Delicious, affordable, filling, and unique. In an area with great food, this place can stand on its own. The Korean/ Mexican fusion works really well. Had the fish and chips and it was on point. The sauce was super good and the portion was big enough I was able to get 2 meals out of it. The service was friendly. Parking in the Lotte supermarket so there's a lot of spots and stuff to do in the area. Would recommend!

Shrimp quesadilla, not super cheesy and a little sweet but not too bad.

Ordered lunch after being interested in trying for a while, figured it was hard to mess up bulgogi so it should be good for a nice meal to split. I will start with the positives, the shrimp quesadilla I ordered was decent, not super cheesy but the shrimp had a good flavor and it was a pretty big portion. Bar none, this is the worst bulgogi bowl I have ever had in my entire life. The meat was packed with gristle but tasted decent, a little sweet but definitely enjoyable, but the rest of the bowl tasted wrong in a way I can only describe as rotten. The bean sprouts were crisp and probably the best part of the bowl that wasn't a protein. The tomatoes had no flavor and while the texture was okay seemed very old. The cucumbers were flavorless which is bizarre considering they were clearly covered in a vinegar marinade. There was a kimchi slaw included which had absolutely zero kimchi flavor and at best had a slightly sweet flavor. The rice had unfortunately absorbed a bizarre off flavor from the rest of the vegetation. The sauces they provided were a salsa verde which had absolutely no flavor but looked fine and a gochujang which was not my favorite but was able to cover *some* of the gross flavor of the bowl. I gave up after eating the bulgogi and honestly could not fathom how a human could eat this bowl due to its truly disgusting flavors.

Bebop is so perfectly situated in Catonsville with the mishmash of cultures present - it's Korean, it's Mexican, and it's all Halal. My wife jokes that the only thing missing is a statue of the Virgin Mary, haha. But seriously, this fusion is sometimes odd, but never bad, and always delicious. and totally representative of the cuisines you find in the area. My first visit I got a bulgogi quesadilla, which is exactly what it sounds like - Korean-seasoned bulgogi beef in a flour tortilla with cheese. My brain kept getting pulled in different directions but at the end of it all, I didn't care; it was good! Recently came back for some more and it was delicious. I know Korean fried chicken is a thing, so I ordered the fried chicken sandwich. Hearty helping of gochujang aioli, crispy chicken, solid pickles too. My only complaint is that the cutlet was a little thin. My wife ordered a burrito. It was good, but maybe a bit sparing on the meat (and they gave her white instead of purple rice). And the bulgogi fries... holy cow, this is what an Adam K in his 20's would get on some of those very late nights, ya know? Gobs of aioli, and the right amount of bulgogi beef and cheese. It's filling and tasty. The inside is a bit hipster-chic with wood-paneled walls and chalkboard menus (they also have them printed and on TV screens). There is a pretty large selection of drinks ranging from boba tea, to juices. The folks behind the counter were professional and got our food to us as quick as the kitchen could knock it all out. They're great at any time they're open but pro-tip: this location is open til 2:00 a.m. on the weekends, so if you have a late-night hankering for some good food; order from Bebop!

Was shopping at Lotte and decided to try this place. We got the carne loaded fries, spicy shrimp quesadilla, and the Gogi burger. Loved the carne loaded fries it was hot and we liked the seasoning on the burger but it didn't stand out. I would NOT recommend the spicy shrimp quesadilla, it had a weird taste to it due to the seasonings. The cashier was nice and the decor was cute so I would try it again just change what I get.

If I had to describe Bebop in one word I'd say flavorful. I ordered the Gogi single, churros, and bulgogi fries. The gogi single had a pillowy bun and it satisfied my burger cravings. The Bavarian cream in the churros took them to the next level! The bulgogi fries were rich and delightful. It was unlike any other loaded fry I've tasted. I'd highly recommend trying Bebop. You won't be disappointed!

Nice service from a patient woman at the front counter. She was patient and pleasantly answered questions. We dined in and liked the food. My husband didn't love his chicken cheese steak as much so I dropped a star. I didn't realize that the bulgogi fries would be covered in cheese (but I don't recall reading the description). Everything was flavorful and colorful. My bulgogi sub was better! My critique is it's heavy on the cheese and mayonnaise. I don't love mayo or a bunch of cheese on meat. I thought we both liked it but hubby wouldn't go back so... it's not very Korean or Mexican.

Located in the One Mile West shopping center, we finally got here after passing it a few times on the way to the Asian/International Grocery store (Lotte) next door. Korean Mexican fusion got our attention. Smaller dining area and ordering is at the counter. We ordered a Bulgogi bowl with yellow rice and a few of the toppings (Kimchi Slaw, street corn, Pico)-tasty Bulgogi and played nicely with the toppings-we liked the Korean Red sauce (spicy/sweet) more than Bebop White sauce (sour cream:like). Bulgogi Fries smothered in cheese were also enjoyed. Asked which one we should try between chz steak (Bulgogi) or the Gogi Burger. Decided on the Spicy Double Gogi Burger. Surprisingly we enjoyed the Burger topped with Swiss cheese and egg the most. Just a touch of heat and delicious! Service was patient and helpful given our first timer questions. They have a couple more locations in Northern Va. Will be back to try the Tacos/Burritos and the Korean/Mexican Subs.

A very interesting hybrid cuisine option! I love Korean and I love Mexican and this was a great mix. You order at the counter and you bring it back to the tables/seats. It wasn't very crowded when we went so it wasn't hard to get a table. There is plenty of parking in the big lot too.

My boyfriend brought me here on a holiday because they were 1) open and 2) open late. I was thrown off by the fusion especially when I read the menu. I got the beef bulgogi bowl with all the Korean-style toppings including an egg. It's kind of like a fast casual bibimbap but you can make it Mexican-style if you like. The portions were good and the flavor of everything was tasty. Not bad.

We were excited to try this spot and more than likely won't be back. Reasons for not returning is the smell of weed coming from one of the back rooms traveled to the eating area so we moved up to the front where the smell was less. When moving to the front, one of the workers was desperately flirting with the cashier and it was uncomfortable being around this while trying to enjoy a meal. Ambiance/environment has a lot to do with how one enjoys the food and this is where the 2 star rating comes in.

    Chopped up "marinated" turkey bacon

I understand food doesn't always look like what is pictured online but at least have the actual ingredients accurately listed so people know what they are ordering. The carne loaded burger stated turkey bacon. I checked the burger to make sure everything listed was in it as other reviewers stated ingredients were missing in their togo orders before. I was met with an attitude by the cook in the back stating that it was in the burger. When showed, they pointed to a red chunky sauce that was "marinated turkey bacon". Most consumers would expect strips but this "marinated" chopped up turkey bacon was essentially some sort of tomato based sauce that tasted nothing like bacon. So forewarned if you order anything with bacon, it's not bacon and they will argue with you about it. Carne burger also stated plain mayo but the Korean mayo was spread on instead. They seem to put this on everything and if you can't handle spice well, this will ruin the taste of whatever you're eating. I've been here before for their bulgogi fries, these are solid. In the past they had used ground up or finely chop up the bulgogi meat but this time the meat was in relatively large chunks. I would recommend esp. if you can eat them fresh, hence the two stars. Get the Korean mayo on the side! Not sure if the price point is worth the trip back (over $50 for two burgers and large fries) but the fresh bulgogi fries are good and a safe choice.

The food was good. I ordered the Bulgogi sub and the sweet chili wings. The sub was ok, I would give it a 6 out of 10. But the wings were fire, I would give them a 8. The inside of the restaurant was clean and looked nice. The service was great. I will go back to try other items on the menu.

I decided to try this place after searching online for places in the area. They're located in a shopping center with plenty of parking. There is plenty of seating to dine in and they're open late which is nice! I ordered online and my food was ready quick. I decided on the bulgogi cheesesteak and cheese fries. The sub was meaty and very tasty with a soft bun. The cheese fries were a bit much for me. There was a lot of cheese and some other sauce but it made the fries soggy because of the amount and possibly the takeout container. Overall, I would return again and eat inside this time!

Shrimp were good no wow factor, wings were good just plain but would have been better if they had a sauce and the burnt ends had more of a smoked bbq flavor which was different than usual but very tender and tasty. It was served with mixed vegetables and coleslaw. Veggies were ok and seasoned and coleslaw was to be desired. Not burnt ends is an entree on the menu. For entrees: crispy chicken sandwich with fries and chicken Mishkaki. Can I say, wow the portion required stretch pants! The sandwich; meat to bun is 20% more chicken than bread. It was seasoned and fried to perfection. The fries are in house cut and seasoned well too. The chicken Mishkaki is dish never tried before but reminds you of Nazan Halal's chicken with more of a rich tomato stew flavor with peppers, onions. It was about 8 to 10 skinless thin thighs seasoned and fork tenderness served in its own plate, then another plate with rice and the fixings. Think of a fajita sizzling plate and side plate of the fixings, same as this dish. I would definitely visit again! I almost didn't though, once you dig past social media, you'll see a mix of good and bad reviews, and for a split second that gave me pause. Glad I ignored that feeling. We came on a Saturday around noon for lunch with the family. Addy's sits on the edge of a larger shopping center, nothing flashy, but easy enough to find. When you walk in, the counter is right there and the dining area is pretty small, maybe 8-10 tables total. We were greeted right away by the woman at the register, let her know we were dining in, and she handed us menus to take to our table. I had seen reviews mentioning clutter or stacked plates inside, but that wasn't the case at all during our visit. Everything was clean and in order. They had some jazz playing over the speakers, which gave the place a chill, quiet-to-moderate vibe. Lighting was average, not dim, not bright. Seating is a mix of booths and tables with chairs. I started in a chair, then slid over to the booth side of the table for more leg room. I was never uncomfortable either way. There was one person waiting on food when we arrived. We ordered at the counter and had our food in about 8 minutes, which felt quick. The same woman who took our order also brought the food out, smiled, and checked on us after. No complaints at all on service. It wasn't busy while we were there, but on our way out there was a line of about six people, so it clearly picked up. What we ordered: * Brisket Quesadilla - Shredded brisket with melted cheese in a tortilla, served with sour cream and salsa. The brisket was tender, well-seasoned, and had a light smokiness that came through nicely. * Beef Ribs - Fall-off-the-bone, smoky, saucy beef ribs with fries and cornbread. The cornbread came drizzled with honey, which honestly threw me off at first. I was like, this is either about to be really bad or really good, and it was definitely the latter. Almost cake-like, moist, and flavorful. I usually skip cornbread at BBQ spots, but this one hit. I can see how someone might feel the rib portion is a little light for the price, but not enough to stop me from ordering it again. * Mixed Mishkaki (Beef & Shrimp) - This might've been the standout. East African-style kebabs in a sweet and spicy marinade, served with rice and salad. The beef was insanely tender, I could've cut it with a cheap plastic fork. The shrimp was cooked perfectly and full of flavor, mixed with peppers and onions. It came out sizzling on a hot plate, fajita-style, which surprised us in the best way. Best bang for your buck for sure. This plate could feed two regular people... or one big back. I'm big back...lol * Cajun Chicken Tenders - I usually expect cajun to be dry-rubbed, but these were saucy, and still really good. Definitely coming back to try other flavors. Price-wise, meals range roughly from $9.99 to $24.99, and overall I thought the value was solid for what you get. Maybe some room for debate on the beef ribs, but everything else made up for it easily. Honestly, there wasn't anything on the menu I didn't want to try, and I don't even feel like I've found my go-to item yet, which is a good problem to have. As for the negative reviews I saw beforehand? I don't know. Maybe wrong day, wrong time, or they caught the place during a rough moment. Our experience was smooth, the food was fire, and the restaurant was well kept. Out of a few spots I've tried because of social media hype, this one was probably the most accurate to the hype. It made a big impression on both my wife and me. I live about 40 minutes away, and I'll definitely be back to dine-in or takeout, though I'd probably dine in so the food's hot. Great spot for a lunch date or grabbing takeout. If you've been on the fence like I was, go check it out.
