Although Natalia was running a bit late, she definitely made up for it with her excellent customer service, communication and hard work. She consistently informed me of what she was doing in my home and asked questions to ensure the quality was great. I appreciate that she takes her time and does not rush her work. I had also requested that they use non-toxic products because I have a dog and I occasionally suffer from sinusitis. I was home about 90% of the entire time Natalia was here and I felt no irritation or allergies. Overall, I will definitely be booking with Cleanbee again and hope to always have Natalia be the go-to.
