a rude and disrespectful manner that they won't lose their job over that and I may mention they stated this several times to the point they make you feel like a criminal. Very horrible service, literally go anywhere else. I don't even feel comfortable they have my information now.

It was a legitimate case of identity theft, and we are still left with an amount that was still there, impacting my daughter's banking history. Manager Karen was never reprimanded for her displayed poor attitude. We are still fighting for the rest of the amount, and my daughter lost her hard-earned money because this bank was not able to help us.
