    Big Buford

I usually love this place but they gave us moldy buns!! My fiancé got really sick because he didn't notice his right away but I noticed mine.

    Sandwich as provided

I ordered the new Brisket Melt which was advertised as coming between two slices of toasted, thick cut Texas Toast. Mine came with two slices of untoasted white bread. I can't believe the person that took the order (through the drive-through microphone) knew I wasn't getting Texas Toast and didn't tell me. What a rotten operation.

This was our first visit on a Sunday evening at 7 pm on 4/19/21. We went to the walk in window instead of the drive through. It was not crowded with no line. We ordered Big Buford burgers and fully loaded fries. Our order was ready within 5 minutes. We had our food at home. The Buford burger came with double patties, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and pickles and was very filling. It was definitely larger than a Big Mac. So plan to be hungry! The fully loaded fries consisted of seasoned fries with bacon, cheese, and ranch sauce on top. The food is heavy and rich, but once in awhile it is okay to treat yourself.

I stopped into Cheesesteak & Co. for a quick bite and ended up really impressed. I ordered the…read moresmash burger and the honey lemon pepper wings -- and both were standouts. Let me start with the wings because... wow. I've been on a mission to find a honey lemon pepper wing that actually has flavor, and these finally hit the mark. Sweet, tangy, peppery, and bold -- not that faint "maybe there's lemon in here" situation most places give. These had real personality. The smash burger was another surprise. I don't eat cheese, so I was a little intimidated ordering a smash burger without it, but no cheese, no problem. The meat itself tasted different -- richer, cleaner, and higher quality than your typical burger spot. The edges had that perfect crispy smash, and the inside stayed juicy. When the meat is that good, you don't need anything extra. Service was quick, ambiance was fitting and the food came out hot, and everything looked good enough that I had to grab pics before diving in. This spot is definitely going into my rotation.

The staff here were very helpful and friendly. I got the cheesesteak fries and the portion was huge. I definitely couldn't finish it all. The food was well seasoned and hot. I definitely will be back again whenever I am in the area.

Very large Chick-fil-A with a double drive thru and a huge wraparound parking lot with tons of spots for curbside pickup orders and barely any for walk-in guests. There was no wait, the employee was chipper as they usually are, and my food was ready by the time I paid and used the restroom. I ordered medium waffle fries and 8-count nuggets, which were really greasy but hot and mostly fresh. The fries were delicious as always, particularly with their Chick-fil-A sauce and Polynesian sauce.

They accept the rewards app without issue and know how to apply points/discounts correctly to orders--which is important to me because I love using my rewards. The service is consistently courteous and professional. When team members bring the food out to the car, they are respectful, approach the driver's side window cautiously and hand over the order carefully rather than rushing through the interaction. It's a small detail, but it makes a difference. Especially at night when it's uncomfortable to have people approaching your car in the dark. Most of the time we order takeout, but occasionly we go in and dine inside, the restaurant looks clean and organized. Decorations and ambience are nothing special - similar to other locations. The dining area and restrooms look clean, and there is clear signage directing customers to order and pickup areas. Staff members are also very helpful when it comes to guiding customers and answering questions. A detail about the location that we really enjoyed was having the Coffee News newsletter by the door - it was a thoughtful local touch and felt cozy. We usually place drive-up pickup orders, and the parking lot is generally decently organized. Nothing really different from other locations. My only complaint is during rush hours when traffic to get in and out becomes congested. Since the building sits on a corner, turning in from Executive Drive can be frustrating with so many vehicles trying to enter or pass by at once. Honestly, it can be easier to park in the nearby shopping center or next door bank and walk over. Occasionally, other customers park poorly and take up too many spaces, but that's more of a people problem than an issue for the business. Recently, we've been really disappointed by the food. We've heard that some menu items, such as the fries, have had recipe changes, and the difference is definitely noticeable. We typically order nuggets, chicken sandwiches, and fries, but they simply don't taste the same as they did years ago. On a recent trip, I tried the mac and cheese to switch it up because I haven't been enjoying the fries lately, and I couldn't finish it. I offered the rest to my partner to finish. Later, my partner and I felt that it didn't sit well with our stomachs. On the other hand, I still enjoy Chick-fil-A's breakfast menu. The Chicken Minis and chicken biscuit are our go-to for early mornings and road trips. We'll get coffee too but honestly we prefer to just get food here and then stop at a Dunkin or Starbucks because it's better. The only downside to breakfast is having to race over before morning breakfast service ends. It's just disappointing to have to default to having the typical entree when it's not as good as could've been with breakfast. Overall, we'll continue to visit for breakfast and maybe lunch or dinner. But this isn't anything special and definitely not my go-to fast food place.

The menu is massive with different types of offerings but we were interested in the Peri Peri chicken. We both ended up ordering a half chicken with mild sauce, and we turned them into combos for additional $5.00 each. The total came out to $43.24. We both had corn on the cob as our side. I was a little frustrated because the combo options were confusing. The corn was just some frozen half ears with grill marks that tasted dry and burnt. The chicken was equally dried out with just a hint of flavor on the skin. We also tried one of their mocktails, the passion fruit version. For $5 we got like an 8 ounce cup of sugar or syrup flavoring with a lemon and another cocktail garnish. The funny part is I watched her fill half the cup with the Stary soft drink! It was not very good. Everyone has a bad day I guess, but for the money paid this wasn't a great meal.

The menu had a lot of eye catching items I wanted to try, however it came down to the Honey Garlic Chicken Sandwich. I'm typically particular with chicken sandwiches because sometimes the chicken can be dry or you get a piece of chicken with mediocre flavor. This chicken sandwich did not disappoint. It came with three pieces of chicken nicely fried with a perfect golden crispy crust. The honey and garlic flavor ignited the chicken's juices. It came with a slice of American cheese which at first I was skeptical because it wasn't fully melted, however it melted in each bite I took. It was so good, I decided to get another one to go for dinner. [foodie confessions] I made the meal a combo with a side and fountain drink. I went with the Peri Peri fries. The fries were seasoned and tasty. The other item ordered was a quarter chicken with rice and a side. The side of choice were the olives. The chicken was juicy and naturally paired well with the rice. The olives had a blend of sweet lemony flavor. It was delicious. We passed on dessert however there's Hershey's ice cream with a variety of shakes that looked yummy. Perhaps next time. We got served by the talking robot which was cute. It brought the food to your table, you grab your food and simply follow the instructions on the screen for it to return. Don't fret, the staff still checks in on you to make sure you got everything you ordered. It's a casual (fast food type) of dining so don't expect the full wait service. I'm glad I gave it a try and plan to return to try more items on the menu.

I wanted to like Bonchon. I was at Centennial Park and figured give it a try. I can get great chicken wings in several spots, so I wanted to try something more uniquely "Korean." I should have followed the masses and got wings or bullogi (sp) fries. I was hoping the street corn with the mayo would be creamy and unique - after the first bite it tasted like corn you'd boil at home. The tacos were okay - I ordered "fried chicken" expected a good crunch, like a chicken tender, no such luck. It tasted bland with no fry crunch at all. They also needed better draining. Every bite yielded a leaky mess. The star of the show was the pot stickers - the sauce stood out but another item I can get for less. Overall, I left spending 37.00 unsatisfied. If I returned, I'd stick to wings or the chicken sandwich, but competition is top notch for that at better prices.
