Upon inspecting the vehicle the next day in light it was evident that nearly nothing was done that was paid for. There was a tremendous amount of dirt and grime in the car, along with greasy detail protectant that was sprayed everywhere in the car (including on the Porsche leather) seats/ carpets weren't shampooed (which I specifically asked him to do). Engine wasn't degreased, wax was not applied (that he removed from his website after I complained), car wasn't even vacuumed, just a substandard wipe down and protectant sprayed on EVERYTHING including the front windshield. I messaged Kendrick and told him how dissatisfied with the work (or lack thereof) that was preformed and that I no longer trusted his ability to do the job correctly. He texted back and said, " I can completely understand. I didn't feel good about you detail myself. Yesterday was a busy day and i don't have good lights in my shop yet so I understand. What can I do to make it right?" Look at the pics and tell me if you would trust this person to touch your car again. I certainly wouldn't. When I sent him photos of the car and the poor work I said, "I mean no disrespect to you, but I can't allow a redo by your shop after paying for your best package and getting this:". He became aggressive and had the audacity to tell me that they were "before" pics and there's "no way" he would've let the car leave like that. Well he absolutely did. I offered to bring the car back so he could see the poor job that he did in person or do a live video with him, and that I'm simply trying to find a resolution, but he proceeded to tell me things like, "I'm done talking to you about it man go find you another detailer." And proceeded to call me "insulting" and "disrespectful". I ended up having to take the vehicle to a professional detailer to have all his sloppy work fixed, two days later. Even they commented on the lack of attention to DETAIL. If you want a job to be done well (or done at all), DO NOT go to this shop. I'll be bringing this to small claims court and filing a compliant with BBB, so if anyone else reading this has had a similar experience please contact me.

Like the corners of my glass were missed and water dripping out of my side mirrors etc. That's fine I can touch it up but for like $300 it tells me the level of care taken wasn't up to the level of money spent. Add to that a super inconvenient last second reschedule that could easily have been avoided and next time I'll be trying one of the other countless detailing services all over Denver. I wouldn't start here if I were you. For being at the high end of the price range in the area they are most certainly not at the high end of results and service.

They had attendants helping people through the process when they arrived to the gate which I appreciated. Joseph walked me through the different wash services and also answered questions I had over their unlimited memberships. He was very professional and friendly, showed great customer service. I went for the top wash, the "Super Protect" at $22 and I feel it was worth every penny. Pretty sure the air freshener/dashwipes they gave me after purchase were complimentary with the service I got which I enjoyed receiving. After the car wash is complete, you can pull into a huge area where you can dry, detail and vacuum your vehicle out. They have damp microfibers to use, along with glass cleaner, vacuum access, and free air to inflate your tires. Tons of parking, very clean space. I would go to this car wash over and over again, I'm even considering starting a monthly membership with them.

The monthly membership is worth it for under $30 with unlimited car washes and use of the facility equipment. Quick pass lanes for members get you through quickly and it's never overly packed. Everything is well maintained and working. I am hopeful it stays that way. I love they provide towels, glass cleaners and it's always well stocked at each bay. If you're OCD like me about a clean car, this is a great option. I still prefer to go get my car detailed every so often but this maintains my car on a daily basis. I mean who doesn't feel like they have their life together when you have a clean car?!?!!!
