I went to this store today for a new battery for my vehicle. Neither of the two employees in the front of the store were eager to help. When one finally did, he sold me a battery and told me he was not allowed to put it in. Not typical, but fine. I understand. I asked him if he could jump start my vehicle so that I could go home and have a friend replace it, he didn't think so as he told me he only had his motorcycle, but would see if one of the other employees could do it. This was very strange. Why would they not have a jump box? When I asked him about one, he then went and got their jump box and came out to jump start my vehicle. I am very disappointed with the level of customer service and will not go back. read more

We went in to O'Reilly this morning and stood at the counter for several minutes in front of Kiki who was at her computer. So that she would acknowledge our Family, I said good morning. She said good morning and continued to ignore us as she walked away. All people need is to be acknowledged. Simply welcome them and tell them you will be right with them. Absolutely worst service. Two word responses as if I am inconveniencing Ms Kiki by her doing her job. After doing this diagnostic exam with no conversation and only "I am not getting any codes" response, I am convinced that her customer service skills cost The store any future business. Moral of this story O'REILLY is to train Ms Kiki on common courtesy and Customer Service Because any store can have a product to sell but employees and good service are what continue to bring in business. read more

I've been coming here for 4 years. Wether it's a weekend fix up project, cleaning supplies, or major repairs, these guys and gals have always come through for me. I've purchased parts for 7 different cars at this location and their know how has always gotten the right parts with the right advise to go along with it. Last year the computer gave the wrong part for a radiator for a tacoma....I took it back and the team over there measured the original and got the right radiator figured out in about 15 minutes. They definitely have gone the extra mile on quite a few occasions. Wether it's a toyota, lexus, or mercedes, there always seems to be someone there that knows enough to get the job done. What a terrible service when I go to pick up my order I was told that the item I ordered through the store and paid for was sold to another customer!!!! Last Saturday I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts in Northglenn on 120th & Pennsylvania street to buy gas cap. The sales person told me that they don't have it in the store but he can order it and I agree. I paid and the cashier told me it will be ready Sunday by 10:00 am and I told him that I have to work that day but I can pick it up Monday night. He said it's okay. As I said it I went Monday night and asked them that I came to pick up my order and showed them my receipt. They started looking and looking but they could not find it. Finally one of the sales person told me that one customer came looking for the same cap and they sold it by mistake and they told me that they could order it again for me. I said no and asked for my refund. This is first and worst shopping experience I ever had. It could be delayed but not resold to another customer what an inconvenient service!!!!! read more

She knows what she is doing and didn't just try to sell me something that I didn't need. It is a busy store but I was greeted when I came in and didn't ever feel ignored or dismissed. Ugh... I dealt with two different workers both times I stepped in to the place. They ordered the wrong part when I needed a specific piece for my car. When I arrived to pick it up the part in a hurry, it took the worker awhile to not find it when the manager in charge walked over and asked me what I needed.. She walked to the back came back and had it even though it was the wrong piece that was ordered. I don't even want to return it due to having to return to the store. I've dealt with this store for years and have become very disappointed in the lack of customer service. The night crew refused to changer a battery for my mother in law even though their sign says they will do it for free. I had to come to the store borrow their tools and it took me 5 minutes on her 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe. They also refused to change the battery in my sisters 2004 Honda Accord which also took me five minutes to do. Now, they are refusing to let me utilize my commercial account. So you better believe that I will be speaking to George to have Transwest nationwide NOT use Oreilly and to use only Napa, Advanced and even Autozone. read more

Every time I go here they screw something up. They're supposed to let you use a scan tool if you give them an ID. Some jerk working there refused to let me use one. On another trip, they overcharged me for one of their oil change packages and made me buy an oil filter I didn't need for less money. Shady! read more
