Ordered at drive through, luckily parked and seen there was a hair on burger. Went back in (pleasantly) and they were kind enough to make me another and gave a free apple pie. Worst customer service ever and the manager instead of correcting the issue of a very rude person working under him blamed the issue on the customer. When I ordered I told the kid exactly what I wanted on the item and his remarks were that's how it comes no it doesn't it has ketchup and I do not want ketchup. I get the item it's completely wrong and the kid says he's not going to take my attitude seriously you messed up my order and now giving me an attitude about it and I'm in the wrong. Manager comes to the window and also blames me for the order being wrong to which I had some not so kind words to him. I will never go back. If I could give no stars I would. Ok as far as burgers go I guess. I have driven past this place a thousand times and just never tried it. I can now say that I haven't missed anything. Wings are surprisingly delicious. Fries are yum... Greasy as all hell, you will pay for it all night, but it's good going down.

Food is pretty good. I have only been to Checkers twice, both times at this location. First time was great, gentleman was very nice and upbeat. Second time I went for the free healthcare worker meal (thank you to the corporation for doing this by the way). Unfortunately, the worker there does not believe that pharmacy technicians are healthcare workers, even though we too are face to face with covid-19 patients, and/or their family members when they pick up their prescriptions. I do agree that hospital staff have it harder, but we too help in the care process of these patients and put ourselves at direct risk. In the end, he said he would give it to me but had an attitude about it. I thanked him for his service as he too is an essential worker, but he said nothing and just slammed the window. read more

Everything is great at this place, for fast food. You will find no better mcdonalds class fast food places in ocean county. The fries are the best I've ever had. And the shakes are amazing too. Prices are standard but the food is of higher quality. Worth coming too. You get that old fashioned food without the prices you pay at old fashioned places. And every time the food comes within 60 seconds. I'm so sad this is the only checkers/rallys in the county though. read more

Stopped here on way back home from the shore and it was just horrible. We thought this was supposed to be a great place and the food just sucked. We stopped here on way home after vacation and the burgers and fries were great! They were special Baconzillas and Baconzilla fries- Calories be damned! Wow how delicious and filling they were! We also got a shake that was pretty good too. No real complaints but seems like its in a location close to a "shaky neighborhood" and a few strange people were waiting for their food (oh well guess they felt same way about us)- but not sure we would want to go there at night. To eat outside was ok they have enough tables. It looks like alot eat in their cars. The service was just a bit slow- but the food was worth it. Checkers has the best fries, you can't even compare the garbage at McDonald's. Wendy's or Burger King to these delicious beer battered fries! Until you re-drop them, that is. I am here for another review! My boyfriend and I decided to stop over again, and terrible service again! I ordered a burger and was asked 3 times if i wanted cheese. I said yes all 3 times, and did i get cheese? No. They forgot my fries, and when we didn't pull away from the window because we were waiting, the lady opened the window and said "what do you want?"
