I was having issues with blowing fuses for the 12v outlet. It was suggested to use Dielectric grease on in the socket rather than replace the socket. Saved me $$$ and resolved the issue. read more

Last week I had a deeply unsettling experience at this location recently with an employee named Joshua. I stopped in for a simple purchase of air fresheners, but the transaction became a confrontation when he became obsessed with getting my phone number for the rewards program. Despite me clearly stating three separate times that I did not want to join or provide my information, Joshua became increasingly aggressive. He insisted he "couldn't finish the transaction" without it. which is completely false. His refusal to respect my boundaries and his hostile persistence were unprofessional and intimidating. I checked my receipt afterward to confirm his name, and I want to make it clear that as a woman, being harassed for personal contact information in a retail setting is a major safety concern. Management needs to review Joshua's conduct immediately. his behavior is totally unacceptable. I will not be returning to this store if he is behind the counter. I was totally grossed out when I was checked out by Ryan who came to the register (possibly off break) and wasn't wearing a mask--which wasn't the worst part. He then put his finger in his mouth, biting is nails or something, then proceeded to touch both of the items I was purchasing with his dirty hands a d tried to hand me my receipt. I'm sorry, but there's a state mandate for masks to protect people and the sales person not wearing a mask AND putting his fingers in his mouth is unacceptable. read more

Frickell was incredibly helpful and kind! He gave us all the parts we needed and held a conversation with us while replacing my battery, and was very friendly. Steve was also very friendly and great. It's 10:40 on Saturday 7/28 I believe she said Ashley Went in to buy everything to do oil changes in 2 cars. She didn't know much but that I get everyone has to learn. I get home and call to make sure they recycle oil there and she was so rude and snotty. If your going to work in customer service you need to learn you can't act as you do on social media. The manager here is horrible. This guy doesn't know his head from his ass. I highly doubt he knows crap about vehicles. Every time I go in and have to deal with him, I want to rip my hair out. Always seem to get the wrong part when he's handling the transaction. To top it off he is very rude to everyone he encounters and has never once gone out of his way to help without an attitude. I went in for return and the manager they have at this location should not be a manager, he is very unprofessional! I asked him about the warranty and he gave me a sarcastic snotty comment back and to top it off wrote it down on a piece of paper with attitude! I told him I didn't appreciate his comment and I turned around and walked off. He then slammed his hand on the desk and ran around the desk and chased me out of the store!! I couldn't believe what I was seeing, I was in total shock that a manager would behave this way! He told me that he was helping, but I told him he didn't need to be sarcastic about it. He then threw his hands in the air and turn around and told me that I was very rude person. I then told him I will be in contact with his boss. His attitude was outrageous and the way he handled the situation was completely immature and unacceptable for a manager!!! Great and helpful staff. Always willing to go an extra mile or so to help you get what you need. Combined, all of the employees have a pretty extensive wheelhouse of knowledge on different makes and models. The people here are wonderful. Every time I come in they always ask if I need help, and once I made a mistake with an Head light cleaner and refinisher the guy came out and actually helped me do it over, luckily they weren't very busy but I was in tears thought I ruined my head lights. (I was more worried about what my husband was going to say ;0) but luckily they helped me and it looked awesome, they went above and beyond which has always been my experience here and we've been going here for a very long time.
