The people who work at the front desk are very nice and straightforward and I just had a good vibe from them. I brought my car back a few months later when I noticed a weird noise coming from the tire. Based on my description, they initially thought it was a wheel bearing and quoted me a price of $400 to replace that. Turns out, the tires just needed to be rotated and they were wearing unevenly. So they rotated and balanced and did some other stuff and the price of all that was $80. They could have EASILY told me they replaced the wheel bearing and charged me for the full amount that I was prepared for. But, they didn't bc they are honest and amazing people. I will forever bring my car to them and recommend them to anyone who asks! Oh, and btw, I just randomly stopped by to ask about this noise bc they are THAT approachable. And they fit me in the same day and gave me a loaner car! You don't get much better than that even at a super high end dealership (bc I have been to those too). This place is legit. For real. I love them and will continue to do all my car business with them! And they do after market work on cars and Jeeps in particular!

For the first two buisness days my car just there without being checked at all. They then ordered cheaper parts that didn't work for my car to try and save money at the request of the insurance company, this delayed the fix by another week (I would've expected them to know in advance that the parts won't work and not waste this time). Then they did order the correct parts but due to some mix-up something didn't came and that delayed for another week. Throughout these 4 weeks, I had to chase them for updates. Overall, I don't recommend coming here.

I had to get auto body repair work again on a new car, unfortunately, when my SUV got keyed at work. I was impressed the first time, I am impressed again. From start to finish, from the reception and inspector to the auto body repair people, this place is top notch. I had so much trouble trying to find someone who could fix my 2008 RV and couldn't believe my luck when I was referred to Colorado Fleetworks. Every other place, upon hearing the age of my RV backed off and the fact that mice (or rats?) were feasting on my wiring, made excuses why they didn't work on this or that. Mike was very confident he could fix it--I mean after all it's a Chevy gas engine. He did say it was a PITA job though, and I was expecting thousands of dollars in repair or even totaling it. I was leery of having it towed, but Mike also recommended a tow service to get it there. Once I dropped it off, Mike called me within a couple of hours to quote a very reasonable price and once I gave him the go ahead, got it up and running the same day! He took care of a few other minor concerns and when he said he worked on cars too, I knew that I've found a keeper and in a day and age where it's all about the money, the wait, and the attitude, dealing with Mike was a real pleasure. He does what he says he's going to do, is conscientious, fair and respects your time. Thank you, Mike.
