My insurance company dispatched this company for roadside assistance to tow my car. 4 hours later…read morethe tow truck company cancelled the order because they did not "understand" that the drop-off address had changed because they took too long to pick the car up and get it to the dealership who could not take the vehicle because the service center was closed, and the dealership was closing. Then when the right tow truck company came in within 15 minutes of the call and took the vehicle and delivered it to its destination in 20 minutes from pick up from the new tow truck company this company calls says they are 10 minutes away to the pick up site. WHAT? 4 HOURS LATER? Why the insurance company dispatched them again is beyond me. Never use this company, poor communication and poor customer service.

Phil, the owner, stopped what he was doing (looked super busy - lots of cars) and came out to see what I was talking about. He fixed it right then! And wouldn't accept any payment from me! He certainly made my day (not to mention restoring my faith in humanity :) It's amazing to meet with such kindness! If I ever have hail damage I know where I will go - integrity, can-do attitude and 100% in service of people (before money).

One light hail storm doesn't equal $7,000 no matter what.. I don't know where they got this number from. Very nice service at first but after knowing what the true cost is to fix... we feel disrespected. Do not trust the reviews. Will not let them bill my insurance and will be taking my business elsewhere. This is not correct. Common sense says one light storm doesn't equal that price on its worse day.
