Checkers proudly advertises their fries, and they are certainly quite good. Crispy seasoned outside with a soft piping hot center. Sometimes a bit greasy, but we've had pretty good luck getting them fresh most of the time. As for the rest of the food, it is average for a drive-through fast food joint. Burgers are okay, chicken is better. Fish is somewhat on the strong side, but not fishy. BBQ sauce is good on the boneless wings, but the meat tends to have a lot of breading. Service has always been quick and friendly. Never had any issues with items wrong or missing in my order. This location can be consistently counted on for a quick and fresh fast food fix. read more

As much as I enjoy the food from a Checker's or a Rally's, this location simply is not up to par when it comes to the service they provide. Having frequented a few dozen times over the past several years, it has been rate that they actually get the order right. Items are frequently missing, incorrect, or they hand me the wrong (or incomplete) order and then come back to the window a bit later, try and hand me someone else's food/item(s), and then realize that I'm still there. Never once have I received an apology or any sort of real acknowledgement for the issues at this location - the only reason I continue to go from time to time is that they do have a unique menu that I like to taste, from time to time. This is one of the worst fast food places I have ever been to. The staff and management are incredibly rude. The last time I ate there, they served me adulterated food, with pubic hair in the fries and a huge amount of salt poured on the burger. Yeah, real funny, be rude to whitey. The food was inedible, so I threw it away. I did complain on the corporate website. And sure enough, the owner of this location called me up and left a message. I then called and called, trying to get some resolution to this issue, but they never called me back. If I could give a rating of -10 for this h*ll hole, I would. Vile food. Terrible attitudes. I went here with my brother and best friend not too long ago and it was the most unpleasant experience I ever had. It was my first time eating checkers and we went through the drive-thru. Each of us wanted something and we were told that only one person could order at a time and we would have to drive back around the drive through 3 times! Waste of gas. And on top of the the girl at the window was rude as I don't know what. The way she was speaking when we didn't know what I wanted. I love checkers wings, they are the best in the world in my opinion! Unfortunately their were only 2 girls working at 11:50 and they refused to serve us for asking for 2 orders. My cousin got upset and the server shouted vulgar insults at us through the speaker and came outside to our vehicle. I have never been insulted so harshly in all my years of living and I am sad to say we will never be returning to this location as long as this hooligan continues to insult and cuss at hungry customers. The burgers do not look like the pictures, that's for sure. The meat is thin and small, and the bun looks like it is smashed down. They actually look like sad burgers. The fries are also like shrunk down compared to the picture. The taste is ok, but they look unappetizing. Unfortunately, the other burger joints are about the same. Fries were ice cold, cheese sauce had a brownish look to it and the the big daddy bacon burger double was cold and tasteless. This was not even during an odd time I got my food.
